On-board spectrophotometer has been widely used as a non-contact and non-destructive measurement system in many fields. In this study, we evaluated the effect with respect to the light of on-board spectrophotometer based on a comparison with the standard spectrophotometer and color information coordinate system. Red, yellow, green and blue color paper, which were the standard reflective color paper and Munsell color paper, were used for experiments. In order to compare between a standard spectrophotometer system and an on-board spectrophotometer system, each color paper was measured 20 times. We concluded that it is possible to develop a system regardless the effect of light if the light was supplied consistently and a calibration was performed exactly while we applied an on-board spectrophotometer to non-contact and non-destructive measurement system.

The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively measure the effect of location in evaluating the land value through the implementation of GIS coupled with spatial statistical analysis. We assumed that the hedonic price model, which was commonly used in modelling the land value, could not explain the spatial factor effectively. In order to add the spatial factor, the analysis of the spatial autocorrelation was used. The present project used 54 standard land price samples from 1421 parcel land values and applied Kriging to predict stochastically the unsampled values on the basis of spatial autocorrelation between location of vector data. This study confirms that the spatial variogram analysis has an advantage of predicting spatial dependence process and revealing the positive premium and the negative penality on location factor objectively.

한국건설기술연구원(원장 이재명)과 한국조명.전기설비학회(회장 지철근)는 공동으로 종래 사용하여 오던 '건축전기설비공사 표준시방서'를 건설교통부의 지원으로 개정하였습니다. 앞으로 건설시장개방에 대응하기 위하여 건축전기설비공사 부문의 본 시방서가 계속 보완발전되도록 건축전기설비 기술자 제현의 많은 조건이 있으시기 바라오며, 표준시방서의 역할과 구성체계및 개정 내용에 대해서 간단히 소개하고자 합니다.

현재 온톨로지는 많은 분야에서 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 온톨로지 구축에 관한 표준 언어가 W3C에 의해 공표되었으며, 온톨로지를 구축하기 위한 많은 도구들이 개발되어져 왔다. 그러한 도구들은 각각 특징이 있고, 온톨로지의 구축물 위해 최적화되어 있지만, 한가지 단정은 도구의 일반성의 결여이다. 기존의 모든 온톨로지 구축 도구들은 온톨로지 전문가를 위한 전문가용 구축 도구라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그리하여 온톨로지에 관심이 있는 일반 사용자가 그러한 도구들을 사용하기 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이런 단점을 보완하기 위하여 온톨로지 언어에 대한 사용자 지침 표준안을 만들고, 이 표준안을 온톨로지 구축 도구에 적용하여 보다 쉽고 정확한 온톨로지 구축이 가능한 온톨로지 구축 도구를 설계 하였다.

80년대 초 GIS의 개념이 국내에 도입된 후, 1988년 대구광역시를 필두로 지자체의 GIS 구축이 시작되어 국가에서는 GIS 구축의 체계적인 관리의 필요성에 따라 1995년 제1차 국가GIS 기본계획을 수립하고, 2000년 ‘국가지리정보체계의 구축 및 활용 등에 관한 법률’을 제정, 공포하여 각 지자체의 실정에 맞는 GIS 기본계획을 수립하도록 유도하고 있다. 그러나, 바람직한 지자체 GIS 기본계획 작성의 표준이 제시되지 않아 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 개인의 안목이나 타 지자체의 내용을 참조로 만들어져 형식적이고 획일적인 결과물이 산출되고 있다. 그리하여 기존에 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 일부의 지자체를 제외하고는 해당 지자체의 GIS 구축 사업에 활용되지 못하고 책장속의 책으로 존재하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문의 목적은 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준안을 제시하여 향후 해당 지자체에서 GIS 기본계획을 수립할 때, 구성적인 측면의 틀을 제공하여 일정수준을 만족할 수 있는 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 수립을 지원하고자 한다. 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)을 도출하기 위해서 정보화전략계획과 해외 관련 연구, 국가GIS 기본계획의 검토를 통하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 구성요소를 도출하고, 기존지자체 GIS 기본계획의 목차를 중심으로 분석하여, 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)의 기반이 되도록 하였다. 제안된 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)은 향후 각 지자체의 활용가치가 높은 GIS 기본 계획의 수립에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하며, 나아가서는 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 지자체의 성공적인 GIS 구축을 유도하는 가이드의 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers. The subjects were 204 infant teachers who are working in day care centers in Jeonnam. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data were collected from May 6 to June 13. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, descriptive, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follows: First, practice level for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was relatively high level. There were no significantly different practice level of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. Second, obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was normal level. There were no significantly different obstacle factors of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. There were negative correlation between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teacher's.

최근 삼성전자와 애플에서 갤럭시폰, 갤럭시탭 등의 갤럭시 제품군과 아이폰, 아이패드 등 애플 제품군을 두고 세계 곳곳에서 치열한 특허전쟁이 벌어지고 있다. 여태까지의 소송에서는 애플이 적극적으로 삼성을 공격하는 입장이었는데 최근에는 삼성에서 애플에 적극적인 공세를 취하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 삼성이 네덜란드의 헤이그 법원에서 삼성의 표준특허를 이유로 애플의 아이폰 판매금지가처분 신청을 신청한 사안에서, 헤이그 법원은 애플이 주장한 F/RAND 논리를 받아들여 삼성의 판매금지가처분 신청을 기각하였다. 그렇다면, 최근 특허업계에서 이슈가 되고 있는 표준특허란 무엇이고, F/RAND란 무엇일까? 먼저 표준특허에 대해서 간략히 살펴보고 삼성과 애플사례를 토대로 F/RAND에 대해서 살펴보도록 하겠다.
