Quantum Secure Direct Community using Time Lag (시간지연을 이용한 양자비밀직접통신)

  • Quantum cryptography, which is emerging as a next generation password, is being studied by quantum cryptographic transfer protocols and quantum secret communication. Quantum key transfer protocol can be used in combination with the modern password because of the inefficiency of the use of the password, or the use of OTP(one time password). In this paper an algorithm for direct communication by means of direct cryptographic communications rather than quantum keys. The method of implementing quantum secure direct community was adopted using 2-channel methods using Einstein gravity field. Two channels were designed to adopt a quantum secret communication protocol that applies time delay between 2-channels of channel to apply time difference between 2-channels. The proposed time delay effect reflects the time delay by reflecting the gravitational lensing phenomenon. Gravity generator with centrifugal acceleration is incorporated in the viscometer, and the time delay using this implies the correlation between the variance of the metametry.

A Study on Design and Performance of a Heat pipe for the Application to Solar Collector (태양열 집열기용 열파이프의 구조와 작동 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Heat pipes. applied to a flat plate solar collector, have a long and slender configuration with relatively low heat flux in the evaporator section. Such a heat pipe has a tendency to build-up a liquid pool at the lower part of the evaporator section. and at this pool occurs such complicated phenomena of evaporation and fluid dynamics as superheat, sudden generation of bubble, its likely explosive growth process and flooding, etc. In the present study. we tried to solve these problems by means of adjusting two principal design parameters, the liquid inventory and the installation region of the wick, using 4 heat pipes and 3 thermospheres. The corresponding results can be summarized as follows$\^$1)/. The effective thermal conductances of the heat pipe was greatly improved by eliminating the wick in the adiabatic and condenser sections$\^$2)/. The liquid inventory should be increased by about 40% larger than what is saturated the wick$\^$3)/. In the evaporator section the wick has a favorable effect to reduce both unstable operation by intermittent occurrence of nucleate boiling and response time at the initial start-up process.

  • The development of North Korea's nuclear weapons has worsened to the sixth nuclear test in 2017, and despite the sanctions of the international community including our government, we have not been able to offer clear solutions and alternatives, and the current measures are not enough in case of North Korea is using nuclear weapons. This study suggests how we should be prepared against the use of nuclear weapons under the premise that North Korea will never give up development of nuclear weapons under any circumstances. The first chapter outlines the current status of our preparedness if North Korea makes a nuclear attack. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the power of nuclear weapons and North Korea's nuclear weapons threat. In the third chapter, we analyze North Korea nuclear attack and analyze the wartime emergency situation and civil defense posture. Finally, in order to implement the solutions presented in the text, we will identify priorities and summarize further developments.

  • When a fire breaks out, it is frequent that large sized miserable death is happened by seriousness of poisonous gas and peculiarity of space because the building construction is recently more complex and diverse. So early countermeasure in preparation for evacuation escape linked directly with a loss of lives is pressing. Because escape light that mark fixing one-way of existing way is not efficiently extricated refugees from dangers when a fire breaks out, construction of system that can extricate refugees from dangers and suppress early a fire by grasping correctly fire point is required urgently. When a fire breaks out, all escape lights connected with fire sensor and reception group which have ill aiming in these point will lead people to safe emergency entrance of opposite direction of place that a fire is broken out after being calculated the direction and speed of flame and smoke. There is the purpose of my research in development of artificial intelligent directional escape light that can mark direction to most suitable pull-out and assist in early extinguishing a fire.

  • One of the physiological disease, sudden wiliting of Yushin variety suggested that low sunlight, excessive nitrogen application, and highly reduced soil condions either singly or combined, might be possible causes of the disorder. Some visual symptom of sudden wilting are discoloration of leaves, development of nodal roots above the soil surface, total root rot, and lodging. Those observations led to the hypothesis that suffocation of root tissues was a direct cause of the wilting. The oxygen transport characteristics of Yushin, IR262 and Tongil were examined by two methods. First, Soil-cultured plants of the three varieties were subjected to paraffin treatment to decrease the oxygen supply from the air to root tissues through the soil-water system, liquid paraffin was applied to the water surface in the pots at panicle formation stage. In this experiment, sudden wilting was observed of Yushin and IR262 at about a week after the treatment, but Tongil remained green and healthy. Wilting-resistant variety Tongil had higher oxygen release, whereas the susceptible Yushin and IR262 had lower oxygen release. Second, the number and size of the air spaces in each internode were investigated in the 5th internode from the top, all three varieties have a similar number of air spaces, although the air spaces of Thongil were larger. In the 4th internode, Tongil had plenty air spaces, Yushin and one of the Yushin's parents IR262 had scanty or none. The observations indicated that the ability of Yushin and IR262 for oxygen transport is very limited compared with that of Tongil. The limited oxygen supply due to poor development of air space in internode of rice plants may cause suffocation of root tissues, weaken metabolic activity of the tissues, and induce root rot, subsequently inducing sudden wilting and lodging under unfavorable weather, soil and cultural conditions.

