The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress factors on fatigue and depression of aesthetician. The subjects of this study were 133 Aesthetician in Busan Metropolitan City. Analysis was done by frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the aesthetician showed an average 2.57 of job stress. Second, the aesthetician showed an average 2.45 of socio-psychological stress. Third, the aesthetician showed an average fatigue(4.16) and depression(1.54). Therefore, in order to reduce the duties and socio-psychological stress of the aesthetician, fatigue and depression are reduced through regularization of the employees, adjustment of legal working hours, and establishment of similar paying system. Finally, it is necessary to lower the turnover rate of the aesthetician and increase the job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in perception of skin beauticians according to the perception of bamboo therapy. For the study, 301 skin beauticians working in skin care departments were randomly selected and conducted for 28 days from April 19 to April 29, 2019. In the results of this study, skin cosmetologists who are aware of bamboo therapy have a very high interest and interest in bamboo therapy compared to skin cosmetologists who do not recognize bamboo therapy, and have a very high willingness to use it in the industrial field. They recognized that it was a way to help skin beauticians protect their joints at the same time as the body shape management effect of Bamboo.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of work stress, burnout and compassion satisfaction of the estheticians. The sample consisted of 268 estheticians from esthetic-shop located in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. The questionnaire was organized into 4 items of general traits, 24 items of KOSS, and 10 items of burnout and compassion satisfaction from proQOL. Results show that estheticians experienced a greater than moderate degree of job stress, compassion satisfaction burnout, whereas differences existed according to general characteristics. but group was included in the top 75% of the factor on when compared to the Korean occupational stress scale. It is foreseeable that the burnout caused by the work of a estheticians is not small at all. This study is expected to be used as basic data in finding ways to reduce job stress and burnout of estheticians.

오늘날 경제 성장의 발전은 현대인의 삶의 여유를 가져오게 되었으며, 그 중 뷰티산업의 발전은 국가 주력의 산업으로 발전하게 되었다. 이에 뷰티산업의 구성원인 여성의 사회진출의 기회가 증가 되었고, 이로 인해 여성들은 사회 적응을 위한 하나의 방법으로 외모적인 경쟁력을 가져야 했다. 외모에 대한 관심은 물론 매스미디어의 증가, 사회적, 문화적 분위기, 미용기술의 발달 등을 들 수 있다. 외모의 사전적의미로는 겉으로 나타나는 모습으로 외모관리를 위한 영역으로 피부 관리를 꼽을 수 있다. 피부 관리는 미에 관한 현대 여성의 관심의 증가로, 시간과 비용을 투자하여 외적으로 보여주는 관리로서 외모관리의 대표적 부분으로 중요시 되어오고 있다. 피부의 건강관리는 인식도 중요하고 실천도 중요하다. 그러나 인식과 실천의 관계를 구체적으로 연구한 논문은 부족한 실정이다. 특히 성인여성들을 대상으로 건강관리 인식과 실천을 연구하여 피부건강 관리에 대한 올바른 방안을 제시해준 논문이 필요하다고 생각하여 본 연구자는 이 논문을 설계하게 되었다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울지역에 거주하는 20세 이상 60세 미만의 신 성인여성을 대상으로 2017년 5월 02일부터 7월 30일까지 2달 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 모집단은 서울지역에 사는 성인 여성을 대상으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 그 중 응답이 불량한 사람 49부를 제외되고 351부가 최종 자료로 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아본 결과, 연령은 '21-30세'가 85.2%로 가장 많았고, 결혼 상태는 '미혼'이 89.5%, 직업은 '학생' 67.0%, 최종학력은 '대학교 재학/졸업'이 68.1%, '가계의 월 소득은 '200만원 미만'이 71.8%로 가장 많이 소비되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상은 이혜원 (2009)의 논문과 같이 연령이 낮을수록 피부인식이 높아지며, 이들은 잠정고객으로서 피부 건강에 대한 비용을 높게 지불한다는 결과와 유사하다. 피부 관리실의 특성은 다음과 같다. 피부유형은 '복합성'이 47.6%, 적정 피부 관리 횟수는 '주 2회'가 32.5%, 적정 1회 피부 관리 비용으로는 '5만 원 이하'가 가장 많았으며, 피부 관리의 목적으로는 '여드름관리'가 32.8%, 피부 관리에서 중요하게 인식하는 부분으로는 '생활습관'이 79.8%로 대부분이었고, 피부의 유해요인으로는 '스트레스' 42.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상은 유유정(2013), 장은영(2013)와 같이 생활습관과 스트레스가 피부 관리에 영향을 준다는 결과와 유사하다.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the recognition of skin infection (RSI) and management practice (MP) on caregivers in geriatric hospital. Methods: The subjects were 209 caregivers who work at geriatric hospital in G city and J do. Data were analyzed with ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test. and ANOVA using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: Prevalence rate of caregivers' skin diseases was 76.6%. Diagnosis of Skin disease was contact dermatitis 42.5%, scabies 26.9%, and skin xerosis 25.0%. The Mean RSI score was 3.81 and MP was 4.12. In addition, MP was significantly different by number of bed hospitals (F=4.63, p=.011) and number of caring patients (F=2.67, p=.049). Conclusion: This study will be a useful on continuing education for caregivers and basis for the guidance of medical infection control standards development.

