A Construction of Management System and Its Portal Site for NTIS Data Quality Management (NTIS 데이터 품질관리 체계와 포털 사이트 구축)

  • 데이터가 기업 및 기관 활동의 중요한 자산으로 인식이 높아지고 있지만 저 품질 데이터로 인한 막대한 손실과 비용의 증가는 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육과학기술부와 KISTI에서 2007년부터 범부처 차원에서 수행중인 국가R&D 정보자원의 데이터 품질관리를 위해 각 부처와 협의하고 수행해 온 국가R&D 데이터 품질관리 체계 수립과 포털 사이트 구축에 관하여 알아본다. 범부처 국가R&D정보 자원의 데이터 품질관리체계 수립과 범부처 적용 지침 및 가이드라인 제시를 위해 NTIS사업단 및 15개 부처(16개 대표전문기관)의 실무팀장 및 DB 관리자 중심으로 총 33명의 설문을 실시하여 품질관리체계 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 부처(기관)별로 국가R&D표준정보 데이터품질 지표 마련과 주기별 데이터 품질 및 개선도 자체점검을 지원하기 위해, 데이터 점검기준과 절차를 마련하고 이를 기반으로 부처(기관)와 협력하여 데이터품질 점검을 기반을 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 품질관리체계와 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 자동화 솔루션을 운영하고자 본 논문에서는 NTIS 데이터 품질관리 체계 및 프로세스, 기능이 통합된 웹 포털 구축에 대해서도 알아본다.

A Study on the Improvement of the Quality Management in Apartment Construction Projects (공동주택 현장의 품질관리 개선에 관한 연구)

  • In order to analyze the problems and improvement methods in the quality management of domestic apartment construction projects, this study derived the four barrier factors through relevant literature survey and interviews with construction practitioners. Among these four factors, which are 1) policies and regulations, 2) technologies, 3) human and organization, and 4) other miscellaneous aspects, the human and organization factor is the main focus of this survey and it was decomposed into perception, management system, education, and system on quality management according to the Taguchi's S/N theory to survey existing problems and suggest improvement methods for them. The survey on the quality perception showed that all the members need to cooperate actively, and CEO and chief construction managers should recognize the quality as the highest priority and act by themselves accordingly. The survey on the quality management showed that they need to reform their business process to reduce redundant tasks and miscommunications among participants. Quality education should be provided in a way that people at different management level can be educated differently with close relation to their practices. Quality systems should help corrective actions against quality problems at construction fields. Also with clear quality management implantation polices and objectives, the quality system should be established in order to support better communication among project stakeholders.

Analysis of Teacher's Needs on a Life-cycle System of the Educational Digital Contents through a Case Study of EDUNET (에듀넷 사례를 통한 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠 수명주기에 대한 교사 요구사항 분석)

  • This study aims to draw implications on a life-cycle system of digital contents through a case study about EDUNET in order to maintain the quality and efficiency of the service for educational digital contents in the primary and secondary education area. To achieve the objective, lead teachers in EDUNET service participated in requirements analysis about the life-cycle of the digital contents, for example, contents utilization periods, the periods for being updated, etc. From the results, it was found that a systematic life-cycle framework should be established to re-evaluate the contents in service and provide a quality of contents, responding to consistent changes for educational environments in teaching-learning and for educational topics/directions, or according to educational content's substance such as curriculum or extra-curriculum. This study contributes to suggesting needs to implement the systematic management of contents based on a life-cycle system by analyzing user's requirements in order to provide user-friendly service for the K-12 educational digital contents.

  • We can agree that Quality Control in manufacturing industry have been improved successfully, but in construction industry, for example Sungsoo-Bridge broken out, Sampung Department store collapse, subway construction site explosion. and etc, it is difficult to be done. Because in manufacturing industry, they complete each other. If quality is not good. products aren't sold out. to sell more products they have to improve their products quality by themselves. However in construction industry they don't effort to improve quality if they get an order. Because if they get an order only completing their product is their job. There are engineering side, culturing side, and educational side to improve product quality. In this thesis I investigated evaluation system in construction industry. I am going to propose evaluation system by which they have effort to improve the quality even in construction industry.

A study on the exploration of domestic cases about the life-cycle policy related to educational digital contents (교육용 디지털 콘텐츠 수명주기 정책에 대한 국내 사례 탐색 연구)

  • In rapidly changing educational technology and trends, services providing educational digital contents have been focused on offering new contents customized on the state-of-the-art technology and trends, rather than re-evaluating or eliminating the contents on service based on the changed topics and video quality. This study explores domestic cases about educational digital contents in order to draw implications on proper life-cycle models and effective re-evaluation periods for the quality assurance of the contents. To achieve this objective, representative services in primary-secondary, higher, and lifelong education sectors were selected, and experts in the services were participated in focused group interview. Based on the interview results, the re-evaluation process and life-cycle issues in the management of contents were analyzed according to the educational levels and the implications on the life-cycle models were drawn. This study contributes to establishing a basis for the systematic life-cycle policy of the services in order to make more sustainable management of the digital contents.

  • (사)한국포장협회(회장 임경호)가 지난 3월 21일부터 6월 3일까지 11주간 제37기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육을 진행한 결과, 총57명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제37기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 이용선 (주)한국알미늄 연구소 부장이 총 1백점 만점에 94.5점을 획득해 최고 성적우수자로 선정됐으며, 김갑모 애경산업(주) 품질관리팀 팀장이 94.2점으로 2등, 김상원 뉴팩코퍼레이션 품질팀 사원과 이유진 (주)HPM글로벌 연구개발부 사원이 93.6점으로 공동 3등으로 수료했다. 제37기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들로부터 소감과 포장기술관리사 통신교육에 대한 견해를 들어보았다.

Analysis of the Factors Influencing Quality Assurance of Smart Learning using IPA (IPA를 이용한 스마트러닝 품질관리 요인분석)

  • Quality in smart learning is composed of many factors, and it is more complicated than the traditional education. This study put emphasis on three aspects of the smart learning quality(contents, systems, services). This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by FGI(Focus Group Interview) for classification of the smart learning quality factors. On a 5 point Likert scale, the survey enables the users to rate the relative importance of factors, followed by another factor performance rating. The questionnaire were composed of 39 questions. 8 questionnaire sheets were excluded which were not properly filled in or unsuitable for the analysis, and therefore, a total of 112 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistical package. Importance-performance analysis(IPA; gap between importance and performance) is used for the empirical test.

The Effects of University's Environments on Overall Service Quality, Service Value, and Student Satisfaction in Undergraduate Higher Education (대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 저자들은 선행연구와 학생들과의 토의를 통하여 학생만족을 결정짓는 변수들을 24개로 선정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 교수/교육과정, 교육시설, 학내외 활동/위치, 교육지원서비스, 편의시설, 수업료의 6개 요인이 도출되었다. C 대학교의 463명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료는 Lisrel 8.3을 이용하여 분석되었다. 실증분석 결과, 요약과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육시설 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학내외 활동/위치 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지원서비스 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수/교육과정 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 지각된 서비스가치에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 여섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 지각된 서비스가치가 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학환경특성과 학생만족 간의 관계에 있어서 전반적 서비스품질과 서비스가치가 매개역할을 한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 연구의 마지막에서는 관리적 시사점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.