Effects of Media Volume on Blastocyst Formation, Cell Numbers and ICM Proportion in Mouse Two-cell Embryos (배양액 용량이 마우스 2-세포기 배의 배반포 형성, 세포수 및 내세포괴 비율에 미치는 영향)

  • 연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 마우스에서 배양액의 용량이 배반포 배 형성과 세포수에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: $3{\sim}4$주령 ICR 암마우스에게 48시간 간격으로 5 IU PMSG와 hCG 주사 후 (hCG 주사 후 수컷과 동숙) $46{\sim}50$시간에 난관으로부터 총 138개의 2-세포기 배를 회수하여 2 ml (group I) 또는 $50{\mu}l$ (group II)의 배양액 (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium + 20% human follicular fluid)에서 72시간 동안 배반포기까지 배양하였다. 배반포 배는 zona-intact (ZiB)와 zona-escape (ZeB)로 등급을 구분하고 나서, propidium iodide와 bisbenzimide를 이용한 differential staining 방법으로 염색하여 평균 세포수, 내세포괴(ICM) 세포수, 영양배엽(TE) 세포수, 총 세포수에 대한 ICM의 비율 (%ICM) 및 ICM:TE 비율을 조사하였다. 결과에 대한 유의성 검정은 $X^2$ test와 t-test를 이용하였으며, p<0.05일 때 통계적인 차이가 있는 것으로 하였다. 결 과: Group I과 II에서, 총 배반포 ($62.3{\pm}20.7%$ vs. $63.8{\pm}22.9%$), ZiB ($31.9{\pm}24.0%$ vs. $30.4{\pm}18.2%$)와 ZeB 형성율 ($30.4{\pm}20.8%$ vs. $33.3{\pm}22.3%$)은 차이가 없었다. 87개의 배반포 배를 염색 시도하였는데, 명확하게 differential staining된 41개의 배반포 배만을 대상으로 세포수를 조사하였다. 평균 세포수 ($61.6{\pm}19.5$ vs. $63.7{\pm}26.8$), ICM 세포수 ($13.0{\pm}10.6$ vs. $12.8{\pm}10.5$), TE 세포수 ($49.0{\pm}19.0$ vs. $47.8{\pm}18.7$), %ICM ($21.0{\pm}12.6%$ vs. $21.1{\pm}13.2%$) 및 ICM:TE 비율 (1:$3.77{\pm}4.9$ vs. 1:$3.72{\pm}4.8$)에서도 group I과 II에서 차이가 없었다. 결 론: 마우스에서 배 발생 능력의 척도로 쓰이는 배반포 배 형성율 배반포 배의 등급 세포수 및 %ICM 등이 20% 난포액을 첨가한 MEM 배양액의 용량에 따라 영향을 받지 않았다.

Chromosomal Analysis of Hanwoo Embryos by In Vitro Culture Condition (한우 체외 수정란의 체외 배양 조건에 따른 염색체 분석)

  • Antioxidants were well known to be essential supplements in the complex media and serve as a reservoir of oxygen. In this study, Hanwoo COCs (cumulus oocytes complexes) were matured and developed in L-cysteine-TCM199 and analyzed metaphase chromosome. Maturation rate of Hanwoo COCs were 73.4%, 94.6% in 0.1% PVA, 0.1 mM L-cysteine, respectively and showed significantly different between the treatments (p<0.05). Blastocyst formation were revealed 20.3%, 10.0% in 5% FBS+TCM199, 0.1 mM L-cysteine+1% BSA, respectively. There were no significant difference among treatment groups. Metaphase chromosome were showed 18.3%, 12.0% in 5% FBS-TCM199, 0.1 mM L-cysteine, respectively and analyzable chromosome were 6.1%, 4.0% and had no differences between the treated groups. In the case of in vitro developmental stages, metaphase chromosome were showed 18.3%, 12.0% in $4{\sim}16$ cells stage, 43.1%, 13.0% in morulae stage and 94.8%, 100.0% in blastocyst stage. These results suggested L-cysteine has beneficial role for in virto maturation and development in Hanwoo COCs.

Developmental Speed of Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus Eggs in Various Water Temperatures (넙치 Paralichthys olivaceus 수정란의 수온별 발생 속도)

  • This study was performed to examine the influence of water temperature on egg developmental speed for determining the required time and optimum water temperature for hatching of olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus eggs. The fertilized eggs were collected from the naturally spawned adults in November 2007. The eggs were randomly divided into 6 groups of temperature (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and $30^{\circ}C$) and transferred in $1{\ell}$ beaker, respectively. The fertilized eggs of the olive flounder did not hatched at $5^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$ and hatching rates at 10, 15, 20 and $25^{\circ}C$ were 3, 12, 25 and 50%, respectively. The relationships between the water temperature (T, $^{\circ}C$) and required time (1/t, hour) from egg to each developmental stage were given as follows ; Blastula: 1/t=0.0208T-0.0951 ($r^2$=0.8593) Kupffer's vesicle: 1/t=0.0052T-0.0176 ($r^2$=0.9819) Myotome: 1/t=0.0034T-0.0172 ($r^2$=0.8508) Hatching: 1/t=0.0016T-0.0068 ($r^2$=0.9915) Biological minimum temperature in egg development was calculated to be $4.3^{\circ}C$.

