ISO/TC 307(블록체인/분산원장) 기술위원회는 영국, 미국, 프랑스, 독일등 서방국가들이 적극적으로 표준화 활동을 하고 있으며, 기업은 IBM, MS사의 활동이 두각을 나타내고 있다. 위원회의 구조와 표준화가 초기 단계를 지나 표준화 인프라를 구축하였다고 볼 수 있으며, 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 활용사례 표준 개발을 병행하여, 표준의 효용성을 높이려는 시도가 진행되고 있다. 인도 하이데라바드 (2019.11) 회의와 COVID-19로 인하여 온라인으로 개최한 2020년 6월 회의를 중심으로 ISO/TC 307 기술위원회의 표준화 동향을 살펴본다.

Recently, the comparative gap of technology and product has been decreased in the global market, and the globalization has been extended rapidly. Industries try to get de facto standard as the global standard. De facto standard has become a standard not because it has been approved by a standards organization but because it is widely used and recognized by the industry as being standard. Advanced countries already have their own organizations under the government, and they cooperate tightly with companies. As a result, we also try to have the organization and build the good relationship between companies and the government to get de facto standard in the global market.

Patent information, which is generated under a specific, objective rule for a prolonged period of time, has the properties of technology, right, and management. Because of these characteristics of patents, patent analysis is used to identify R&D capacities and performances, and management strategies of a given nation or enterprise. In this paper, we analyze LTE essential patents which are key IPRs for implementing standardized LTE technology and major weapons in a global patent war. Also, we discuss the status of standard patent data, main applicants and standardization trends based on declared in ETSI standard patents. Especially, we analyzed 15,073 patents data which are possible to analyze patent information.

The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge, awareness, safety-climate and performance of standard precautions for healthcare-associated infection control and to identify the factors that influence the performance of standard precautions among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals. The subjects of this study were 151 nurses who worked for more than 1 year in 6 small to medium-sized hospitals (less than 300 beds). The data was collected using self-report questionnaires from January 15 to February 15, 2018. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. The mean score for safety climate and performance of standard precautions showed significant differences according to the working department. There were significant positive correlations among knowledge, awareness, safety climate, and performance of standard precautions. The factors influencing the performance of standard precautions were safety climate and awareness. The explanatory power of the performance of the two variables was 23.3%. Based on the findings, it is necessary to improve the safety-climate and continuous educational program, and administrative support should be provided to improve nurses' performance of standard precautions for healthcare-associated infection control in small- and medium-sized hospitals.

In a large scale parallel computation, failures of some nodes or communication links end up with waste of computing resources, Several fault-tolerant MPI libraries have been proposed so far, but the programs written by using such libraries have a portability problem since fault-tolerant features are not supported by the MPI standard yet, In this paper, we propose an application-level fault-tolerant linear system solver that uses the asynchronous iteration algorithm and the standard MPI functions only, which does not have a portability problem and is more efficient by adopting a simplified recovery mechanism.

Land price is a kind of text to read urban spatial structure. The purpose of this paper is to inquire into the characteristics of Daegu's urban structure and its change in time through exploring spatio-temporal variations of land price with a detailed spatial and temporal resolution. To achieve this, land value surfaces were represented using the officially assessed land price every other year from 1995 to 2011. Through mapping and exploring spatio-temporal patterns and fluctuation rates of land price for this period, changes in urban structure, the effects of local decision makings such as Greenbelt adjustment, housing site development, and gentrification, and the effects of business fluctuations or policies at global or national scales could be caught. In addition, the trends for suburbanization and multi-centric urban form could be examined from the results of a negative exponential model explaining the effect of distance from an urban center on spatial variation of land price. These results demonstrate that urban analysis using land price mirroring spatial decision making at various scales could deepen understanding for internal structure and change of a city and provide useful information for establishing regional and urban development policies and evaluating their effects.

The purpose of this study is to find out the methodologies, using GIS techniques, to appraise the parcel prices and to estimate the compensation expenditures according to road expansions. This study consists of 2 parts. The first pare is to find out the ways for appraisal of patrol prices in certain area by the publicly announced land prices. The second part is to estimate the differences of compensation expenditures according to road expansion methods. The conclusions are as follows. First, to appraise the target parcel prices, a comparison to the publicly announced land prices should be used. For this, 19 items of land characteristics of existing land information should be analyzed and compared using GIS techniques. Second, the compensation expenditure could be easily estimated using GIS techniques too. In this process, if necessary, we have to apply the minimum parcel size in Building Codes.

This article aims to help improve day care qualitatively to offer base data for applying the standard childcare curriculum and improve the management, by analyzing the teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. For this, we examined teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum and determined how much a teacher of an infant class and a teacher of a young children class conduct for every sector. A questionnaire was prepared to study the recognition, organization and management on the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum and the selected study subjects were educare teachers in G-do. T-test and one-way analysis of variance were conducted with the collected research data. The study results are as follows. First, the educare teachers mostly recognized the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum. Second, they were properly organizing and managing the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. Third, all the teachers of an infant class and a young children class were conducting the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum for every sector.
