Fuzzy theory is used to quantify some subjective criteria and consider uncertain factors for transmission line reinforcement planning in this paper. Sugeno's fuzzy integral is also used in the proposed method, because it can be easily allied to multi attribute decision making problems such as power system planning. To verify the proposed algorithm, some bode-neck lines are searched for the case that the amount of Maximal Load Supplying Capability(MLSC) is small using the results of contingency analysis for Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO)'s 345[kV] transmission line in 1998. And several feasible alternatives are composed for line reinforcement which can dissolve the bottle-neck.

팩시밀리 서비스품질 항목에 대하여 살펴보고, 그 중 하나인 화상품질의 사용자평가에 대한 분석방법에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 화상품질의 평가에는 사용자의 주관이 작용하는데 이것을 어떻게 객관적인 항목으로 바꾸는가 하는 것이 주요연구주제이다. 여기서는 사용자의 화상품질에 대한 평가로 통신망에 대해 평가하는 방법을 제안하였다.

최근 다양한 모바일 기기의 보급과 함께 향상된 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경으로 인해 게임서비스의 트렌드가 빠르게 모바일 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 게임서비스의 그 역사가 아직까지 길지 않아 보안 수준평가를 위한 점검항목들이 충분히 개발되지 못하였다. 이에 기존에 알려진 모바일 게임 관련 보안 취약점을 분석하여 게임 내 보안수준을 평가하기 위한 사전 점검항목을 열거해보도록 한다.

본 연구는 말콤볼드리지 의료서비스 분야 평가기준을 기반으로한 한국형 의료서비스 분야 국가품질상 평가도구의 타당성을 검증 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 ${\cdot}$ 고객 ${\cdot}$ 시장 중시, 측정 ${\cdot}$ 분석 ${\cdot}$ 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7 개 항목과 21 개의 세부항목을 토대로 국내 산업에 맞는 측정항목을 개발하였고, 이러한 평가항목들을 이용해 한국 의료서비스 기업들이 국가품질상에 대한 자체평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 한국형 경영품질지수를 개발하고, 실제로 한국의 병원들의 사례를 통해 한국 의료서비스 산업 품질경영상태를 파악하고자 한다.

여객선은 다른 선종에 비해 많은 사람들이 이용하기 때문에 선박의 안전에 더욱 주의를 기울어야 한다. 복원성은 선박의 안전을 판단하는 대표적인 특성으로 IMO에서는 관련 규정을 만들어 준수하도록 하고 있다. 하지만 IMO 복원성 규정은 각 항목에 대한 기준만을 제시하고 있을 뿐 복원성을 종합적으로 확인할 수 있는 방법은 부재한 상황이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 복원성을 하나의 값으로 표현하는 지수를 개발하였다. IMO에서 규정한 선박의 10가지 복원성능 평가항목을 검토하였으며, 대상선박의 적재상황에 따른 복원성을 계산하여 평가항목 간 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 지수산정식을 개발하였으며, 대상선박에 지수산정식을 적용하여 복원성능 평가지수(Stability Index)가 IMO 복원성 규정을 적절하게 설명함을 확인하였다.

다수의 상품평 요약은 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객에게 편의를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 상품평 요약 시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 방안을 제안한다. 시스템은 크게 상품평의 평가 항목 추출과 극성 사전 생성, 극성 판별 단계로 구성된다. 평가 항목 추출에서는 외부 연관도의 영향력을 줄이고, 극성 사전 생성에서는 단어 거리 평균을 적용한다. 제안한 방식을 사용하였을 때 평가 항목에 대한 문장의 극성 판별 시 90.8%의 정확율을 보였다.

B2C 전자상거래 분야의 대표격인 인터넷쇼핑몰은 유통산업의 구조에 큰 영향을 미침에 따라 쇼핑몰의 성공적 구축 및 운영이 주된 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 웹사이트 평가모델로 주목 받고 있는 3C-D-T 모델을 기반으로 보완하여 국내 인터넷쇼핑몰 웹사이트 평가에 보다 최적화된 평가모형을 제시하였다. 평가모형의 보완은 주로 평가영역 부분에서 이루어졌는데, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 웹사이트에서 비교적 비중이 적은 Community 영역의 평가점수가 전체 웹사이트 평가에 주는 영향을 최소화 시키는 의미가 있었다. 그리하여 3C-D-T 모델의 평가영역의 Commerce 항목과 Community 항목을 통합하여 새로이 Com&Com 항목을 구성했고, 그것으로 보다 최적화 된 인터넷쇼핑몰 웹사이트 평가모형을 구축할 수 있었다. 그리고 이 새로운 평가모델로 국내 메이저 종합쇼핑몰 웹사이트들을 분석, 비교평가 하였다.

This study Development of Evaluation Items and Indicators for Hydrological Safety on Agricultural Reservoir improvement and grasped the relative importance through stratification of the evaluation points through AHP technique exercised by group of experts. Below conclusion was acquired based on the study done. Firstly, the hierarchy of the evaluation items was divided into two layers: there were six upper evaluation items and eleven lower evaluation items. Secondly, using the analytic hierarchy process, the importance values of the six upper evaluation items were determined via the paired comparison questionnaire survey and consistency check, which were in the order of maintenance condition (condition evaluation grade), freeboard of levee body (non-overtopping), discharge capacity of spillway, potential flood damage, flood calculation factor and freeboard of downstream bank. The maintenance condition(condition evaluation grade) was significantly influenced the results of the hydrological safety on agricultural reservoir evaluation results. Finally, the study indicated that in the short term, improving the safety check condition evaluation grade will be useful to improve the hydrological safety of the agricultural reservoir because it can be performed immediately.

In order to consider application and evaluation of value and class of domestic wetland, we investigated 146 wetlands located Gyeongsangnam-do using Rapid Assessment Method (RAM). We utilized Self-Organizing-Map (SOM) to analysis relationship between evaluation index and land coverage ratio surrounding wetland. Among total 8 evaluation index, 'Fish and herptile habitat' and 'Aesthetic value' were higher, most of the wetlands evaluated as 2, 3 grade. Result of SOM analysis, 'vegetation diversity and wild animals habitat' is negatively related to the 'Fish and herptile habitat', because fishs were not prefer habitat excessively occupied by plant. However, high vegetation diversity can be support high score of 'Aesthetic' in wetland. Also, 'Erosion control' and 'Flood storage and control' were closely related, wetlands with high score of 'Erosion control' have high score of 'Flood storage and control'. When applied RAM in domestic wetland, six out of 6 evaluation index induced biased results, the index of RAM need a little change as some new or modify evaluation index. Therefore, we consider to need adjustable, subdivide, and actualization of some evaluation index for application of RAM in domestic wetlands. Consequently, wetland assessment and class using RAM can be utilized as important indicate for conservation and management of wetland, and contributed greatly to maintain biodiversity include to endangered species by preserving remaining wetland.

In recent years, various information technologies including ubiquitous computing technology have been developed and deployed. The more ubiquitous services based on ubiquitous technology have widely been spread, the more evaluation methods of those services are required. In this study, we suggest a framework for evaluating ubiquitous services by identifying evaluation factors and their relative importances. Combining review of related works and experts' opinions on the evaluation, we calculate the factors affecting ubiquitous service evaluation and relative importances among those factors using fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). We conduct a case study to illustrate the applicability and feasibility of the suggested framework.
