세포의 활동은 단순히 하나의 유전자의 발현으로 설명되기보다 여러 유전자와 그로 인해 생성된 단백질의 상호 작용에 의해 나타난다. 또한 마이크로어레이 실험을 통해 세포 내의 유전자 발현에 대한 정보를 알 수 있게 되고, Chromatin IP 마이크로어레이 실험을 통해 신뢰도가 높은 유전자 발현 조절 관계 데이터를 얻을 수 있게 되면서, 유사한 기능과 유사한 발현 패턴을 보이는 유전자들을 그룹으로 묶어 유전자 모듈로 규정하고 이를 하나의 유전자 조절 네트워크로 구성하고, 분석하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ChIP 실험 데이터와 유전자 발현 데이터를 이용하여 지역 정렬을 수행해 하나의 유전자 모듈을 조절하는 조절 프로그램을 예측하는 알고리즘에 대해 기술한다. 조절 프로그램은 유전자 조절 모듈을 조절하는 조절자들의 역할 및 발현 여부에 따른 유전자 조절 모듈 내 유전자들의 발현을 설명할 수 있는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of an ESP module program which combines Keller's ARCS model for the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students. Students' learning motivation and academic achievement were compared between an intervention group and a control group and their perception and subjective effects on the module program were identified. Quantitative data showed that the overall level of learning motivation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=2.391, p=.019). No significant difference was found on the level of academic achievement between two groups (t=0.116, p=.098). Contents analysis on the qualitative data showed that ESP module program was interesting, effective, helpful for understanding clinical settings, and giving confidence and satisfaction. According to the result, it is assumed that the ESP module program which combines ARCS model can be effective in motivating the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students to learn nursing contents and English.

This paper proposes a compact eAI framework for the integration of various types of applications deployed on different platforms in the Internet. The applications are connected and invoked to achieve a business goal by the coordination of the workflow system in the framework. for the construction of the framework, five sub-modules are elicited and the functions and roles of each module are defined. The elicited five sub-modules include business process modeling tool, eAI platform, business processes transform module, UDDI connection module, and workflow system. In the framework, intra and inter organizational applications can be integrated together across firewalls. In this paper, the extension of a workflow system to implement the framework is also described in detail and the usefulness of the framework is ascertained by implementing an application process within the framework. A full-fledged eAI solution can be constructed by gradually adding supplementary functions within this framework.

As open-source software (OSS) becomes more widely used, many users breach the terms in the license agreement of OSS, or reuse a vulnerable OSS module. Therefore, a technique needs to be developed for investigating if a binary program includes an OSS module. In this paper, we propose an efficient technique to detect a particular OSS module in an executable program using its function-level features. The conventional methods are inappropriate for determining whether a module is contained in a specific program because they usually measure the similarity between whole programs. Our technique determines whether an executable program contains a certain OSS module by extracting features such as its function-level instructions, control flow graph, and the structural attributes of a function from both the program and the module, and comparing the similarity of features. In order to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed technique, we evaluate it in terms of the size of features, detection accuracy, execution overhead, and resilience to compiler optimizations.

기계신호를 처리분석하기 위하여 개발된 MSAMODAL 프로그램에 대하여 그 기능 및 특성을 설명한다. 모듈 프로그램중 신호 해석 모듈은 시간영역해 석과 주파수 영역해석, 확률 해석의 부모듈로 나뉘며 모우드 해석 모듈은 모 우드 매개변수 추출과 모우드 에니메이션 부모듈로 나뉘는데 각각에 대하여 간략한 설명과 함께 결과를 보인다.

은행거래를 하려면 Active X를 기반으로 하는 보안 통합설치프로그램, 공인인증 보안프로그램, 개인 PC방화벽 프로그램 등 보안에 필요한 프로그램을 설치해야한다. 그러나 Active X의 보안취약점으로 앞으로 나올 브라우저에서는 Active X대신 웹 표준 모듈을 기반으로 하는 보안 시스템을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 Active X를 대체할 수 있는 것으로 웹 표준 모델에 근거한 QR코드 및 지문인식을 통한 인증을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 적용한다면, 보다 안전한 은행거래를 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Various programs for dynamic simulation of the railway vehicle have advantages and disadvantages. These programs have limitation that cannot express a large deformable body for an wire of the railway vehicle. In this study, a program for dynamic simulation of the railway vehicle is developed. And the rigid, flexible and large deformable body can be simulated using this program. Its reliability is verified by comparison with a commercial program. Also, a wire is considered as the large deformable body and a sliding joint which connects the rigid body to the large deformable body is included. Moreover, as the wheel-rail contact module is added, the dynamic simulation of the railway vehicle can be analyzed using the developed program.

A design of a dismantling mock-up system have been established based on the result that analyzed a characteristic of modules which need to design a virtual dismantling facility. A unit program composed of a various module such as a decommissioning database system. 3D dosimetric mapping that represents a distribution of a radionuclide contamination, a evaluation module for a dismantling schedule and cost A research of software architecture was carried out in order to Integrate these components that have been independently operated. The result was established an architecture that consis of a visualization module which could be visualized D&D activities and a simulation module which tan he evaluated a dismantling schedule and decommissioning cost.

In this paper, we have developed base-calling error detection program and algorithm which show the list of the genes or sequences that are suspected to contain base-calling errors. Those programs detect dubious bases in a few aspects in the process of microbial genome project. The first module detects base-calling error from the Phrap file by using contig assembly information. The second module analyzes frame shift mutation if it is originated from real mutation or artifact. Finally, in the case that there is control microbial genome annotation information, the third module extracts and shows the candidate base-calling error list by comparative genome analysis method.

Purpose: The aim of this research was to propose a program that can be used the Binocular Eye Visual Perception Training. Methods: This program can be used as a tool for binocular vision and vision training. The system that was made up of module was available in the stereosis and the vergence training. Results: In case of input module, this program could estimate the distance by using fixation disparity. Also, our margin of erroe is less then 5%. In case of output module, 28 trainers were examined by stereoscopic vision and visual depth perception. Conclusions: Therefore, the system can be used as a tools for the vision training.
