The existing emergency medical systems are unable to obtain accurate clinical information, so most of the specialized first aid is being done within the hospital. In this paper, designed medical information transfer structure based on medical information standards HL7 for accurate first aid is proposed. The designed system can share clinical information and emergency medical information in terms of standard HL7 messages. Therefore, the correct first aid is available in steps taken by the hospital. In addition, the system of this paper has been implemented based on the OSGi service platform for the efficient integration with other health-related services.

Digital signatures not only provide a way of guaranteeing the integrity of data but also establish the identity of the signer. However, basic digital signature format which contains only the signature of the signer does not guarantee the correctness of its creation time, and it can not remain valid over long periods. This paper proposes a system which integrates timestamp service into digital signatures. The system provides online services for the creation and verification of long term digital signatures which can give the guarantee of the correctness of their creation times and can be proved to be valid over long periods. The proposed system can be used in the various areas such as e-commerce contracts, document archival services, and invoice applications, which requires long term digital signatures. The proposed system is tested with the KRISS timestamp service system.

In this paper, the structure and detailed specifications of the HDR-WPAN physical layer have been analyzed and the block module of transmitter and receiver have been also designed, and analyzed the performance as well. In the process of transmitter design, it concentrated on all possibility of modulation of QPSK, DQPSK and 16/32/64QAM-TCM, which could be available for mode selection due to the transmission rate. In addition to the receiver module, DQPSK and TCM decoding algorithm is mainly concerned. After designing the transceiver MODEM using VHDL, we have programmed on the platform board and verified the functions of the MODEM. Some experimental results showed that it can be considered a possibility of data communication without error over SNR 22dB.

SOA는 하나의 시스템이 아니며 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 시스템이 SOA개념 하에 서로 유기적으로 연계되어 있다. 이러한 SOA를 실현하는 미들웨어이며, 분산된 서비스 컴포넌트의 효율적인 통합을 실현하는 ESB는 BPEL 혹은 솔루션 벤더의 자체적인 표준을 따르는 프로세스 매니저와 연동해 프로세스 기반의 통합을 지원한다. 기업 차원에서 볼 때, 안정적인 SOA를 기반으로 BPM을 구축하면 BPM이 보다 민첩하고 유연해지며, 여러 부서와 위치에 걸쳐 BPM을 보다 쉽게 확장할 수 있고, 기본 IT 시스템의 변화에 보다 탄력적으로 대응할 수 있다. 또한, 프로세스에 필요한 일부 서비스를 거래 파트너에 아웃소싱할 수 있고, 회사의 고유한 프로세스를 내외부의 신규 고객에게 서비스로 제공할 수 있는 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 만들 수 있다. 이런 비즈니스 프로세스를 운영하면서 서비스에 대한 품질과 각 프로세스에 대한 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 EERP (End to End Resource Planning)을 적용하여 QoS를 보장하고자 한다. EERP는 SO(Service Oriented)-SCM이나 SO-CRM과 같은 엔터프라이즈 환경에서의 내부, 외부의 리소스들을 최적화 하며, 프로세싱에 사용되는 각 리소스들을 실시간으로 감시하며 QoS를 보장하는 매커니즘을 통하여 최적화한다. 이를 기반으로 본 논문에서는 이러한 EERP QoS 구조를 제시한다.

근래 들어 무선 인터넷이 가능한 고성능의 휴대형 단말들이 널리 보급되어 감에 따라, 모바일 기업 응용에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 모바일 기업 응용에서는 모바일 클라이언트와 기업 서버간의 데이터 동기화가 필수적이다. 왜냐하면, 모바일 클라이언트는 그 특성상 기업 서버에 항상 접속해 있을 수 없기 때문이다. 하지만 이러한 모바일 기업 응용을 작성하기 위해서는 확장성 이형성, 자원제약, 보안등과 같은 여러 기술적인 문제들을 해결해야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술적인 문제들 뿐만 아니라 데이터 동기화 부분을 처리해 줌으로써 응용 개발자들에게 오직 데이터 동기화를 위한 추상화된 인터페이스만을 제공해주는 데이터 동기화 미들웨어 시스템인 MoIM-Sync 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관해 기술한다. 우리 시스템은 구현 언어로 Java를, 동기화 프로토콜로 표준 동기화 프로토콜인 SyncML을 사용함으로써 이형성 문제를 극복하였으며, 3 계층 구조를 통해 확장성 및 기존 동기화 시스템/서버 시스템들과의 연동 문제를 해결하였다.

The modeling of thermodynamic non-idealities and transport anomalies is a crucial prerequisite to realistically simulate the mixing and combustion processes of liquid propellants injected above critical pressures. This study has developed a specific set of subroutines to calculate the thermodynamic and transport properties based on the generalized cubic equation of state (EoS) in a coupled manner with the standard chemical kinetics packages (Chemkin). The existing flamelet analysis code is extended with the real-fluid package and applied to numerical investigation of local flame structures of kerosene and liquid oxygen at high pressure conditions relevant to the actual rocket engines.

