This study aims to suggest a development process for the interior design major course at K University's school of design to educate specialists who can answer the needs of the industrial field. The study procedure first analyzed the internal and external environment to establish queries and development direction. A job model for the interior design industry was constructed while course modules were deducted based on job characteristics and was used to form a curriculum based on a 4 year course. Required personnel includes 'Interior Design Business and Marketing Specialists', 'Interior Design Space Planning Specialists' and 'Interior Design Construction Management Specialists'. 40 modules were drawn following the detailed job model structure. 1st year students are to follow a common curriculum, 2nd years the major foundation, 3rd years major intensive, and the 4th years major application. The practical importance of the research is to suggest a development process of major modules based on the standard job model and the organization structure of the interior design industry.

LVC(Live-Virtual-Constructive) training system is drawing attention due to changes in battlefield situation and the development of advanced information and communication technologies. The ROKAF(Republic of Korea Air Force) plans to construct LVC training system capable of scientific training. This paper analyzes the results of V-C interoperability test with three fighter simulators as virtual systems and a theater-level wargame model as a constructive system. The F-15K, KF-16, and FA-50 fighter simulators, which have different interoperable methods, were converted into a standard for simulation interoperability. Using the integrated field environment simulator, the fighter simulators established a mutually interoperable environment. In addition, the Changgong model, which is the representative training model of the Air Force, was converted to the standard for simulation interoperability, and the integrated model was implemented with optimized interoperability performance. Throughput experiments, It was confirmed that the fighter simulators and the war game model of the ROKAF could be interoperable with each other. The results of this study are expected to be a good reference for the future study of the ROKAF LVC training system.

The objective of this paper is to provide an approximate cost estimating model for tunnel that can be utilized both in quick construction cost estimating for design alternatives, and in evaluating efficiently the cost effects according to the environmental changes during design and construction stage. To meet this requirement, this study analyzes critical cost factors influencing tunnel construction costs. The cost factors include 7 elements such as rock drilling method, advancing method, type of detonator, loader capacity, unit weight and soil volume change factor, length of tunnel. This paper investigates the cost variance according to the change of the cost factors. The result is expected to be used in formulating approximate tunnel cost estimating model.

Recently KISTEP(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Evaluation and Planning) held an open forum for examining 'the Manuscript of National Science and Technology Standard Taxonomic System'. I submitted my opinion letter to the forum because I thought that the matter of setting the standard taxonomic system for Science and Technology is so closely related to the research concern of STS that it needs checking from the viewpoint of STS. This paper primarily focuses on making a criticism of and constructing an alternative to the mamuscript, but it goes so far as to ground the matter upon the STS viewpoint. I propose that we interpret an open forum related to science and technology as an example case of the community of inquiry. Further I try, standing in the context of learning to form a model of doing STS interdisciplinary research. In the context of decision I point out the problem with the 'scale' principle involved in categrizing criteria of the taxonomic system and argue that the problem leads to omitting STS from National Science and Technology Standard Taxonomic System although STS takes up science and technology themselves as its research concern proper. In the context or teaming I seek to set up a typical case study or STS. One of the typical STS research tasks is trying to construct a positive alternative to as well as make a criticism of a given suggestion, for clearer alternatives will, in him, provoke sharper criticisms or safer acceptances. I hope that the model in this paper will exemplify such an alternating procedure of criticism and acceptance.

자동판매기 매매 관련 분쟁은 한국소비자단체협의회 자율분쟁조정위원회에서 조정을 한다 이 위원회는 사법적 판단과 중재결정이 갖는 단점을 보완하기 위한 사전적 분쟁 해결 장치로서, 분쟁의 당사자가 다른 당사자에 대해 승리를 얻은 게 아니라 서로가 수용할 수 있는 해결책을 발견하여 당사자 모두에게 이익(win-win)이 되는 방향으로 분쟁 해결을 도모하고 있다. 한마디로 합리적으로 분쟁을조정하고 있는 것이다. 과거 방문판매의 비중이 높았을 당시 자판기 관련 분쟁도 많이 발생했다. 특히 소비자들 기망하는 사기 판매도 많아 피해를 당한 억울한 사람들이 조정을 요청하기도 했다. 방문판매의 비중이 줄어들자고 고정 건수도 급감했다. 자판기가 실수요 위주로 재편이 되다보니 꼭 필요한 사람이 자판기를 구매하는 행태가 일반화된 것이다. 이렇게 절대 건수를 줄었지만 분쟁은 여전히 발생하고 있다. 자판기 구매자가 운영을 하다가 계약해지를 하고 싶은 쪽으로 마음이 바뀌는 경우가 가장 많다. 자판기 방문판매는 사업권유거래에 해당되어 소비자가 계약해지를 원하면 판매자는 수용을 해야 한다. 공정거래위원회와 한국자동판매기공업협회가 제정한 <자판기 매매 표준약관>을 기준으로 손율을 적용하고 있는데 계약해지 하는 입장에서 이 손율도 무척 아까울 수밖에 없다. 가능하면 손율을 많이 받으려는 판매자 입장과 적게 적용받으려는 소비자 입장의 중간에서 합리적인 조정활동이 이루어진다. 이 자율분쟁조정위원회에는 한국자동판매기공업협회 임원도 조정의원으로 참여하고 있다. 사업자와 소비자 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 건전한 소비문화를 만들어 나가기 위해서는 다양한 분쟁 발생 사례에 대한 모범 조정 해결 사례를 명확히 이해하는 게 중요하다. 지금부터는 과연 어떠한 분쟁유형이 발생하고, 조정은 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 사례들을 예시한다. 한국소비자단체협의회가 발간한 <2010년 자율분쟁조정위원회 조정사례집>에서 발췌를 했다. 이 사례들은 자판기 관련 분쟁에 있어 해결기준을 제시하는데 도움이 되리라 판단된다.

