Taguchi has used the signal-to-noise ratio (SN) to achieve the appropriate set of operating conditions where variability around target is low in the Taguchi parameter design. Many Statisticians criticize the Taguchi techniques of analysis, particularly those based on the SN. Moreover, there are difficulties in practical application, such as complexity and nonlinear relationships among quality characteristics and design (control) factors, and interactions occurred among control factors. Neural networks have a learning capability and model free characteristics. There characteristics support neural networks as a competitive tool in processing multivariable input-output implementation. In this paper we propose a substantially simpler optimization procedure for parameter design using neural network without resorting to SN. An example is illustrated to compare the difference between the Taguchi method and neural network method.

Nowadays, SNS media has become one of the most common and economic communication methods in the modern word. With the rapid development of communication technology, a variety of SNS media makes easier for us to reach other people everywhere and people are getting more and more reliant on them. The surge in SNS media users and SNS media diversity gets more important every day, but academic research on SNS media evaluation program is scanty. In order to present an evaluation program on the SNS media, this study selected some applicable measurement factors based on reference research, and then evaluate major SNS medias by using AHP analysis method. With these purposes, Kakaotalk, Twitter and Facebook, are the three major SNS medias that were chosen for the analysis. Through collections and analysis of usability evaluation factors about SNS quality from related literature, some factors were concluded: system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality, to build an AHP frame. And to achieve these purposes, this study applied comprehend mutual questionnaire survey for experts and users to gather research date. Empirical studies about the results were performed using AHP method with Microsoft Office Excel 2010. In this study, the final SNS media evaluation result is that Kakaotalk ranks first of the three SNS media, Facebook is in the second place, and Twitter as least. When SNS media are evaluated, system quality, information quality, interface quality and service quality should be considered. Among all factors, service quality is the most important.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

This study is conducted to improve the quality of healthcare services responding to COVID-19 by applying the public service quality management framework that is developed from ISO18091:2019 by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety of South Korea. The COVID-19 pandemic has been impacting the world since early 2020, and now in November 2020, it still has not been eliminated. The Korean medical institutions were able to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by agile test and strict cohort isolation. As a result, the so-called K-medical defense has achieved a positive reputation from around the world. In this study, we check and evaluate the current status of the COVID-19 response targeting some Korean hospitals by applying a quality control checklist based on the public service quality management framework. Status of 7 categories are analyzed based on the interview with 3 medical institutions. We also suggest improvements for better medical service quality in case of COVID-19 being prolonged.

The objective of this study is to suggest methods to improve in-home service quality through service evaluation by long-term care workers. To achieve this objective, general characteristics of 223 long-term care workers, evaluation of service and agency, and retraining needs have been surveyed. An assessment of the survey results have resulted in the following conclusions. Though long-term care workers are not uneducated, the majority face unstable employment. And the content of supervision hoped for in producing improved long-term care services has been found to be based on the service-user's relationships. Moreover, among topics needing to be addressed for retraining, much attention has been shown for understanding of the elderly and their families, health care knowledge about geriatric diseases, and counseling techniques directed towards the affected person and their family. Findings from the research are as follow: enhancing the quality of long-term care requires a structural reassessment; upgrading the quality of care agencies requires the improvement of methods used to raise awareness of users and their guardians and the expansion of opportunities for education programs for professionalism.

The spread of COVID-19 has caused confusion in the education field as it has led to the implementation of untact classes without preparation. The purpose of study is to find ways to effectively design and operate untact classes for tax accounting department. The survey and FGI were conducted on professors and learners. As a result, video classes through lecture shooting and PPT-based video conversion were the most utilized. Students prefer these two types most, because they can learn repeatedly regardless of time and space. The improvement measures are as follows. For video classes that reflect various characteristics of the subject, supporting for equipment and human resources is needed, and for professors, teaching support for untact classes and education on equipment manipulation is needed. Continuous Quality Improvement for untact classes should be overhauled. In the future, in-depth research is needed to various majors, this will help find ways of untact classes suitable for the characteristics of the subjects.

For performance of advisable social role of public libraries, this study proposed that 1) establishment Library's Bill of Rights, 2) abolition of the function of‘reading room’of libraries, 3) reform of the assessment system and introduction of certification system for improvement in service quality, 4) an epoch-making improvement of library collections.

전라남도 완도 연안여객선 터미널에서 2018년 10월 연안여객선 현대화편드 1호에 의한 선박 '한일고속페리 실버클라우드호'가 취항식을 가졌다. 국내 여객선 시장은 그간 해외 중고선에만 의존해왔는데 순수 국내 기술로 건조된 여객선이 등장한 것이다. 이에 따라 우리나라 여객선 산업은 기술발전과 디자인 등 그 품질이 향상 될 것이다. 그간 여객선 이용객의 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 영세한 규모의 국내 선사는 비용 부담 때문에 신조를 건조하기 어려워 해외 중고선을 수입하였다. 이로 인해 국내 여객선의 실내 인테리어의 노후화, 인테리어 개조에 따르는 선박 성능의 저하 등 다양한 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 정부는 2018년 현대화펀드를 통해 노후된 연안여객선을 대체할 새로운 선박의 건조를 지원함으로써 연안여객선은 이제 선사의 사적 소유물을 넘어 공공적 성격이 교통수단이 되었다. 이로써 연안여객선은 이동 편의 향상을 비롯하여 승객에게 더 큰 만족을 줄 수 있는 디자인 개선방안이 요구된다.

최근 성능기준에 의한 평가규정이 시행된 건축물 내화충전구조에 대해 관련 제도운영체계와 국내외 성능평가방법 및 성능기준을 살펴본 후 현재 기준의 보완점과 향후 개선방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 내화충전구조는 방화구획의 기능을 완성시키는 중요한 부분으로서 연구개발 및 시장활성화가 필요하며, 현장 품질을 확보 유지할 수 있는 관리체계가 필요하다. 한편 내화성능 뿐만 아니라 구조거동에 대한 대응 및 내구성에 대한 기술기준의 보완 마련이 필요하다.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the user satisfaction of 'the Presidential Web Record Service' using a proposed model of the user satisfaction index which consists of contents quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, user's royalty and compliant are also measured in this study. This study shows that satisfaction of contents quallity and system quality influence significantly on the user satisfaction. And contents quality, service quality, user satisfaction show a significant relationships to user's royalty.
