포스트텐션을 이용한 장스팬 켄틸레버보의 설계 (The Design of long cantilever beam using post-tensioned tendons in Kumjung Stadium)

  • A prestressed/precast concrete system was used to build the new Asian Olympic Stadium Project in Pusan, Korea. The stadium(mainly intended for cycle racing) is designed for the 2002 Asian Olympic Games and has a seating capacity of 20,000 spectators plus a few private suites. More than 1300 prestressed/precast components were used and they include single columns, primary beams, cantilever beams, double riser stands, and double tees. Especially, a total of 24 cantilever beams is used on the fourth story for the stands and double tees. These 8m long beams are post-tensioned to prevent cracking, to increase their durability and to serve serviceability by vibration. A cantilever section with cast-in-place topping is 800mm wide and 1500mm deep. Cantilever beams are connected to the column with the corbel by cast-in place concrete. Bonded post-tensioning tendons were assembled at the job site. Dead-end anchorages were installed in the end of cantilever beams and live-end anchorage is the opposite of them. This article presents the geometric layouts, design features and so on.

게르버 보 형식의 PSC 골조시스템의 구조성능 (The Structural Performance of PSC Frame System with GerberCs beam)

  • 이 연구는 게르버 보 형식의 포스트텐션 PC 골조 구조 시스템의 실용화를 위해 골조 전체의 구조 성능 시험을 수행하며, 여기서 보-기둥 접합부 및 내민 보-단순 보 접합부의 구조 성능과 골조의 안전성을 확인한다. 시험은 400 mm$\times$800 mm 단면의 경간 3 m 보와 500 mm$\times$600 mm 단면을 갖는 높이 3 m 기둥의 실물 크기 시험체를 제작하여, 기둥에 80 톤의 축 하중을 준 상태에서 단순 보 중앙에 하중을 가력하여 기둥-보 접합부와 단순 보-내민 보 단면 축소 연결부의 구조성능을 파악한다. 시험 결과, 보 - 기둥 접합부는 예상 설계 하중 40톤 이상에서도 강 접합에 가깝게 거동하였고, 단순 보- 내민 보의 단면 축소 연결부는 경사철근의 사용으로 초기 균열 및 균열 확산에 대한 억제 효과가 있었으며, 예상 설계 전단력 40톤에서 안전하다는 것이 확인되었다.

포스트텐션 조립식 교각의 유효프리스트레스 크기 결정 (Determination of Effective Prestress of Post-tensioned Precast Bridge Piers)

  • In this paper, a design concept of post-tensioned precast bridge piers was proposed to improve seismic behavior of the bridge pier. Mild reinforcing bars are placed continuously along the height of the column. Prestressing tendons are also provided to obtain re-centering capability for seismic events. Arrangement of the axial steels to prevent buckling of rebars at plastic hinge region was suggested and enhanced seismic performance was verified by experiments. Moment-curvature analyses were performed to evaluate the effect of effective prestress on seismic behavior after verifying the calculation method by cyclic tests of the precast columns. A real bridge pier was designed to investigate the seismic performance according to different level of effective prestress. Level of effective prestress showed obvious effect on crushing displacement but negligible effect on lateral displacement at fracture of tendons and reinforcements.

  • Three precast concrete beam-column connectors for the high-rise office buildings were considered to investigate the prestressing effects of the DDC(Dywidag Ductile Connectors) of Germany and of the modified DDC. The specimens of DDC, DDC with post-tensioning and modified DDC with post-tensioning were constructed and tested to verify the safety. The DDC with and without post-tensioning showed reliable joint strength and ductility but failed in critical x-shape crackings at the column. The modified one showed better behaviors in tests because they did not show critical column crackings at failure. The use of prestressing did not helpful significantly to increase the strength and ductility of connectors but helpful only to develop self-centering behavior for stability.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 PTCP포장공법에 적용하기 위하여 실리카흄과 플라이애시가 혼합된 고성능 콘크리트를 개발하는 것이다. 실험결과 실리카흄 혼입에 따라 조기재령 압축강도가 증진되었고, 투수저항성이 ASTM C 1202 기준 "Low"에서 "Very Low" 등급으로 향상되었다.

  • The first thing in developing precast post-tensioned concrete frame system verify the shear resistance capacity of the beam-column connection at which the transfer of member forces become discontinuous. Complying with the necessity of such experimental research, shear tests have been performed for six test specimens which were cast and cured at Dong-Ah Concrete Manufacturing Company and post-tensioning at Concrete Laboratory of Inha University. Shear key and magnitude of post-tensioned force are taken test variables. From the test results, it has been observed that the shear resistance of the specimens attained to higher values than those of theoritical calculations based on the shear friction with shear friction coefficient being 0.6.

  • 고속축하중측정시스템이 설치되는 구간의 포장은 소성변형이 없고 내구성이 우수해야 센서의 정확도와 측정의 반복성이 유지될 뿐만 아니라 센서가 파손되지 않고 장기간 운용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중차량에 대한 저항성과 내구성이 우수한 콘크리트 포장 공법 중 균열발생이 방지되고 파손과 유지보수가 최소화 될 수 있어 WIM 시스템을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 포스트텐션 콘크리트 포장 공법을 시공, 현장 적용성을 평가하였다.

  • 본 연구는 고속축중계 센서(Weigh-in-Motion)를 PTCP 슬래브 구간에 적용하기 위한 현장실험과 거동분석을 수행하였다. 실험결과 PTCP에 부분 절삭을 하여 WIM 센서를 설치하더라도 절삭부분의 변위 변화가 무시 할 수 있을 정도로 작으므로 안정성이 확보된다고 할 수 있다.

  • For evaluating equations of bursting force in different codes, comparative study of the formulas was conducted. Because the equations does not consider variables such as shape of anchorages, angle of tendons, and eccentricity, a relation between the bursting forces and the variables has to be analyzed. In this paper, therefore, a comparative analysis of bursting forces computed by equations in the codes and finite element analysis was performed. As a result, it could be figured out that bursting force equations in the local zone were determined by coefficient k.

  • A post-tensioned slab bridge is analyzed by the specially orthotropic theory. Each longitudinal and transverse steel layer is regarded as a lamina, and material constants of each lamina is calculated by the use of rule of mixture. This slab bridge with simple support is under uniformly distributed vertical and axial loads. In this paper, the finite difference method and the beam theory are used for analysis. The result of beam analysis is modified to obtain the solution of the plate analysis. The result of this paper can be used for post-tensioned slab bridge analysis by the engineers with undergraduate study in near future.
