The name of a place represents the social and political power relations as well as showing a certain physical space. In particular, the East Sea is not only a representative name of areas represent our country, but also the name of place being in competition with the Sea of Japan internationally. Korea is committed in many ways to spread the name of East Sea in the international community, and gradually expand its name power. The purpose of this study was to investigate the names used in the newspapers and broadcasting in Francophone countries except France by analyzing the newspaper articles and broadcasting contents, and to illuminate how the names of the East Sea produced in France, and the discussion about the names were diffused in Francophone countries and what kind of influence they had on those countries. This study selected Algeria in North Africa, Belgium and Luxembourg in West Europe, and Quebec in Canada for the research areas. As a result, while Algeria in North Africa and Luxembourg are showing inhospitality to the name East Sea, Belgium and Quebec are taking a flexible attitude toward this name. In general, most Francophone countries are provided with press releases from AFP in France. Even in same article provided by AFP, The result shows that some media stick to use the name Sea of Japan solely, and others demonstrate a will to use both name East Sea and Sea of Japan simultaneously. This study was able to show that the diffusion and spread of the place name was significantly influenced by social, political interests and powers, the mess geopolitics in pop cultural materials.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce representative appropriate technology research organizations operating in France. Among them, we would like to investigate and introduce five institutions that have acquired a lot of experience due to their long history. Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) is a government-funded institution that strengthens science and technology infrastructure in Africa and overseas territories with the aim of supporting and educating science communities in developing countries, and conducts collaborative research with more diverse developing countries. Antenna France is an NGO organization whose main activity is to improve malnutrition in Africa. Ingénieurs sans frontiers is an NGO organization that sets sustainable development as the main goal of the association's activities and leads various activities such as education. Terre & Humanism is an NGO organization that practices ecological agriculture and carries out a social change movement urging to respect life and land, and to constitute an alternative society. Humanitarian Design Bureau is a corporation concept company that mainly carries out R&D for environmentally friendly products necessary for NGO activities.

지열에너지는 지구가 생성될 당시부터 지구 내부에 존재하는 무한한 열에너지로 온실가스 배출이 적으며 태양광이나 풍력 등 다른 신재생 에너지와는 달리 일정한 에너지를 공급할 수 있는 항상성 에너지로 기저부하를 담당할 수 있다. 지열을 이용한 전력 생산은 1904년에 이탈리아 라데렐로에서 처음으로 시작되었으며, 현재까지 화산지대를 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 2001년에서 2005년 사이에 전세계 지열발전용량은 약 13% 증가하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 약 8,933MWe의 지열발전설비가 가동 중이다. 최근 들어 지하 심부까지 시추하여 지열저장소(geothermal reservoir)를 형성하고 이를 통해 지열에너지를 생산하는 새로운 시스템인 EGS(Enhanced Geothermal Systems)가 개발됨에 따라 비화산지대에서도 지열발전소를 건설하려는 움직임이 가속화되고 있다. EGS는 지하 심부의 불투수성 결정질 암반에 존재하는 지열에너지의 경제적인 생산뿐만 아니라 물을 주입하여 생산시키는 순환 방식을 이용하여 지열에너지 획득의 매개 역할을 하는 지열수의 고갈 문제를 해결하였다. 결정질 암반에서의 지열저장소의 형성은 암반 내에 분포하는 불연속면에서 주로 발생하며, 이를 위한 압력 조건은 현지 암반의 응력 분포 특성과 암반 및 불연속면의 물성에 좌우된다. 시추공을 통해 지하 심부의 암반에 수압이 가해지면 물의 주입으로 불연속면의 마찰력이 감소하며, 이로 인해 불연속면에 전단변형이 발생하게 된다. 전단변형은 불연속면을 열린 상태로 유지시켜 지열저장소를 형성하게 된다. 불연속면의 전단 변형시 발생하는 미소 탄성파는 시추공 주변에 설치한 모니터링 장비에서 측정되며, 모니터링 장비에 의해 측정된 미소 탄성파 발생 지점의 클러스터는 지열저장소의 공간적 분포 및 규모를 추정할 수 있는 자료가 된다. 현재 EGS를 이용한 지열발전 프로젝트는 프랑스 슐츠, 스위스 바젤, 호주 하바네로에서 대표적으로 진행 중이다. 슐츠는 현재 1.5MWe의 파일럿 플랜트를 가동 중이며, 하바네로는 파일럿 플랜트 건설 단계를 진행중이다. 스위스 바젤은 지열저장소를 형성시킬 목적으로 수행된 주입시험에서 발생된 문제에 대한 기술의 신뢰성을 확보할 목적으로 잠시 중단된 상태다. 제주도는 신생대에 분출하여 형성된 대표적인 한국의 화산지형으로 지열부존 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상되는 지역이다. 따라서 폐사는 지열에너지 부존 특성을 파악하기 위한 심부 물리 탐사 및 탐사정 시추가 실시될 예정이며 궁극적으로 국내 최초의 상용화된 지열발전소 건설을 목표로 하고 있다.

