A survey method in Korea has being developed rapidly since a survey company was established in 1968. In latest, the CATI, internet survey, Notebook, PDA survey methods are being utilized in accordance with communication development. This article focuses on the practical use and the strength and weakness of the PDA survey solution which employs 'KISS' system designed by KRIVET itself. The survey using PDA has, on the one hand, such strengths as follows : 1) efficient field control, 2) reduction of time for verifying data and generation of proper data 3) shortening survey duration from intial survey to data completion, 4) cutting down survey personnel and cost. On the other hand, survey using PDA has the following weakness: 1) limitation of questionnaire expression, 2) increasing time for survey, 3) communication barrier in some regions.

SIP Caller Preference is an useful function that allows a caller to express preferences about request handling in servers. It can also feat appropriate call processing according to the callee capabilities. However, only the category of the media is considered as a criteria for target selection in the caller preference. In this case, if the callee's media information such as codec is different from the caller, an additional re­negotiation occurs for SIP call setup. Therefore, in this paper, we have suggested an extended caller preference to solve this problem. In our SIP based VoIP system, a network sewer uses detailed media informations for media stream in the session to select the target for SIP call setup. The sewer gives higher priority to the candidate which do not require re-negotiation for call setup, so that an effective call setup can be achieved in our system.

UCC(User Created Content) has brought about much change in the way Internet users produce, publish, and share digital content. That means that Internet users are participating in the UCC service much mure voluntarily, and interacting each other mure proactively to meet their social-psychological needs such as self-expression, social presence and so on. Also, there has been the sharp increase in variety and volume of digital content on Internet. The reasons why are that UCC enables Internet users to produce and publish their own content with much low cost, and lowers the entrance barriers to the digital content market. Like this, UCC causes the unbundling of the value chain of digital content, resulting in the high uncertainty and complexity, and then leading to the low healthiness of UCC value chain in terms of productivity, robustness, niche creation, and safety. Thus, this paper is to identify the status and problems of UCC value chain and present the way how to enhance the healthiness of UCC value chain more comprehensively and systematically.

Parody, which is the device of humorous Postmodernism artists, has been from the comic immitation with the popular and well-known object. It's expressive techniques are very various such as similarity, transformation, exaggeration, irony, parados, inversion etc. and also it can be used another techniques of designer's will and ability based. Parody's effect consists of satire, mockery, scorn, ridicule, unexpectedness, defamiliarize, playfulness, wit, respect, esteem, wonder and so on of the original. So parody has a critical distance from the original, whichis the object of immitation. Ultimately, the expression of parody can be as extensive as from an ironic and funny inversion still containing the respect for the original to a contemptuous mockery. Nowadays Parodists have a tendency to use parody actively in order to criticize the real world or to meet the past with ironic recontextualize. And parody include the specific characters of postmodern design. So parody is widely known as a effective forms of expression in now-a-days our environment surrounded with the postmodern esthetics, and it's request will be increased rapidly. As a part of art, parody is apt to use widely in Fashion too. And from a historical standpoint it is to reconstitute the past with a critical eye and finally to become a new technique to create the new Fashion style with an intention of extension of design area.

Sensor networks consist of small nodes with sensing, computation, and wireless communications capabilities. A number of routing protocols to transmit the data between the base station and sensor nodes have been proposed. Intanagonwiwat et al. proposed the directed diffusion in which the base station sends interest messages and waits for data from the nodes in the specific regions. Since the directed diffusion propagates every interest message to whole nodes in the network, it causes energy dissipation of nodes. In this paper, we propose a novel data propagation method, which limits the data transmission area according to a threshold value for reducing the energy consumption in the network. A fuzzy logic is exploited to determine the threshold value by considering the energy and density of all the deployed nodes. The simulation models are designed and implemented based on DEVS formalism which is theoretically well grounded means of expressing discrete event simulation models.

The present study investigated the tracking system of a reflector to trace the movement of sun. The system was designed to minimize the error between the vertical vector of reflector and the position of sun. The proposed system was able to collect the sun lights at a point as a useful source of light energy and transmit the collected light to a remote area through optical fibers. Also the study successfully solved the controller design problem due to the complexity of modeling of the sun tracking system using a fuzzy logic controller which mimics human reasoning.

