Establishment of Measurement Standards for Productivity Assessment in Construction Project (건설 프로젝트 생산성 평가를 위한 측정 기준 수립)

  • In general construction project planning ratio of manpower and quantity of outputs produced, such as the construction estimate standard, is used as the criterion for labor productivity. This method is highly effective in construction projects with repetitive work, however, there is a limit to apply in large-scale projects with high complexity. This is because the influence of non-work time caused by various work interruption factors that act complexly on the productivity of the project is greater than the average labor productivity derived from the performance data of the project. Therefore, this study proposes a productivity measurement method that can evaluate the characteristics of construction works and the cause of non-working time. To this end, first, detailed work processes and their non-work factors for each work type are defined, and the Adv-FMR technique is developed for quantitatively measuring them. Next, based on the concept of obtainable productivity, methods for comparative productivity analysis by work type, evaluating non-work factors, and deriving productivity improvement methods are proposed. Finally, a case study is conducted to validate that the analysis results based on Adv-FMR data can support the decision-making of construction managers on productivity management.

Improving Business Usability of XBRL Based on Semantic Web Approach (시맨틱 웹을 이용한 XBRL의 비즈니스 활용성 개선)

  • It is crucially important to exchange and manage the financial information of an organization for the reason of complexity and diversity of information caused by its implicit information involved. Especially, according to the development of information technology, various approaches appeared to manage financial data of organization. For example, XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) is one of the technologies dealing with the above criteria. Basically, XBRL is a business reporting language to define and exchange financial information, such as a financial statement of organization. XBRL is an international standard which enables the exchange of information between information providers and consumers by adding the tags involving the information of circumstantial factors of data. However, XBRL is not able to describe semantics because XBRL is fundamentally based on XML(Extensible Markup Language) having the purpose of expressing and structuring data. Therefore, this paper aims to enable semantic information to XBRL through the semantic technology. The objective of this paper is an ontologization of the knowledge to perform sharing, reusing, discovering, and inferring the knowledge described and conducted by XBRL. In order to achieve the above objective, this paper suggests the methodology for the ontologization of the category and instance document of XBRL. Furthermore, this paper points out the possibility of suggested methodology in a practical business through indicating the advantages of the knowledge described by XBRL.

  • 본 논문에서는 월드와이드웹상에서 3차원 인터페이스를 기술하는 표준 사양인 VRML과 자바의 EAI(External Authoring Interface)를 통하여 사용자 간에 발생하는 상호작용들을 동기화 시키는 방법을 소개한다. 제시한 방법에서는 별도의 독립적인 응용프로그램을 작성하거나 동기화를 위하여 확장된 VRML을 사용할 필요없이 웹브라우저와 바로 호환하여 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 방대한 웹문서와 연계가 쉬우므로 범용적인 자료구축이 가능하다. 하지만, 가장 최근의 VRML97에서조차도 VRML이 제시하는 가상공간 다중 사용자 환경의 지원은 아직 미비하다. 더 이상 단순히 3차원 월드를 탐험하는 시기는 지났으며, 같은 공간상에서 혼자가 아닌 여럿이 함께 하는 다중 사용자 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. 이에 자바의 네트웍 기능과 가상공간의 외부에서 동적으로 월드를 제어할 수 있는 EAI를 이용하여 부족했던 다중 사용자 환경을 지원함으로써 가상 공간 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 그러나, 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트는 단지 동일 브라우저에서만 유효하기 때문에 다른 사용자에게 전달할 때는 이벤트를 원격지의 이벤트와 연동하기 위하여 다른 방법이 필요하다. 사용자 상호작용 시스템에 있어서 이러한 이벤트를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요소는 아바타의 행동양식(avatar's behavior)이라 할 수 있다. 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트의 대부분이 사용자에 의해서 발생되는 것들이다. 즉, 아바타의 행위에 따라서 사용자 서로 간에 상호작용이 일어나게 되며 이들 이벤트를 서로 동기화 함으로써 실시간 3차원 상호작용 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템은 전자 상거래, 가상 쇼핑몰, 가상 전시화, 또는 3차원 게임이나 가상교육 시스템과 같은 웹기반 응용프로그램에 사용될 수 있다.물을 보존·관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 도서관의 기능만으로는 감당하기 어렵기 때문에 대학정보화의 센터로서의 도서관과 공공기록물 전문 담당자로서의 대학아카이브즈가 함께 하여 대학의 공식적인 직무 관련 업무를 원활하게 지원하고, 그럼으로써 양 기관의 위상을 높이는 상승효과를 낼 수 있다.하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인할수 있지만 엄밀히 생각하여 보면 이러한 예의 경우도 최락의 총체적인 외형은 마찬가지로 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응