With amusement to the center as a preceding study about this and offered preceding research about theories that several scholars advocate, and divide into commerce, industry, imagination and amusement about characteristics of figure based on image contents and investigated. Investigated amusement characteristics of figure that is center of this study because do comparative analysis with insistence of Roger Caillois- Agon, Alea, Mimicry, Ilinks that classify to meaning that is four amusement characteristics competitions, fortune, conspiracy, dizziness - that is representative scholar of play theory and France's thinker. According to this study, we can know that there is close connection with amusement characteristics of four plays that Roger Caillois advocates in amusements of figure.

프랑스 몽티냑에 위치한 라스코 동굴에는 오늘날까지 발견된 수많은 구석기시대 동굴벽화 가운데 대표적인 그림들을 보존하고 있다. 동굴 벽화는 대략 BC 15,000년 전 것으로 연구되어 왔으며 최근 몇몇 학자들에 의해서 그 가운데 몇몇 그림들이 별자리를 그린 것이라는 이론이 제기되었다. 본 논문에서는 동굴 그림 가운데 황소 전당에 그려진 벽화를 별자리로 동정해 보았다. 그 결과 이것들이 성좌화임을 발견했다. 그림은 흥미롭게도 별자리와 암흑 성간운을 구별했는데 별자리는 윤곽선으로 그린 반면 검은 성간운은 검은 바탕의 그림으로 나타냈다. 그림은 벽화들의 특징과 구도 그리고 배열순서로 볼 때 전천 성좌도를 그린 것으로 동정되었는데 이는 당시 밤하늘에 보이는 별자리들과 암흑 성간운들의 구도와 배열의 일치에서 신뢰할 수 있었다. 벽화에는 황소자리, 플레이아데스, 오리온삼성, 오리온자리-쌍둥이자리, 사자자리-처녀자리-뱀자리, 천칭자리-사수자리-전갈자리가 그려져 있으며, 특히 은하중심의 사수자리에서 고물자리에 이르는 길다란 은하평면상의 검은 암흑성간운들의 특징적 나열을 들판을 뛰어가는 검은색 동물로 나타냈다. 척도를 감안해서 볼 때, 그림의 구도와 배열순서가 밤하늘에 보이는 것과 거의 같다 할만큼 사실적으로 그려져 있어서 구석기인들이 지적능력이 오늘날 현대인들과 다를 바 없는 수준에 이르렀다고 추정된다.

What is the fundamental cause of the broader gap between East and West medicine? This is a very long story that began in the late Renaissance and still continues today. Why it took so long time from the end of the XIIth century when acupuncture was firt imported to Europe to XX century when it was finally settled in France? We present three cases which caused the delayed establishment : A "blisters" article from Diderot and D'Alembert in the eighteenth century, the practice of acupuncture by Dr. Berlioz in Paris in early 19th century, and the reception of the works of Georges Soulie de Morant in France in the 1930's. We attempt to show the misunderstanding that has always prevailed between the East and West medicines because of different viewpoint : the West has not understood the richness and subtlety of the approach of East asian thought and wanted to "align" the Asian medical modality to west medicine with inappropriate and insufficient "experiments" without enough explanation of the principles and philosophical backgrounds. It was not the matter of technology but the mutual incomprehension of history and culture.

