각 초등학교에서는 학년말이 되면 신학년도의 교육활동을 위해 진급학년의 학급편성을 새롭게 한다. 학급은 학교의 가장 기본적인 구성단위이며, 교육적 목적에 맞는 학급편성은 효율적인 학교 학급경영의 출발점이다. 그러나 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 학급편성 업무수행 실태는 해마다 반복적으로 이루어지는 업무이지만 정보처리과정이 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 업무의 효율성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 교육행정정보시스템에서 제공되는 진급반편성 관리 기능을 분석하여 개선점을 찾아보고, 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 업무수행 실태를 분석하여 교사의 반복적인 업무수행의 부담을 경감시키고, 학급편성 절차를 최적화할 수 있는 초등학교 학급편성 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

While total sales of broadcasting business have been increasing, terrestrial broadcasters' sales are stagnant and comprehensive programming program providers(PPs)' sales are increasing. The purpose of this study is to derive implications by analyzing the relative efficiency and super-efficiency of domestic broadcasters in such an asymmetric situation. In this study, we use input and output data of three central terrestrial broadcasters and four comprehensive programming PPs from 2012 to 2019. For the analysis, Additive DEA model and Additive super-efficiency DEA model are used with the assumption of VRS condition since the broadcasting industry is characterized by economies of scale. As a result, we find out that the input excess of tangible assets is the most decisive cause of inefficiency that reduces the efficiency of central terrestrial broadcasters. On the other hand, for the comprehensive programming PPs, the input excess of tangible assets and the output shortfall of total sales are important factors of inefficiency.

2000년 8월1일 교육 인적 자원부는 7차 교육과정 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 보완으로 「초 ·중등 학교 정보 통신 기술 교육운영 지침」을 발표하여 ICT 교육을 의무화하도록 했다. ICT 교육은 학습자로 하여금 단순히 컴퓨터를 사용하는 방법을 가르치는 것을 넘어 정보 통신 기술을 교과 수업에 활용하는 능력을 길러주는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 따라서 효율적인 ICT교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 각 학년 단계에 알맞은 컴퓨터 교육과정이 편성되고, 그것이 교수-학습과정에서 적절히 활용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 초등학교의 효율적인 ICT교육 방안을 모색하기 위하여 현재 부산광역시의 인정 보급 도서인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 활용에서 나타나는 컴퓨터 교육의 제반 문제점을 분석하고, 초등학교의 컴퓨터 교육필요성과 그 편성 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

The research is centered towards analyzing the differentiation of the characteristics and organization of programming strategy and channel positioning by selecting Korean International Public Relations Broadcasting Stations Arirang TV and KBS World. According to the results, Arirang TV positions Korean culture content-implied educational programs as their strategy while KBS World places the main programs of KBS1, 2TV with many entertainment programs such as dramas and entertainment shows. Arirang TV's programming strategy is well-fulfilling the purpose of promoting Korea's culture contents by organizing their programming with documentaries, tourist information, and daily living information. On the other hand, KBS World works as the agent of the spread of the Korean Wave by filling their program with dramas and K-pop programs such as . Due to the difference in programming strategy of these two broadcasting stations, Arirang TV has positioned itself as a diplomatic channel to spread Korean culture and KBS World a channel representing the Korean Wave. However, there are problems of inefficiency due to recurrent investments because of the fact that both broadcasting stations' programming strategy is to promote Korean culture and spread the Korean Wave by aiming similar targets such as foreigners or overseas Koreans.

This paper presents a mixed linear and integer goal programming (GP) model to aid in strategic planning and scheduling of guard soldiers. The proposed model is a general-purpose model, hence can be used to produce an optimal schedule with respect to any user-provided combination of guard post objectives and soldier preferences. We extensively test the usefulness of the model on a real-life dataset from a guard post in the ROK Army with using three objectives set by the guard post and three preferences provided by individual solders. Numerical results and analysis from these experiments show that the proposed guard scheduling model efficiently as well as effectively generates an optimal guard schedule and can also be used for an optimal revision of any existing schedule. In summary, these illustrate that the proposed model can be practically used for optimal planning and scheduling of guard soldiers in guard posts.

제7차 교육과정은 재량활동을 확대 ${\cdot}$ 신설하여 학교와 지역의 여건에 따라 선택적으로 편성 ${\cdot}$ 운영하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 일선 학교에서는 수학교과 재량활동에 대한 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 활동의 내용이나 지도자료 등이 명확히 제시되지 않았기 때문에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일선 중학교에서 현재 실시하고 있는 수학교과 재량활동의 운영 실태와 문제점을 조사하고 중등수학교과 재량활동 학습 과정안을 개발 ${\cdot}$ 적용하여 그 성과를 분석함으로써 수학교과 재량활동 교육의 목적을 달성하고 다른 학교에 편성 ${\cdot}$ 운영의 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날의 대부분 의료기관이 성취해야 할 가장 중요한 과제는 의료 관리비용의 절감과 의료 서비스품질의 향상이다. 최근 병원의 대형화 및 병원간의 경쟁 과다로 인하여 환자에 대한 서비스는 호전되었지만, 병원 자체 인력에 대한 효율적 배분 및 인력 운용에 있어서의 형평성 문제는 아직까지 해결되지 못한 부분이 많다. 특히 모든 일을 경제 원리로 풀려고 하는 사회적 풍토 및 현대화, 대형화에 따른 병원 재정의 압박은 병원 운용 인력의 $30{\sim}40\%$를 차지하는 간호 인력에 대한 관심을 소홀히 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대형 병원을 사례기관으로 선정하여 기존의 간호사 근무 편성 기준을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 간호사들의 요일별, 시간별 선호도를 고려한 근무 편성표를 작성하여 간호사 근무에 형평성을 기하고자 한다. 또한 기존 휴리스틱에 의거한 근무표와 수리계획법을 활용하여 작성한 근무표 간의 비교를 통하여, 간호사 개인이 특정 근무 기간동안 얻게 되는 만족도를 분석하고자 한다.

In general, teachers have opened a specially supplementary course for the underachivers in mathematics. But because of a lot of problems, the class has not been activated. So in this paper, for the purpose of maximizing the effect of the class, we introduce mathematical games and puzzles in the class for causing the students' interest in mathematics and adopt multi-step test, which is a test with multi level problems in a problem, for both selecting the underachivers in mathematics and supplementing learning deficiency. As a result of the process, the atmosphere of learning is positive and learning activities are voluntary and the altitude to the mathematics is improved.
