In this paper, we analyzed the electric/magnetic field distribution and SAR distribution in a human body due to the resonant-type wireless power transfer(WPT) system with an operating frequency of 6.78 MHz. To analyze the field distribution under the unperturbed condition, a prototype system was fabricated and the measured results were compared with the simulation results. For safety during measurement, the available power to the transmitter coil is limited to 1 W. To analyze the induced current density and SAR distribution, a simple human model consisting of three layers, skin, fat, and muscle, was used for the simulation. The electromagnetic wave exposure levels obtained through measurement and simulation were compared with the recommended levels by the ICNIRP.
This study is to identify the factors deterring or precipitating the exit from welfare recipiency to labor market in the Korean social assistance program. The results from the empirical analyses of the Korea Welfare Panel Study(KOWEPS) show that the duration dependency is not due to increasing welfare dependency with duration, but to the fact that longer stayers have many vulnerable conditions to escape from poverty. Particularly, the main factors determining the transition from recipiency to labor market are not individual or household characteristics such as human or social capital. Those having adolescents of secondary education in their households or participating in some effective labor market program such as job placement service tend to have significant effects on the exit rates from recipiency. That means that the institution-related factors such as the education and health supports combined with benefits and the effective labor market programs are important in the translation from recipiency to labor market of working-age recipients in the Korean social assistance scheme.
Purpose: Split or full thickness skin graft is generally used to reconstruct the palmar skin and soft tissue defect after release of burn scar flexion contracture of hand. As a way to overcome and improve aesthetic and functional problems, the authors used the preserved superficial fat skin(PSFS) composite graft for correction of burn scar contracture of hand. Methods: From December of 2001 to July of 2007, thirty patients with burn scar contracture of hand were corrected. The palmar skin and soft tissue defect after release of burn scar contracture was reconstructed with the PSFS composite graft harvested from medial foot or below lateral and medial malleolus, with a preserved superficial fat layer. To promote take of the PSFS composite graft, a foam and polyurethane film dressing was used to maintain the moisture environment and Kirschner wire was inserted for immobilization. Before and after the surgery, a range of motion was measured by graduator. Using a chromameter, skin color difference between the PSFS composite graft and surrounding normal skin was measured and compared with full thickness skin graft from groin. Results: In all cases, the PSFS composite graft was well taken without necrosis, although the graft was as big as $330mm^2$(mean $150mm^2$). Contracture of hand was completely corrected without recurrence. The PSFS composite graft showed more correlations and harmonies with surrounding normal skin and less pigmentation than full thickness skin graft. Donor site scar was also obscure. Conclusion: The PSFS composite graft should be considered as a useful option for correction of burn scar flexion contracture of hand.

A seven-year old female captive Japanese macaque (Macaca fuscata) was mobbed by its cage mates and subsequently died due to trauma. An incidental finding of multiple biliary cystadenoma in the liver is herein reported. Grossly, multiple small cysts were observed throughout the surface of the liver. One particular cyst that measured $1.3\times1.2\times1.0cm$ and contained mucinous fluid was observed in the center of the liver. Microscopically the cysts were lined by biliary epithelium that varied from simple cuboidal to columnar cells. Signs of malignancy and metastasis to other organs were not observed. This is the first report of biliary cystadenoma in Japanese macaque.

In this study, Residue of formaldehyde and histopathological changes in formalin and neutralformalin in treated fish(Sebastes schlegeli) were observed at two different temperatures(15 and $25^{\circ}C$). Immediately after in treatment, residue of formaldehyde in formalin treated fish was show little bit higher than in neutral-formalin treated fish at $15^{\circ}C$. But, there is no difference at water temperature $25^{\circ}C$. The elimination of formaldehyde was markedly temperature-dependent. The approximated withdrawal time were 72hr and 24hr at water temperature 15 and $25^{\circ}C$. Formalin was more toxic than the neutral-formalin at the same condition. Intensity of tissues damage was increased with increasing concentration of chemical and temperature. Formalin and neutral-formalin treatments caused edema and seperation of epithelium, winding of secondary gill lamella, necrosis in the gill ; congestion and pycnosis, vacuolation in the liver ; hydropic and granulated degeneration, necrosis of epithelial cells in the proximal renal tubule ; increasing mucus cells, cracking, necrosis of epidermis and dermis in the skin tissue.

