가상학습은 지식 정보화시대를 맞이하여 국내외으로 새로운 교육훈련 패러다임으로서 시간과 공간을 초월한 얼린 학습공간으로 부각되고 있다. 특히 정보처리 기술의 급속한 발전으로 국내외 각종 정규·사회 교육기관에서는 인터넷을 이용한 가상학습 교육훈련을 전극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 가상학습을 기반으로 하는 코스웨어 개발이냐 학습평가에 관한 연구는 많으나 품질평가에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미비하여 본 논문에서는 가상학습 지원시스템의 품질평가 모델을 제시하여 교육 현장에서 가상학습 지원시스템 구축 시 품질평가 기준으로 활용하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 통신망의 통화품질의 기준을 설정하기 위하여, 음성품질 열화요인 중 음량정격 및 측음 마스킹 정격에 대한 일련의 주관평가를 실시하여, 음량정격과 평균 오피니언 점수 및 측음 마스킹 정격과 평균 오피니언 점수와의 상관을 구하였고, 또한 음성품질에 대한 사용자 백분율을 도출하여 사용자의 오피니언을 기본으로 하는 음성품질 기준에 대하여 기술하였다.

This paper describe the optimal design of geodetic network by analytical technique based on the quality criteria of network. We described an example of geodetic network design taking into account the precision, reliability and robustness that are the main criteria of network design. The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the criteria to design the geodetic network coinciding with the criteria of high precision(error ellipse, 2DRMS, CEP), reliability(internal and external reliability) and robustness(maximum shear strain, principal strain, dilatation). The network design parameters computed in this study show that precision and reliability has not much improved by about 2% and 3%, respectively, than the observed network, while robustness has much improved by about 3, 100%. It also shown that maximum errors of precision, reliability and robustness were reduced by 5%, 7% and 16,957%, respectively.

게임이 기획, 그래픽, 프로그램의 복합적 기능을 가진 콘텐츠이지만 특별히 수준 높은 그래픽 데이터는 이용자의 만족도, 몰입 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 아직 국내외에 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가를 위한 지표를 개발하는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가 영역 추출을 위한 방법과 세부 평가 지표 마련을 위한 평가 항목 추출방법들로 구성된다. 본 연구 결과는 고품질 게임 개발을 위한 품질평가 지표 개발에 적용될 것이며 관련 분야의 품질평가 모델 개발의 참조 모델이 될 것이다. 향후 본 연구는 국내외 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질평가 표준안 설계 개발로 진행될 예정이다.

본 고에서는 현재 개발 및 필드테스트되고 있는 전력품질 보상기기인 STATCOM(Static Compensator), DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer), 고속전력절체스위치 SSTS(Solid State Transfer Switch)들이 국내 22.9kV급 배전계통에 도입되어 운용될 경우, 배전계통의 전력품질상의 외란, 즉 voltage sag, voltage swell, interruption등에 대해서도 부하기기가 문제없이 잘 동작할 수 있어야 하는 전력품질향상기기의 성능(전력품질향상기준)에 대한 평가방법 에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 먼저, 전력품질향상기기인 DVR, D-STATCOM, SSTS들이 만족해야할 전력품질향상기준을 국내 전력 품질 실태를 고려하여 제시하고, 또한, 이들 전력품질향상기기에 대한 국내 배전계통적용에 적합한 성능평가방안을 제안/소개하기로 한다. 에듀테인먼트는 여러 가지 소재와 다양한 기술이 결합된 종합적인 예술이라 할 수 있다. 에듀테인먼트에서 사용하는 시각적인 매체와 청각적인 매체에 대한 선호는 주관적인 성향이 강하므로 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하듯이 어떤 기준에 따라 평가하기 어려운 요인이 있으므로 에듀테인먼트용 품질평가는 지표가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 평가 지표를 개발하고 중학생들에게 인기가 높은 온라인 에듀테인먼트를 대상으로 개발된 평가 지표를 기준으로 평가하고 이를 분석하였다.

This study aims to find evaluative criteria of quality on the organic clothes with college student consumers, categorize them, establish the basis of evaluation criteria, and examine the roles of each attribute according to their demographical characteristics and the association between their quality evaluation and their purchase intention. College students' evaluative criteria of quality factors of organic clothes were three factor; "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality". As a result, first this study showed significant differences from the evaluation criteria of organic clothes in sex, major and pocket money among demographical characteristics Second, this study found that college student consumers' experience of purchasing organic clothes considered "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality" more important compared to non-purchase group. Third, it was found that there might be differences between future purchase intention group and non-repurchase intention group according to evaluation standard of organic clothes. There was significant differences in "functionality" between the two groups.

의료용 기능성게임의 효과가 입증되면서 다양한 분야의 투자와 주목을 받고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자를 위하여 의료용 기능성게임의 품질평가가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 품질평가는 객관적인 기준과 평가요소 개발이 중요하다. 기능성게임의 특성 상 품질평가는 기술적인 영역과 비기술적인 영역으로 나누어 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 의료용 기능성게임의 비기술적인 영역의 품질평가 요소를 개발하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하여 심리 치료와 헬스케어 및 재활치료 2개 분야에 대해 각각 5개의 평가 요소를 추출하였다. 추출 결과는 전문가에 의해 내용 타당도 검사로 신뢰성을 확보했다. 본 연구는 다양한 분야의 기능성게임 품질평가 모델 개발의 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

To achieve web application security goals effectively by providing web security features such as information leakage prevention, web application firewall system must be able to achieve the goal of enhancing web site security and providing secure services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the security evaluation of web application firewall system based on related standards. In this paper, we analyze the requirements of the base technology and security quality of web application firewall, and established the security evaluation criteria based on the international standards for software product evaluation. Through this study, it can be expected that the security quality level of the web application firewall system can be confirmed and the standard for enhancing the quality improvement can be secured. As a future research project, it is necessary to continuously upgrade evaluation standards according to international standards that are continuously changing.

축산물품질평가원에서는 축산물등급판정업무와 축산물등급에 대한 제도 및 작업장 관리, 운영 등을 담당하는 축평원의 핵심부서인 평가관리처가 있다. 현재 닭 계란 오리 등급판정 운용 및 개선기준 발굴과 기준보완에 대한 사항, 자체품질평가사 양성교육에 대한 사항 등을 담당하는 평가사업본부의 주무차장인 전승엽 차장을 kape인(人) 이야기에 소개하고자 한다.
