Dardenne brothers' films deals with minorities' issues who are shoved out to periphery of society, and especially takes interest in value-deprived human life in labor market of today. This study examines such social awareness of Dardenne brothers targeting their latest works awarded in Cannes Film Festival, , , , , . And analysis is attempted about Dardenne brothers' unique formal aesthetical style that exactly captures such social awareness. In Dardenne brothers' films a person shows up who faces abject matter of living. Their agony is closely connected to unemployment, and shows images of irresistible anxiety and alienation. Dardenne brothers' images are not only simple platform with contents embodied, but designed form showing essential thematic consciousness. Location and gaze, motion of camera capturing a character makes us to reflect the situation a character is facing in the world. There are almost no regard about plots, no dramatic devices, superficial and even straightforward, but Dardenne brothers' films have such independent formal aesthetic, which makes able to give endless tension.

토목, 건축과 관련된 노동현장은 여느 3D 업종들과 마찬가지로 숙련된 기능공의 부재 및 산업재해 발생으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있으며 이를 극복하기 위한 노력을 계속하고 있다. 대표적인 토목공사인 토공 작업 역시 위험 혹은 유해한 작업환경으로 인해 토공장비의 안전사고 및 생산성과 품질저하가 발생하며 이를 방지하기 위한 장비의 지능화가 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 최근 지능형 굴삭 시스템 개발을 위한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 토공작업은 일반적으로 광범위한 작업영역을 가지기 때문에 지능형 굴삭시스템의 개발을 위해서는 효율적인 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 작업계획의 수립이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 작업계획의 대상을 굴삭로봇과 토사로 구분하였으며, 글로벌 영역에서 단위작업 영역, 로컬 영역으로의 분할을 통해 전체 작업 진행에 대해 효율적으로 작업계획을 수립할 수 있도록 구성하여 계획단계에서부터 토공작업 자동화 및 효율와에 기여하고자한다. 토공작업계획 시스템은 토공 작업자 및 감독자의 작업 특성 및 노하우를 컴퓨터, 즉 두뇌에 부여함으로써 숙련된 장비조종자의 작업 방법 및 특성을 반영하여 토공 작업 프로세스 모델링을 구축하고 실제 작업환경상의 센서에 의해 측정된 데이터를 실제 작업환경과 동일하게 모델링된 컴퓨터내의 가상환경을 바탕으로 영역분할, 최적 플랫폼 위치선정 및 작업 순차생성을 통해 최적의 토공작업계획을 수립할 수 있도록 한다.

As part of the sharing economy service, the present study is not only about the positive aspects of O2O services, but also about the consumer ethical perceptions of recent conflicts with existing business and labor markets, trust of platform, and service utility on consumer satisfaction and intention to recommend O2O services. To test hypotheses, data were collected and analyzed for 149 samples, focusing on the car sharing service, an example of the sharing economy service, which is becoming an issue. As a result, the ethical self-identity of the consumer, the trust of the platform, and the service utility, all affected the service satisfaction, whereas only the hedonic utility and trust of the platform had a positive effect on the intention to recommendation. This study is meaningful in that it examines the influence of service utility focusing on ethical consciousness and social perspective of consumers, rather than on the point of consumption such as ethical consumption position and trust of platform based on sharing economy service.

경제혁신 3개년 계획을 토대로 정부는 2015년 국내 생산가능 인구 감소에 대한 대응을 위해 외국인 인력 유치를 위한 휴먼 FTA를 발효하였다. 기존의 외국인 생산 인력에 대한 단순한 양적 증가뿐만이 아니라 해외로 생산거점을 이동한 국내 기업의 리턴을 유도하기 위해 석박사급의 고급 인력과 투자자 유치 등에 대한 내용도 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 노동시장의 새로운 제도인 휴먼 FTA에 대한 활성화와 원활한 운영을 위해 세계적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 트위터, 페이스북, 구글 등의 소셜 웹 데이터를 활용하여 국내 기업의 외국인 인력에 대한 고용 매칭을 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Recently, the supply ratio of smart devices application has become increasable, utilization of device increases constantly. At the same time, used application is more gentrified. However, using time of devices is decreased. To solve these problems, many research is studying about the hardware/software. One of them is profiling power consumption by process units. The process can be managed, based on measured energy consumption data. These means that it can efficiently use the residual energy. Application at the stage of program design can analyze and used-energy using the trace by considering the low-power can design. In this paper, we studied software-based power-metering framework for android platform. We survey each process-level power consumption measurement techniques, compare advantages and disadvantages of the technique and propose improved measures.