Absorbed power of the human head radiated from a 900 MHz portable phone and temperature rise are computed using FDTD(Finite-Difference Time-Domain) method. For this computation the 5 layered media for the human head modeling and the monopole antenna attached to metallic box for the portable phone are used. To reflect the real circumstances typical sizes of human heads and portable phones are considered in the calculation. The length of monopole antenna is 8.15 cm, and the output power of a phone is 600 mW. Under the predetermined model the distribution of 1 g, 10 g averaged SAR and temperature rise rate over the human head are calculated, from which it was found that the position of maximum SAR is near at the head skin surface, not deep places far into the head. The position of the highest temperature is located far from the head skin more than that of the maximum SAR occured. The averaged SAR and temperature along the distance between the head and phone are calculated according to seperation distance between the head and phone.
This study presents a favoured pattern of makeup and psychology according to it by recognition type, through an examination of recognition for it in order to understand interest and awareness regarding it among female college students. The makeup is emotionally effective for confidence and positive thought, and is considered to be a category of social manner. The subjects can be grouped according to difference in recognition of makeup: contemplation, reception, observation and correspondence group. Although there is slight difference in the interest of four types of makeup depending on recognition difference, the behavior of makeup plays a large part in establishing personal relationships. The pattern of makeup favours natural style which places an emphasis on skin tone. The female college students in their 20s, who are at the center of current beauty trend market, were asked to conduct questionnaire of makeup, so interest and awareness of makeup behavior can be understand. If these findings are actively used in the beauty trend, various and effective beauty cultures are considered to be created.

Efficiency study of chamomile and Thyme essential oil about the basal layer & sebaceous gland in dry-skin induced by surfactant is as following : 1. Formal observation of outer skin layer and basal layer There was refreshing effects about Surfactant induction skin inflammation in Chamomile, Thyme essential oil processing group but effect in surface layer appeared by higher thing in Chamomile essential oil and it could know that thing which do not use Thyme essential oil in case Thyme essential oil is ultraviolet rays allergy at skin care because Melanocyte appear on the surface is bigger than Chamomile essential oil that it was usefully reaction in basal layer. 2. Formal observation result of sebaceous glands. There are few damages in all group but there is recuperative through excessive water damage by excessive a sebaceous gland made of mulberry bark secretion because Thyme essential oil application group cause chapped skin phenomenon after surface-active agent processing but is seen that difference does not exist greatly and Thyme essential oil that general skin is strong in permeation is effective, but Surfactant induction skin inflammation estimates that Chamomile essential oil is effective. Therefore, it was considered that use of Chamomile essential oil is effectiveness than Thyme essential oil by essential oil used for recovery after damage of inflammation etc..

Purpose: Full-thickness skin grafts are usually used in facial reconstruction, but on occasion, split-thickness skin graft is also used from the scalp due to the limitation of donor site. However, there were complications, such as alopecia, folliculitis and blood loss. In addition, it can not be used in patients with baldness. Under the circumstances, we used medial arm skin as split-thickness skin graft donor site in lieu of scalp. We investigated the efficacy of the medial arm skin as a donor site of facial skin graft in comparison with scalp. Methods: From 2000 to 2005, the split-thicknesss skin grafts were performed using the medial arm skin in 10 patients and the scalp in 10 patients. We inspected the skin color match, texture match by the visual analogue scale. Scar contracture was estimated by the Visitrak $grade^{(R)}$(Smith & Nephew). The statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 12.0. Results: There was a more satisfaction in color match, texture, and scar contracture in medial arm skin than in scalp. Conclusion: According to these results, medial arm skin may be used efficiently as an alternative donor site of scalp in the facial reconstruction.
