"원자력시설 등의 방호 및 방사능 방재 대책법"(이하 '방사능방재법')에 의거하여 한국원자력통제기술원은 원자력안전위원회로부터 원자력시설의 사이버보안 규제 업무를 위임받아 수행하고 있으며, 그 중 위협평가 업무를 통해 최신 사이버 위협 사례를 분석하여 사이버보안체제의 기준이 되는 설계기준위협을 설정하고 원자력사업자의 이행 여부를 평가하고 있다. 위협평가의 첫 단계로 방사능방재법에 따라 3년 마다 최신 사이버 위협 사례를 조사 및 분석하여야 하며, 사이버 위협분석 자료는 원자력사업자가 방호해야하는 최대 위협 수준인 설계기준위협 설정에 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 최근 3년간 원자력시설과 같은 중요시설 대상으로 발생한 사이버 위협 사례를 분석하였으며, 향후 분석 자료를 바탕으로 위협평가에 활용하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 현재 각 연구기간에서 실시되고 있는 기존 교량의 내하력 평가사례 들을 비교 분석하고, 이에 따른 문제점을 도출하여 보다 합리적인 교량 내하력 평가기법을 제시하고자 한다. 내하력 평가내용 중 외관조사 방법, 정적 및 동적 재하시험 및 결과분석, 대상교량의 구조해석 및 최종 내하력 평가 방법에 따라 분석하고 이에 따른 각 연구기관별 수행 방법의 차이를 기술하고 문제점을 도출하여 개선된 내하력 평가기법의 방향을 제시하 고자 한다. 분석결과 실측치와 해석치 사이에 차이가 많이 존재하고 평가방법도 일관성이 결여되어 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

This study aimed to seek the ways of improving program outcomes assessment systems for engineering education accreditation of South Korea through performing comparative analysis on those of the United States. Case-study research method was implemented to achieve the research goal. Five university programs, which have been well recognized as good practices in engineering education accreditation in the United States, were selected and analyzed. In addition, those of three universities in South Korea were chosen for comparative analysis, which were reformed by university affiliated Engineering Education Innovative Centers. The analysis results indicated that there were differences in each program's program outcomes, assessment level of program outcomes, evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement, and analysis and improvement records. It was drawn up that the evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement should be paid full attention. For better program outcomes assessment system, however, the followings are in more attention. Firstly, to establish program outcomes reflecting program goal. Secondly, to set up the detailed plans for analysis and quality improvement on program outcomes. Thirdly, to keep continuing efforts on curriculum update.

ITS의 도입효과평가에 관한 외국의 사례를 검토하고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 실정에 맞는 평가항목, 기준등 평가방안 및 운영프로그램을 마련하였다. 즉, 'ITS'를 기능 측면, 주요기반기술 측면에서 분류하였으며, 해외사례를 중심으로 평가항목 및 결과를 조사, 정리하였다. 또한 이 결과를 바탕으로 ITS 평가를 위한 내용적 분류 및 ITS 체계구성요소와 기반기술별 각종 'ITS' 체계구성요소와 기반기술별 각종 'ITS'의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 항목, 내용 및 평가 운용 프로그램을 개발하였다.

전기철도차량은 차량의 운행에 필요한 전력 및 동력을 공급하기 위한 대용량 추진제어 컨버터/인버터, 소용량 스위칭모드 전원장치와 같은 전력변환장치와 견인전동기에 이르기까지 다양한 설비를 갖추고 있다. 전기철도차량의 성능평가는 전력변환장치와 견인전동기를 포함한 추진장치의 성능평가라 할 수 있을 정도로 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 한국철도기술연구원은 국토해양부로부터 지정받은 성능시험기관으로써 국내 다양한 철도차량의 성능평가를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도차량의 성능시험기준을 근간으로 철도차량용 추진제어 인버터와 견인전동기의 성능 시험평가에 대한 방법 및 다양한 성능 시험평가 사례에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

This research examines whether the evaluation index used Dream Start services operation evaluation has 'reliability in evaluation field and area' and 'whether there is discrimination according to evaluation index'. To do this, we conducted an empirical analysis based on the evaluation data of 126 municipal and provincial governments that received the 2018 Dream Start services operation evaluation. First, as a result of examining whether there is trust in each evaluation area, it was found that the reliability of the basic construction, integrated case management, and service operation field is higher than .6 and the lower evaluation indexes are the same Standards were met. However, the field of resource exploit and connectivity was not so reliable as the concept of sub-domains. Second, 'Are there discriminatory power according to the evaluation indexes?' The results showed that 18 of the 28 indicators were highly discriminative. On the other hand, 10 indicators showed low discrimination power.

This paper is concerned with the domestic and foreign PV integrated projects in view of structural design. These projects are classified with public and display 6 facilities. The evaluated items are natural integration with building, engineering details and innovative new design. 6 domestic public and display facilities are frequently using isolated supporting system at roof, but show weakness in design integration. But the cases, using the PV panel in the stage of design some display facilities, are increasing. In the other hand, foreign public and display facilities are using the modul connection majorly and the structural and design integration are obtained.

Purpose: This paper aims to verify the applicability of MORT-TAC and expand the scope of research by studying disaster cases using MORT-TAC, a factor for considering disaster site situation evaluation presented in Dr. Kim Sung-geun's doctoral thesis. Method: In order to achieve the research purpose, disaster cases were studied using MORT-TAC, focusing on literature research. Result: The Disaster Site Situation Assessment Consideration Element (MORT-TAC) can be used as a useful research methodology in studying disaster cases and allows a three-dimensional understanding of the disaster site through disaster site situation assessment. Conclusion: Studying disaster cases using MORT-TAC, a factor considering the situation evaluation of disaster sites, is useful for improving the expertise of disaster officials and gaining insight into disaster sites