The importance of sustainable growth and cost reduction has increased globally, leading to the expansion of outsourcing by companies. Additionally, the spread of the platform economy has brought changes in the way we work, and the online outsourcing market, where tasks are mediated through platforms, is growing. Academically, while research on general outsourcing is actively conducted, studies on online outsourcing are relatively insufficient compared to its actual utilization. This study aims to analyze the factors and performance factors of online outsourcing utilization by startups, to identify the effects and concerns of using online outsourcing from multiple perspectives, and to suggest the roles of various stakeholders for effective utilization and industry development. For the research, a survey was conducted with 281 employees of startups who have experience in using online outsourcing, and the main findings are as follows. First, the enhancement of efficiency, profitability, and innovation through the use of online outsourcing positively affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction of startup members. Especially, the improvement of efficiency due to the use of online outsourcing has a significant effect on enhancing job satisfaction. Second, concerns about the burden of online outsourcing fees or uncertain outcomes negatively affect organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Third, there are perceptual differences in the motivations and performance regarding the utilization of online outsourcing depending on the job position. Practitioners perceive that the use of online outsourcing increases organizational commitment, whereas managers have relatively higher concerns about the uncertainty of outsourced task outcomes and information security. Through this study, the possibility that human resource shortages and employee management issues in startups can be improved through online outsourcing was confirmed. By verifying the influence of various factors of online outsourcing utilization, this study also provides meaningful implications for establishing business strategies for online outsourcing intermediary platform companies and for formulating startup support policies by government and other startup support organizations.

To build ubiquitous agriculture environment successfully, development of core technology for agriculture, such as sensor node H/W, sensor node middleware platform, routing protocol and agricultural environment application service is essential. With the application of u-IT technologies to traditional agriculture area, fusion complex technologies become a source to raise value-added agriculture product and its productivity. However, it is imperative to expand horticulture industry area and improve infrastructure for utility-based horticulture. This paper proposes an agriculture product growth environment management system that utilizes environmental factor monitoring sensors and biological information sensors in greenhouse to specifically manage botany growth environment management.

The whole genome sequencing using PacBio RS II platform was performed for a marine bacterium Pseudoalteromonas donghaensis $HJ51^T$ isolated from East Sea of Korea. As a result, three assembled contigs consisting of a chromosome (size of 3,646,857 bp, and G + C content of 41.8%) and two plasmids (size of 842,855 bp and 244,204 bp, and G + C content of 41.3% and 40.4%, respectively) were obtained. The genome included 4,083 protein coding genes and 127 RNA genes. This result could be used for gene sources of biopolymers degradation and the development as a new host with secretion system similar to Escherichia coli.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the effect that insecurity and autonomy of platform work have an influence on work-life balance and psychological well-being in an era of platform economy based on two characteristics of online platform work and self-determination theory. Design/methodology/approach This study suggested the structural equation model integrating two antecedents, insecurity and autonomy, work-life balance, and psychological well-being and proposed five hypotheses driven from the research model. A total of 334 valid samples were collected from platform workers by employing questionnaire including 24 question items of four constructs. Findings Three hypotheses were supported and one hypothesis was not supported at the significance level of 0.05. Insecurity of platform work has a negative influence on work-life balance at the significance level of 0.01, whereas insecurity of platform work has no a significant influence on psychological well-being. Autonomy of platform work has a positive influence on both work-life balance and psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.01. Work-life balance has a positive impact on psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.001. Insecurity have an influence on psychological well-being indirectly through mediation of work-life balance. Implications for academicians and practitioners were suggested.

The global pandemic and the development of virtual and augmented reality technologies have led a metaverse boom that enables a lot of interactions in virtual worlds, and is being utilized in various fields such as business, government, and education etc. Despite the growing interest in the metaverse, its scope and definition are still unclear and the concept is still evolving, making it challenging to establish its governance. Governmental entities are also investing intensively in public metaverses to make public value and promote social welfare, but they are underutilized due to lack of systematic governance. Therefore, in this study, we propose a public metaverse governance framework and identify the relative importance of the factors. Furthermore, since a public metaverse should be accessible to anyone who wants to use, we explore the factors of shadow work and examine the ways to minimize it. Based on the socio-technical system theory, we derived public metaverse governance factors from previous literature and topic modeling and then generate a framework with 23 factors through expert interviews. We then tested relative priority of the factors using the analytic hierarchical process (AHP) from the experts. As a result, the top five overall rankings are: 'roles and responsibilities', 'standardization/modularization', 'collaboration and communication', 'law and policies', and 'availability/accessibility'. The academic implications of this study are that it provides a comprehensive framework for public metaverse governance, and then the practical implications include suggesting prioritized considerations for metaverse operations in the public sector.