Software Engineering covers techniques, tools, and methodologies needed to develop, acquire, and manage software in high quality, using appropriate resources. Therefore it can be said that the administration target of software engineering activities is the pursuit of high productivity for production of software in good quality. To do this, they should establish the engineering principle based on engineering theory and concept, and form the effective environment of engineering technology through improving development methods/methodology and tools of software engineering. In addition several guidances related to information system planning, acquisition, development, management, maintenance, and evaluation, etc. must be invented on the basis of software engineering to encourage efficiency of public information business yearly increasing fastand to make sure compatibility and interoperability. Technology, its developing and marketing situation, and standardization status are treated in this paper.

Korea e-government sets the goal of reaching the full integration stage. In this study, we propose a role model of the National Informatization Agency which is a fundamental organization for achieving the goal. The National Informatization Agency assumes full charge of support functions needed for consistent and efficient accomplishment of all the e-government projects, and those functions include e-government planning, project administration, national IT resource operation, national standards management, and project audit and evaluation. The proposed role-model is expected to be a theoretical basis for innovative government at informatization.

일본 아$\cdot$태지역 표준화활동 조사반 일행은 지난 9월 13일 아$\cdot$태지역 표준화활동의 활성을 위해 우리 협회를 방문, 문영환 사무총장과 담소를 나눈 후 협회 회의실에서 국내 표준화활동 관련자가 참석한 가운데 회의를 개최하였다. 협회 문영환 사무총장은 일본 조사반에게 방문길에 불편한 점은 없는지, 숙소는 정했는지 등의 세심한 배려를 아끼지 않았으며 조사연구에 커다란 성과가 있기를 바란다는 말로 인사를 대신했으며, 조사반은 사무총장에게 선물을 증정하면서 여러모로 관심과 협조를 보내주신데 깊은 감사의 뜻을 나타냈다. 우정성 Akira Okazaki, OKI전기공업 Kozo Nakamura, TTC Yoshihiro Uemura, TTC Akio Ihara 이상 4명으로 구성된 일본 조사반과 우리측 이민범 표준화국장, 장명국 표준1부장, ETRI의 박기식 기획조정위원회 부의장은 아$\cdot$태지역 표준화 활동의 활성화를 위해 지역 표준화 기구 설치 추진협의, 양국의 표준화 기관인 TTA, TTC의 활동현황 및 관심사들을 토의하였다. 한편, 일본 TTC 국제표준화 활동연구회 위원인 Mr. Nakamura(OKI전기)가 작년도 말까지 조사된 제1차 조사결과 보고서를 활용하여 각 나라의 표준화활동 조사결과, 표준화 활동의 문제점들 및 해결방안등에 대해 설명하였다. 본 고에서는 지난 1992년 동안 일본 조사연구위원회가 7개국을 방문하여 조사한 결과를 번역 소개하고자 한다.

국토해양부에서는 건설산업의 투명성을 제고하고 생산성을 향상시키기 위해 1990년대 후반부터 건설사업정보화(CALS : Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support) 사업을 진행중에 있다. CALS는 제조업의 모든 상품, 즉 주요장비 또는 다양한 상품 등을 획득하기 위한 설계, 생산과정, 또는 보급, 조달 및 이를 운영하는 운용지원과정을 연결시키고, 이들 과정에서 사용되는 각종 정보를 표준이라는 공통 창구를 통해 디지털화하여 컴퓨터상으로 정보를 통합하여 자동화시키는 개념이다. 이는 컴퓨터 네트워크를 이용해 상호 교환이 이루어지는 자동화되고 통합된 환경으로 변환시키는 정부와 기업간의 경영전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 개념에서 확장된 건설CALS는 건설공사 전 과정, 즉 기획, 설계, 조달, 시공, 유지보수 등의 과정에서 발생하는 각종 정보를 다양한 이해당사자가 교환하고 공유하기 위한 개념으로 출발하였으며, 현재 이를 지원하기 위한 5개의 단위시스템을 개발하여 운영중에 있다. 이중 용지보상시스템은 건설공사의 업무중에 시공단계에서 이루어지는 보상업무를 지원하는 시스템이다. 보상업무는 건설사업 과정 중에서 민원인과 직접대면하는 일이 많고, 액수도 클 뿐만 아니라 개인의 소유권과 밀접한 관계가 있기 때문에 분쟁의 소지가 매우 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보상업무 수행시 다양한 이해당사간의 각종 보상자료 교환체계 확립을 통한 업무 선진화방안 제시를 통해 업무의 투명성을 최대화하고 민원을 최소화하여, 보상업무 담당자에게는 업무의 효율성을 제고하고 민원인들에게는 국가행정에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 보상업무 선진화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Two specimens (407~438 mm in standard length) of a pleuronectid Atheresthes evermanni were collected by a gill-net from the coastal waters off Goseong-gun, middle East Sea of Korea. These specimens are characterized by a large mouth, narrow interorbital space, invisible eye at blind side, long and slender gill rakers, emarginated caudal fin, and almost straight lateral line. This is the first record of A. evermanni in Korean waters; we therefore add it to the Korean fish fauna and propose new Korean name, "Hwa-sal-chi-ga-ja-mi-sog" for the genus and "Hwa-sal-chi-ga-ja-mi" for the species, respectively.