Childhood depression was not officially accepted as a separate diagnosis until 20-25years ago. Although DSM-III R criteria gave us a starting point and are gaining acceptances as a useful tool for diagnosing childhood depression recently, many professionals feel that additional modifications are needed to better reflect the developmental aspects of children. And because children are relatively poor in expressing their moods or feelings due to weak reality sence and/or cognitive and linguistic limitations, the author too carefully suggest that developmental perspectives of children should be considered in diagnosing childhood depression. Little is known about the extent to which childhood depression precedes adult depression and persists into adult life and about the impact of it on the personality formation. Some evidences that childhood depressive symtoms can be quite enduring make it important to make an early diagnosis and treatment.

In popular music, soul music is becoming an evaluation criteria in Korea. Blues, a songer music that was singing and lamenting Filed Holler and their suffering in a vast land of black blood and sweat, which became the mother of music to understand our enthusiastic soul music. And the only spiritual haven, church music and important musicians. Especially in the 1960s Americans social background is the most important factor to understand the soul music of birth time. Our country, which has undergone tremendous colonial rule amid numerous foreign invasions, is naturally ashamed of its aging skies. For Black-Americans soul music is an expression and anger expression anger. However, many musicians, who are flooded with floods in our country, are destined to experience the essence of life. 'Soul music' the noble choice of choice music, is known to be the ultimate reminder of the misery of the eternal disaster. As soul music has become a powerful it is understandable that it has become an exaggeration.

21세기를 접하면서 산업전자 분야의 비약적인 발전과 함께 과학문명은 눈부시게 발전해 나아가고 있다. 이것의 원천은 바로 전기(Electric)이다. 우리는 풍요로운 삶 자체를 전기 공급에서 누리고 있으며 또 비극적인 사태를 맞이할 때도 있다. 즉, 전기기기를 이용하면 원하건 원치 않건 전자기파가 발생이 된다 이것이 자연현상이며 전자기파는 IT, BT, CT를 비롯하여 산업 전체에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 일반적으로 우리가 말하는 전자기파 장해의 기본 요소는 노이즈원(잡음원), 경로매체, 피해장치 등으로 구성되는 데 잡음원(Noise Source)은 각종 시스템에서 구성되고 있는 전자기 에너지의 발생원으로 볼 수 있으며 이 발생원에서 경로매체(금속:전도성, 대기중:전파성 등)를 통하여 피해장치(전기전자통신기기류)에 방해를 주고 있는 상태를 전자기파 장해라고 설명할 수 있다. 전자기파 잡음원에서 경로를 거쳐 전자기파에 대하여 피해장치가 안정된 상태로 동작하도록 규정하는 용어 즉, 전자파 양립성 또는 적합성 (EMC : Electro Magnetic Compatibility))이란 용어를 가지고 전기 전자 통신기기에서 발생되는 불필요한 전자파와 전자파 내성시험을 만족하도록 의무화하고 있다. EMC 는 EMI (불요 전자파 또는 전자파 간섭 : Electro Magnetic Interference) + EMS (전자파 내성 : Electro Magnetic Susceptibility) 2가지 시험을 함께 전자파 적합성 (EMC) 시험으로 표현되고 있다. 전자파 적합성 시험의 목적으로 EMl는 전도성 또는 전파성에 대한 주파수 대역(잡음)을 보호하기 위한 것이 목적이고 EMS는 프로세서가 내장된 기기류의 오동작을 방지하기 위하여 감응평가를 하는 것이다. 즉, 감응(Susceptibility)이란 어떤 장비나 시스템이 전자기파 장해에 쉽게 영향을 받는 것을 뜻하는 데 전자파 장해를 견디면서 본래의 기능을 충분하게 발휘하며 동작할 수 있는 능력을 말한다.

An increasingly important facet of software development is the ability to estimated the associated coast and effort of development early in the development life cycle. In spite of the most generally sued procedures for estimation of the software development effort and cost were linear regression analysis. As a result of the software complexity and various development environments, the software effort and cost estimates that are grossly inaccurate. The application of nonlinear methods hold the greatest promise for achieving this objects. Therefore this paper presents an RBF (radial basis function) network model that is able to represent the nonlinear relation for software development effort, The research describes appropriate RBF network modeling in the context of a case study for 24 software development projects. Also, this paper compared the RBF network model with a regression analysis model. The RBF network model is the most accuracy of all.
