Recently environmental pollution and resource depletion have been rapidly progressing in the world. Construction Industries discharge tones of wastes and consumes heavy resource as compared with the production activities of other industries, so it is the main reason of increasing of the Earth's environment. In Korea, as people become aware of the need of technical and institutional infrastructure for the recycling of construction wastes, they manage Allbraro system which is Total Management System in the wastes. Therefore, they promote the handling of standardized information, processing construction waste of transparency procure and promotion of the efficiency of task about the disposal of occurrence and movement of real-time construction waste. However, objective information for dismantling building did not construct in the organization of the system, so the emission of system randomly produces and discharges information of the waste. Because of that reasons, the exact value of waste abandonment is difficult to measure and recycling after waste disposal has the limit point. Therefore, in this study, advantages and disadvantages of the existing waste management system are analyzed, and we improved solution of construction building and environment of the city when BIM / GIS are utilized.

오늘날 세계적으로 가장 보편적으로 받아들여지고 있는 폐기물관리의 패러다임 또한 '발생을 줄이고, 다시 사용하며, 재활용과 에너지 회수에 이은 최종처분'이다. 최근에는 폐기물이 재생에너지원으로 각광을 받고 있기도 하다. 그간의 정책에 힘입어 폐기물 관리제도가 상당히 정착되었으나, 아직 보완할 분야도 많다. 범정부 자원순환계획의 본격적인 실행에 필요한 인프라를 확충하는데 다소 시간이 필요하지만, 정부에서는 총력을 기울여 확대 발전시키고자 노력하고 있다.

Korea has an economy based on manufacturing industrial fields, which produce high amounts of hazardous wastes, in spite of few landfill candidates, and a significant concern for fine airborne particulates; therefore, traditional waste management is difficult to apply in this country. Moreover, waste collection and accumulation have recently been intensified by the waste import prohibitions or regulations in developing nations, the universalization of delivery services in Korea, and the global COVID-19 crisis. This study thus presents a domestic waste management strategy that aims to address the recent issues on waste. The contents of the strategy as the main results of the study include the (1) improvement of the compatibility of the classification codes between the domestic hazardous waste and the international ones such as those of the Basel Convention; (2) consideration of the mixed hazard indices to represent toxicity from low-content components such as rare earth metals often contained in electrical and electronic equipment waste; (3) management application based on risks throughout the life cycles of waste; (4) establishment of detailed material flow information of waste by integrating the Albaro system, Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR) system, and online trade databases; (5) real-time monitoring and prediction of the waste movement or discharge using positional sensors and geographic information systems, among others; and (6) selection and implementation of optimal treatment or recycling practices through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and clean technologies.

영국은 천층 처분에 부적합한 일부 저준위 방사성폐기물을 포함하여 지층 처분의 대상인 중준위 및 고준위 방사성폐기물의 효율적인 저장 관리를 위한 지침을 3년간의 방대한 노력 끝에 성공적으로 개발하여 그 결과를 최근 공개했다.

For the safe management of radwaste repository, data of the site and environment have to be collected and managed systematically. Particularly, for the radwaste repository, which has to be institutionally controlled for a long period after closure, data will be collected and maintained through the monitoring programme. To meet this requirement, a new programme called "Site Information and Total Environmental data management System (SITES)" is being developed. In this study, as the first stage of GIS(Geographic Information System) development that will be embedded in SITES, the scope and function of GIS are issued. Methodology for the Selection and management of thematic maps is studied as well.d as well.

In this paper, we developed the landfill bringing management system which can help to manage a landfill efficiently. Basically We made efforts to standardize it's system architecture but also considered it's localization to adapt An-sung Landfill's special requirements. We used RFID and LPR systems to distinguish a garbage truck from the others, and could establish more reliable landfill management system with this information.