A Web Accessability Compliance Framework for Website Development: A Case of W Bank Internet Banking Project - (웹사이트 개발을 위한 웹접근성 준수 프레임워크: - W 은행 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템 구축 사례 -)

  • As Internet advances, websites with simpel HTML pages are changing to complex web application systems with enormous contents and various services. With this trend, it is noted that situations where Web accessibility of the old and the handicapped is inhibited are growing. To solve this problem, The Disability Discrimination Act has been enacted since April 2013. This act triggers massive website reorganization efforts. However, in order for the huge and sophisticated web applications and web sites to ensure a web accessibility, a framework is required to throughout the web site development. Based on thorough review of website development methodologies, web accessibility compliance standards, and various web accessibility issues related to website characteristics, this study proposes a practice oriented "Web Accessibility Compliance Framework". The current study also examines the usefulness and value of this framework by applying it to the internet banking development project of W bank and receiving a certificate for high quality website complying web accessibility standards.

Job Characteristics of Care Workers in Elderly Care Voucher Service as a Quality Element (사회서비스 품질 요소로서 제공인력의 근무특성 : 노인돌보미 바우처 사업을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the job characteristics of care workers in elderly care voucher service emphasizing a social service quality management approach. The study sample was composed of randomly-selected 233 centers which dispatched care staffs to clients' home. Descriptive analyses were performed for examining the unique aspects of relationship-based labor of care staffs, and logistic regression analyses were performed for investigating the association between service quality structure and human right violation against staffs. As the first empirical study focusing on staff-side service quality factors, this study found out that human right violation against staffs was mainly influenced by record-keeping and document management capacity of center, risk protection under insurance, compliance of standard contract procedure, and regular supervision. These results suggest particular policy attention should be given to basic protection for and set-up of core activity boundaries of care workers as well as clients-centered rights both for preventing human right violation and improving overall social service quality.

A Study on the Records Production Report of Public Institutions (공공기관의 생산현황통보에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of production status report is figuring out the amount of records produced by departments and record centers and establishing plans for transfer and collect of archives. These are the main functions of production status report clarified by Public Records Management Act. Production status report is introduced as the means to control the record management in public institutions which lack the understanding of the record production and management. Up to now, public institutions carry out production status report. However, it only has been done as a formal procedure and records collected unsurely transfer to Archives. The implementation of production status report does not accord with the original purpose. In addition, there are different views about the appropriateness of production status report. Record managers in the field, the researchers who made efforts to state production status report in the law and the archives did not reached the agreement of opinions yet. The objective of this study is not to judge whether production status report is of importance or not. Although its significance is controversial, it's one of the most important record management tasks and it stands the position as the distinct method in Korea. Nonetheless, the issue that production status report lacks efficiency in the field due to the lack of support of forms and systems brings up continuously. Thus, I evaluated current functions of production status report and proposed future improvements so that it accomplishes its original intent and support users in the field.

A Study on Data Quality Evaluation of Administrative Information Dataset (행정정보데이터세트의 데이터 품질평가 연구)

  • In 2019, the pilot project to establish a record management system for administrative information datasets started in earnest under the leadership of the National Archives. Based on the results of the three-year project by 2021, the improved administrative information dataset management plan will be reflected in public records-related laws and guidelines. Through this, the administrative information dataset becomes the target of full-scale public record management. Although public records have been converted to electronic documents and even the datasets of administrative information systems have been included in full-scale public records management, research on the quality requirements of data itself as raw data constituting records is still lacking. If data quality is not guaranteed, all four properties of records will be threatened in the dataset, which is a structure of data and an aggregate of records. Moreover, if the reliability of the quality of the data of the administrative information system built by reflecting the various needs of the working departments of the institution without considering the standards of the standard records management system is insufficient, the reliability of the public records itself can not be secured. This study is based on the administrative information dataset management plan presented in the "Administrative Information Dataset Recorded Information Service and Utilization Model Study" conducted by the National Archives of Korea in 2021. A study was conducted. By referring to various data, especially public data-related policies and guides, which are being promoted across the government, we would like to derive quality evaluation requirements in terms of records management and present specific indicators. Through this, it is expected that it will be helpful for record management of administrative information dataset which will be in full swing in the future.