IIn this paper, we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is APM(Apache, PHP, MySQL) based learning management system(LMS) support SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Learning system include learning management system is stable and possible.

URC 로봇 클라이언트는 원가 절감 및 하드웨어 경량화를 위해 최소한의 요소로 구성되며, 필요한 기능을 외부 디바이스와의 연동 또는 서버를 통해 전송받아 작업을 수행하게 된다. 기존의 URC 로봇 시스템은 이기종간의 제약 없는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 웹 서비스를 사용하고, 워크플로우 표준 언어인 BPEL 을 기반으로 한 워크플로우 엔진을 사용하고 있다. 로봇 클라이언트의 제한 된 자원으로 인해 대부분의 URC 로봇 시스템은 서버에서 BPEL 엔진을 동작시키고, 네트워크를 통해서 클라이언트의 서비스를 호출하는 구조를 가지게 된다. 이에따라 기존 로봇 시스템은 클라이언트 서비스 호출로 인한 네트워크 부하가 발생하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 경량화 된 B2J 시스템을 이용하여 로봇 클라이언트에서 BPEL의 실행을 수행하는 DBRS를 제안한다. 기존의 B2J는 BPEL 문서를 Java 코드로 변환, 컴파일, 실행하는 과정을 같은 환경에서 수행했으나 DBRS에서 사용되는 경량화 된 B2J 는 변환자와 실행자를 분리함으로써 요구사항을 낮추고 로봇의 제한된 자원을 절약한다. DBRS 는 다른 BPEL 엔진을 사용하는 로봇 시스템에 비해 클라이언트의 제한된 자원을 절약하고, 로봇 서비스 호출에 의해 발생하는 네트워크 부하가 감소한다.

홈 제어 네트워크는 전력선으로 대표되는 물리적 네트워크를 기반으로 저속의 신뢰도 있는 통신을 한다. 현재 홈 제어 네트워크의 표준으로 거론되고 있는 것들은 CEBUS, EIB, LonWorks 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI에서 작년에 개발한 론웍스(LonWorks) 시스템을 구성 관리하는 서버 소프트웨어인 LonWare(version 2.0)의 다중 바인딩을 지원하기 위한 연결(Connections) 구조를 제안한다. Echelon사에서 제안하는 LonWorks 시스템의 구성관리 도구로서의 LonMaker는 자체적으로 개발한 LNS (LonWorks Network Service)라고 하는 비 표준화된 구성 관리 기술을 통해서 네트워크를 관리하도록 지원하며, 상기한 LNS를 인프라로 활용하는 도구로서, LNS는 빌딩 혹은 가정 내에 LonWorks 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 디바이스들에 대한 정보를 DB화하여 구축된 자료를 기반 으로 디바이스들간에 연동이 가능하도록 지원한다. 그러나 고가이며, 바인딩 과정 시 론웍스 네트워크 상에 필요 이상의 패킷을 발생시켜 전력선 채널의 Bandwidth를 감소시키며, 또한 바이딩 과정을 마치는데 걸리는 시간을 증가시킨다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 바이딩을 지원하는 홈 네트워크 구성 관리 서버 소프트웨어의 연결 구조를 통해서 LonWare v2.0의 유니캐스트(unicast) 바이딩시 발생 했던 모든 문제를 제거하고, 바인딩에 필요한 패킷을 최적화 하여 바인딩에 걸리는 시간을 단축시키며, 성능의 주요한 요소인 디바이스의 리소스를 최소화하는 방법으로 접근하여 바인딩 시 처리능력의 한계를 가지고 있는 뉴런칩 기반의 론웍스 디바이스의 시스템 사양에 영향을 주지 않도록 제안하였다. 제안된 리눅스 기반의 홈 네트워크 구성 관리 소프트웨어의 다중 바인딩 기능을 통해 론웍스 네트워크상의 다양한 디바이스들간의 네트워크 다양화와 분산화 기능을 얻을 수 있었고, 기존의 고가의 해외 솔루션인 Echelon사의 LonMaker 소프트웨어를 사용하지 않고도 국내의 순수 솔루션인 리눅스 기반의 LonWare 3.0 다중 바인딩 기능을 통해 저 비용으로 홈 네트워크 구성 관리 서버 시스템 개발에 대한 비용을 줄일 수 있다.

With the evolution of telecommunications network, the operational enviroments of a morden telecommunication network are becoming more complex and diverse. Therefore. the design of NMA( Network Management Aechitecture) that pursues standardization and openness in order to accommodatae them actively will be required. In such a network environment which composes various and heterogeneous network elements, it is not easy to surpport efficiently TMN MSs(Management Services) because it has lack of interoperability among them. This paper proposes a top-down approach being taken to design a network management architecture with establishing the hierarchical relationships of management services based on ITU-TS(Telecommunication Standardization in Europe) TMN concept, and allocating MSC(Management Service Component) by TMN management layer, and analyzing the information flow between FAs(Functional Areas).