Son Preference and Factors of Efforts for Seeking at Least One Son Among Multipara in Taegu (대구지역 경산부의 남아 선호의식 및 아들 낳기 노력의 영향력에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 1980년대 중반부터 약 10여년 동안 현저한 출생시 성비불균형을 경험한 대구지역의 경산부들을 대상으로 아들을 낳기 위한 노력에 미치는 요인들을 밝히는데 있다. 1998년 4월부터 6월까지의 3개월동안 대구지역의 6개 종합병원에 내원한 임산부들 가운데 출산 경험이 있는 경산부를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사자료를 사용하였으며 경산부의 아들 낳기 노력에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 도입하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 대구지역의 경산부들은 여성에 대한 성차별을 많이 느끼고 있을 뿐만 아니라 아들 선호의식 역시 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상자들의 24.7%는 임신 전 아들을 낳기 위한 노력은 한 경험이 있다고 응답하였으며 12.2%는 태아의 선별적 인공유산을 통하여 아들을 낳기 위한 노력을 시도한 경험이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과에 따르면 여성에 대한 성차별, 아들선호의식, 자녀 가운데 아들이 없는 경우, 인공임신중절수술 및 연령 등의 요인들이 조사대상자들의 아들을 낳기 위한 노력에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 보아 대구지역의 출생시 성비가 다른 지역보다 높은 이유는 아들을 선호하고 여성을 차별하는 의식의 기반이 되었던 과거 농경 중심사회의 오랜 전통이 상대적으로 많이 남아있는 보수적인 성향의 결과라 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 이러한 성향이 소자녀관으로 변화된 현대에 있어도 아들 하나는 꼭 낳아야겠다는 강한 집념이 현대 의료기기의 발달 및 보급과 의료인들의 영리추구와 이해관계가 부합됨으로써 생겨난 결과로 볼 수 있다. 시설입소의 인종간 차이를 통제할 때 소수인종노인이 백인노인보다 쉽게 자녀동거에서 단독거주로 이행하는데 이는 소수인종에서 가족부양체계가 불안정함을 의미한다. 또한 빈곤시에 소수인종 노인은 백인노인에 비하여 쉽게 자녀와 떨어져 살게 된다. 이러한 결과는 소수인종 노인에 대한 가족의 지원은 그 가족의 경제적 제약속에서 매우 안정적이지 못함을 시사한다. 못함을 시사한다.로 판단된다.(가솔린, 등유, 경유)로 회수 가능하였다..01 (n=10), 4세포기배는 1.05$\pm$0.09 (n=10)를 나타냄으로써 수정란의 단계마다 $E_2$의 반응 결과가 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다. 4. $E_2$농도 곡선에서 PMSG 처리 후 $E_2$의 혈중농도는 계속적인 상승을 보이다가 배란시기에 최고치를 나타내었으며, 배란 후 다시 감소하여 8세포기에서는 급격한 감소현상이 나타났다. 이후 다시 상실기를 거쳐 배반포기 임신기간동안 $E_2$의 농도가 상승하였다. 5. $E_2$처리 후 세포내 $Ca^{2+}$ 농도변화의 결과로, $E_2$를 처리하지 않은 난자들의 세포내 $Ca^{2+}$ 농도는 836.4$\pm$131.2 (n=10), $E_2$를 처리한 난자들은 1736.4$\pm$192.0 (n=10)로써 유의한 (P<0.05) 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 $E_2$처리에 의한 세포내

Studies on Recovery and Cryopreservation of Embryos in Korean Native Swine (재래돼지에서 수정란의 회수 및 동결보존에 관한 연구)

  • For safe preservation of Korean Native Pigs (KNP) as an animal genetic resources and a means to maintain the genetic diversity, we performed to investigate the optimal hormone levels for superovulated gilts and establish the cryopresevation methods of embryos. The reults were as follows; 1. The number of ovulated corpus luteums (CL) and follicles were 12.4, 13.6, 30.0 or 23.3 in hCG 500IU and PMSG 500, 750, 1,000IU or hCG 750IU and PMSG 1,000IU respectively. In the case of PMSG 1,000IU와 hCG 500IU, there showed highest number but were no significance among others. The recovery rate of embryos by the ovulated CL were 59.4-79.2%. 2. The morula stage embryos recovered on Day 4 after insemination were significantly higher than Day 5 (P<0.01), but blastocyst stage embryos recovered on Day 5 were sinificantly higher than Day 4 (P<0.05). 3. The survival rate of expanded blastocyst were 23.5% in conventional freezing with 1.4 M glycerol.