In this study, we used wine data to perform correlation analysis on factors that affect wine quality, and predicted wine quality standards based on the results. The dataset used in this study used data from 1599 red wines and 4898 white wines produced in Vinho verde, Portugal, for a total of 6497. The variable items are 12 kinds of component variables that represent wine components through physical and chemical analysis tests, a total of 1599 observations, and a total of one of the representative wines of the three major wine producing regions in the world (France, Italy, Spain). Added 3 pieces. Analysis was made by applying national climate change data.

Calling the 21th century the age of 'cultural competition' is not an overstatement. In an era of globalization, we try to find the 'identity of our country' in our culture. 'Culture' is the unique ethnicity of the people of each country that reflects the traces of their lives. As the world is transforming into a multi-dimensional place, traditional patterns in reference to cultural uniqueness and original formativeness are the brands that represent the people. France's luxury brand, GOYARD's Y-shaped pattern naturally made during the persistent traditional handmade process is still France's representative corporate brand and is considered prestigious even after 150 years have passed. On the other hand, in low-income countries, patterns created in the natural process of weaving fabrics are succeeded as a unique cultural aesthetic and are loved by people all over the world. Like this, people living in the global multi-dimensional world look to attain the framework 'One Planet Perspective' which is to succeed their own native culture and preserve the unique culture of others. For example, in the process of international relief organizations delivering relief supplies to Columbia's "Wayu tribe" due to the water shortage in 2013, a handmade product, "Mochila Bag" was discovered. Triggered by this incident, Europe and Korea decide to import it to support the livelihood of the "Wayu tribe." Also, the aesthetic and cultural values of the traditional culture in minority tribes that have evolved through thousands of years have been listed on UNESCO and preserved worldwide. Likewise, culture doesn't suddenly appear overnight, but rather the brand representing the company is the pattern used in the trend of the era kept for over 100 years. Moreover, patterns that reflect the country's identity are inherited as the unique aesthetic of the culture. Our country does inherit the unique aesthetic of our culture, but doesn't have a 'strong image' that displays the practical value reinterpreted creatively and aesthetically to fit the modern trend. Traditional patterns are important in perspective of study and theoretical research, but the brand's image using those patterns is a new medium from the past existence continuing to the current tradition. Furthermore, this study suggests that the image of a company that uses traditional patterns will have high economical potential as a national brand.

Since the early nineties, the European welfare states have been undergoing a paradigm shift from 'poverty' to 'social exclusion' in that the disadvantaged have increased in many areas, despite continuing increases in general living standards due to the steady economic development in Europe. In relation to this, Silver(1994) traces the evolution of the term 'exclusion' over time, and distinguishes three paradigms within which social exclusion is embedded (solidarity, specialisation and monopoly). In this regards, this paper purports to examine if differences of social exclusion indicators amongst three paradigm countries (notably, France, UK and Sweden) are statistically significant. For this purpose it takes the steps of 'theoretical conceptualisation'$\rightarrow$'classification of nations'$\rightarrow$'indexation for measurement', each of which constitutes an independent chapter. It duly argues that social exclusion indicators of three countries are hierarchically different in line with the Silver's three paradigms of social exclusion.

Broadcasting and audiovisuals are the easiest audiovisuals to access in everyday life and are shared through the media by recording the times. Overseas, independent broadcasting and audiovisual archives are already in operation under the legal system. As the domestic broadcasting and audiovisual industries continue to grow in size and are drawing global attention, the establishment and operation of public broadcasting and audiovisual archives need to be discussed in more detail. In particular, it is clear that the legal device is a task that must be preceded as the basis for the establishment of public broadcasting and audiovisual archives. To this end, this study first looked at the Digital Archive Center, which was operated in the 2000s. In addition, the cause of the dismantling of the Digital Archive Center was considered as the absence of a legal device, and the case of the Institut national de l'audiovisuel(INA), which has been operating on a legal basis for a long time, was investigated. INA is a representative example of implementing a lead-based system in the broadcasting and audiovisual fields, and has been introduced several times through previous studies, but tends to be focused on user services. Therefore, in this study, the analysis was focused on legal factors supporting the operation of INA. Finally, in order to realize the Public Broadcasting and Audiovisual Archive discussed in the previous study, I would like to suggest a legal device for the establishment of Public Broadcasting and Audiovisual Archive in Korea.