As recent domestic cosmetics market has grown rapidly, many people have become interested in skin care. Therefore, this study aims at examining the job satisfaction of experts currently working in beauty industry by conducting a survey on the job esteem and satisfaction of estheticians who are the major professional group in skin care related occupations. The survey was carried out targeting at 289 current estheticians in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and as a result, most of the respondents showed a high level of job esteem (M=3.81). However, there was a significant difference in 'fair treatment' by male and female, and 'relative superiority' by educational background (p<.o1). The job satisfaction showed a high satisfaction as M=3.34 and there were significant differences in working hours, positions and salaries. As the level of self-esteem and job esteem became higher, job satisfaction on occupational consciousness increased. Therefore, it is judged that improving social awareness that evaluates job values and having positive values for one's job will help improve the job performance by enhancing the job satisfaction of estheticians.

In the explosive development of the beauty industry, skin care workers are negatively affected by their health and work attitudes due to excessive work intensity or excessive working hours, so there is an urgent need to study the working environment and job psychology. To this end, hypotheses were established and the main effects on skin care workers' job efficacy and job satisfaction in connection with manual technique were analyzed. As a result of the study, in the effect of the skin care manual technique on the skin care professional's sense of job efficacy, the scrutiny method had a significant effect, and in the effect on job satisfaction, the flexible method, the gait method, and the vibration method had a significant effect. In the skin care room, research and development of in-depth manual technique according to the purpose and scope of application of the customer is necessary for the skin care professional's job efficacy and job satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction. It is expected that it will be used as a basic data.

With the increasing number of skin care shops, service quality development that can meet the customer needs is needed to obtain differentiated competitive advantage. Accordingly this study was attempted to provide basic data on marketing necessary for operating a skin care shop by identifying the impact of service quality on perceived reciprocity and long-term relationship orientation among the customers using a skin care shop. This study conducted a survey of 290 female customers using skin care shops located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, Jeollanamdo and Jeollabukdo, and Gyeongsangnamdo and Gyeongsangbukdo through personal visit, e-mail, and post service, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 18.0 and Amos Ver. 18.0. As a result, it was proven that overall goodness-of-fit to the theoretical model of the research hypotheses set in this study is good. In Hypothesis 1, "Skin care specialist's work ability, facility and sanitation, and care products had a significant positive (+) impact on perceived reciprocity," which was partially adopted. In Hypothesis 2, "Skin care specialist's work ability, care products, and devices and tools had a significant positive (+) impact on long-term relationship orientation," which was adopted. In Hypothesis 3, "Perceived reciprocity had a significant positive (+) impact on long-term relationship orientation," which was adopted. Therefore, it can be concluded that skin care specialist's work ability, facility and sanitation, care products, and devices and tools are the service quality elements for allowing customers to feel thankful or encouraging them to visit the skin care shops continuously.

This study investigated the effects of coaching leadership for life care of estheticians on self-efficacy and job satisfaction and the results are presented as follows: First, as a result of analysing the effects of coaching leadership of the subjects on self-efficacy, it was discovered that all the factors of relations (β=.261, p<.001), presentation of direction(β=.238, p<.01), assessment(β=.175, p<.01) and development(β=.170, p<.01) had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on it. Second, as a result of analysing the effects of coaching leadership of the subjects on job satisfaction, it was discovered that relations(β=.403, p<.001), presentation of direction(β=.384, p<.001) and assessment (β=.170, p<.01) had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on it. Third, as a results of analysing the effects of self-efficacy of the subjects on job satisfaction, it was discovered that self-efficacy (β =.707, p<.001) has a statistically significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, as for the relations between coaching leadership and job satisfaction, it was discovered that self-efficacy as a mediator of self-efficacy satisfied a partial mediation condition between presentation of direction, development, assessment, relations and job satisfaction.

6개월령의 숫 낙타와 29세의 남성 낙타 관리인에서 발생한 Trichophyton verrucosum에 의한 진균감염증에 대해 보고하였다. 이 감염증은 피부 병변으로부터 KOH 기술에 의해 균 요소를 증명하고, 또한 감염된 피부의 소파물로부터 Trichophyton verrucosum을 분리하여 확진하였다. 낙타에서는 안면에 국한하여 병변이 발생하고, 관리인에서는 손에 발생하였다. 화학요법으로서 낙타에게는 2% 옥도정기를 사용하고, 관리인에게는 2% miconazole 연고를 사용하였다. 이 보고는 인도에 사는 단봉낙타로부터 Trichophyton verrucosum이 직접 사람에게 전염된 최초의 보고로 생각된다. 이 보고에서 단봉낙타의 피부염 감별진단에 Trichophyton verrucosum도 고려해야 한다는 사실을 제시하였다.
