Workplace learning is actually vastly underutilized as of yet even though it is necessary preparation course for the skilled broadcasting people. This paper pays attentions to the workplace learning that carried out by the college students as a class activity to find the way to get a desirable result for the job training. Data obtained from the focus group discussion comprised of 14 college students majoring broadcasting. Based on the results of the discussion, it finds that students faced detailed broadcasting environments let them adjust to and realize the position and role of contents providers who are struggling to survive competitive period. The students experienced informal learning reached to the tacit knowledge - including interview skill, camera and editing details, news framing, and interpersonal relationships - through a various routes such as mistakes, feedbacks, competitions and imitations while they practiced in the workplace. From these findings, this paper can conclude that the lecturers who are leading job training courses need to be concerned and utilize workplace learning actively.

The purposes of this study were to investigate pre-service mathematics teachers' perceptions of the role of cooperating teachers and teacher interactions during teaching practicum. Thirty-four pre-service mathematics teachers who finished student teaching participated in the study. The researcher collected data from various sources such as a questionnaire, interviews, and written documents. According to the results of the study, more than 50 percent of the participants showed negative responses to all of the questionnaire items on teaching activities or guidance of cooperating teachers. Cooperating teachers mainly played a role in the stage of reflection of student teacher's teaching practice, and they provided specific feedback and guidance of teaching and learning methods and contents. Cooperating teachers played roles as (mathematics) teacher educators, classroom observers, and co-teachers, but their roles as teacher educators or co-teachers should be more stressed for pre-service mathematics teachers' professional development.

The purpose of this study was to present the fundamental direction in training social work supervisors. First it defined the competency of supervisors and by analyzing the contrasts between the present situation and points for compensation, the study searched for alternative solutions to reinforce the role of supervisors. The research was conducted by interviewing 7 Focus Groups, the 20 Delphi questionnaire panel, and the 213 social workers in the community welfare centers. This study multilaterally evaluated the opinions of all supervision interested parties and as a result, defined the core supervisor competence in the areas of knowledge, skill, and attitude(KSA). The main characteristics to be improved were found to be supervisors' leadership, supervision knowledge, self-recognition. conflicts arbitration skills, the communication skills, the team work skills, and the main attitudes of consistency, patience and openness. This study is significant that it presented specific direction in the developing training courses for supervisor, researching the detailed education demands and analyzing the application of the supervisor's competency model in the organization.

The research aims to develop a training program for prospective librarians in order to help them better prepared for library practicum. To achieve the purpose of the research, the research analyzes pre-librarians' expectation and needs of the pre-training program and designs a mock pre-training program for practicing library practicum effectively and efficiently. After running the mock pre-training program to library practicum participants in the department of Library and Information Science at H University, their satisfaction and feedback of the mock program are also assessed. On the basis of the findings from implementing the mock pre-training program, the research proposes the final contents of a pre-training program for preparing library practicum and the detailed methods for implementing the proposed pre-training program.

The purpose of this study is to explore a conceptual model of transdisciplinary curriculum in the Field of Engineering and Technology for the Colleges Through the Analysis of the Curriculum Organization and Implementation in the Y College in order to solve problems of current curriculum in the department of automobile engineering in Y college. Methodology is a literature review, focus group interview. The result is that current curriculum is interdisciplinary. The interview to the faculty members in Y college about the applicability of a conceptual model of transdisciplinary curriculum on the course is that transdisciplinary curriculum model could be applied to the course but because of the variety of problems, it would be difficult to apply new curriculum.

This study aims to extract additional elements to the existing game value evaluation using Delphi technique to 23 game experts. As a result of reviewing the characteristics of the development model using the evaluation model of the existing game contents, it was found that the evaluation factor was selected when selecting the content. The Delphi analysis was conducted two times, the first was the expert FGI and the second was the Delphi questionnaire. More detailed elements were presented in the related items such as results, technology transfer and dissemination, and details for promoting commercialization. Through focus group interviews, we extracted additional factors and predicted market size, growth potential, regulatory and market appeal and risk through market analysis of content success in the game industry. This will allow the industry to understand market size, growth potential, regulation, market appeal and risk through a market analysis of its success targets. This study suggests that the proposed evaluation factors can be applied to the entire game and cultural contents industry and will also help to construct market factors such as market value evaluation of contents, goal and goal setting, selection of entry method, and strategic factors.

Despite efforts to expand public care services as social demands increase, the problem of the after-school self-care of elementary school students who were in the situation of care cliff remains. Thus, this study focused on community-based childcare to solve the issue of school-age childcare in Korea. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of community-based childcare of participants who had school-aged children who lived in Seoul and GyeongGi province (Korea). Focus group interviews were conducted with ten married working mothers among clients of a community-based childcare provider that has been operating for more than five years. Based on the findings of this study, it is clear that community-based childcare is a useful welfare resource. In addition, the results of this study can be used as data for developing policies and programs for school-age childcare or the after-school self-care of elementary school students. Furthermore, it may broaden the horizons of research related to community-based childcare.

The purpose of this study is to analyze errors and treatment behavior during the course of mathematics learning of academic achievement by applying reflective activities in the second semester of the third year of elementary school. The study participants are students from two classes, 21 from the third-grade S elementary school in Seoul and 20 from the comparative class. In the case of the experiment group, the multiplication unit was reconstructed into a mathematics class that applied reflective activities. They were pre-post-test to examine the changes in students' mathematics performance, and mathematical communication was recorded and analyzed for the focus group to analyze the patterns of learners' error handling in the reflective activities. In addition, they recorded and analyzed students' activities and conversations for error type and error handling. As a result of the study, the student's mathematics achievement was increased using reflective activities. When learning double digit multiplication, the error types varied. It was also confirmed that the reflective activities helped learners reflect on the multiplication algorithm and analyze the error-ridden calculations to reflect on and deal with their errors.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the e-book composition provided by the Comprehensive Reading Education Support System and to propose a service improvement plan related to the establishment of e-books in school libraries as educational resources based on practical issues and perceptions experienced by teacher-librarians. As a research method, the composition of the collection of 3,002 e-books supported by the Busan Comprehensive Reading Education Support System as a reading education platform of the school library was analyzed based on the Korean Decimal Classification. Based on this, two focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted with 4 elementary teacher-librarians and 5 secondary teacher-librarians working in Busan. The result of this study can be used as basic data to support students' reading activities using e-books as educational resources and to form an efficient e-book collection in school library.

The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data for establishing a mid-to long-term comprehensive development plan for Gangdong-gu libraries by analyzing the results of a perception survey conducted on local residents, librarians and operators. To achieve the research purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 1,224 library users and non-users in Gangdong-gu. To collect more in-depth opinions, focus group interviews were also conducted with local residents, librarians at public libraries and book cafe libraries, and operators of small libraries. As a result, for the efficient operation of the Gangdong-gu library, it is necessary to establish the role of each library to adjust and reorganize specialization to form an ecosystem, to introduce services and programs without time and space restrictions required in the information society, and to actively promote and attract non-users to the library. The conclusion drawn is that it is necessary to establish a system and support system that can encompass various types of libraries.
