Supply chain management (SCM) became a critical success factor for firms. As a result, researchers have carried out related research on SCM. This study aims to explore the research trends in SCM in Korea using network text analysis. We collected the information of 586 articles published in Korean journals using the RISS database, and analyzed the network generated by keywords proposed in the articles. The results showed that there are five research keyword clusters such as logistics, information systems, partnership, risk management, and sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to explore the present and future agricultural extension system and international cooperation systems for agricultural technologies in Ghana. The role of agricultural extension in the next decade should be quite different from what it was 10 years ago or even now. Its role as a facilitator of agricultural knowledge system would only increase as more participants from private sector would get involved in extension. The public sector extension would still continue to be the major extension provider in most parts of the country as the private sector alone would not be able to meet even partially the varied needs of farmers. Internal reforms are thus going to be the greatest challenge for the Ghana Extension System. The cooperation systems work in partnership with other stakeholder to provide agricultural extension and advisory services to farmers. Innovations (information/knowledge) emerging from the seed industry may be seen as dynamic and systemic process which can emerge from many sources. KAFECI's interventions must be flexible to accommodate such changes if the need arises in subsequent years (year 2 & 3). The framework and tools for technology transfer and dissemination is developed on "innovation platform" where a group of stakeholders/collaborators with diverse social and economic backgrounds, work towards a common objective or challenge.

In recent studies, there has been much interest in the relationship between customer partnership and its effect on CRM success. Yet, there is little empirical work on it. This study empirically examines the relationship between customer partnership and CRM success in Korean companies. The findings indicate that the success of the relational systems(information technology and education/reward) is significantly related to trust to customer and customer partnership. The study also provides empirical evidence that trust and customer partnership is positively related to the new CRM success and the traditional CRM success.

TerraSAR-X, launched in June 2007, and TanDEM-X, June 2010, are remote-sensing satellites with 1M resolution that are capable of observing the ground even during the nighttime and poor weather conditions. The two satellites had been developed under a public-private partnership between the German Aerospace Centre and Airbus in the interest of the commercial marketing for German satellite data. However, the data of high-grade earth remote-sensing system, such as those of the satellites, has been produced by a military satellite and thus used under limited circumstances in Germany. Therefore, a legislation to commercialize the German satellite data and to protect its national security is needed. For this, SatDSiG was enacted in December 2007. Thus this article will contain the main contents of SatDSiG and its implication for Korea, which stared to export data of Kompsat 3, 3A and 5 in 2018.

Community-based ecotourism (CBE), if well-developed can be a practical approach for promoting socio-economic well-being and sustaining ecological resources. The growth and its development worldwide especially in developing economies is a welcome development. The study aimed at assessing the Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Sanctuary in Ghana, as an example of traditional conservation system of management that has ensured greater community participation, equity, inclusiveness, and multi-level stakeholder partnership. In-depth interviews with key informants and documentary analysis of relevant peer reviewed and grey literature were the main qualitative data collection used. Results revealed that majority of the interviewees support and value the current system of traditional management. The enforcement of rules and regulations and other cultural and religious practices were discussed by key informants. Opportunities for multiple livelihood strategies as a result of the CBE is seen as critical for increasing local's acceptance and participation. The remarkable growth of the sanctuary, as well as the increase in human population, has created a shortage of land for domestic and other commercial purposes which is identified as posing a major challenge to the sustenance of the sanctuary. The study recommends diversification of livelihood opportunities presented by the presence of the sanctuary like the introduction of homestay concept, craft making- wood carving, painting, artisan shops.

The study deals with the France's recent cluster policy represented by the Competitiveness Pole. As a national level cluster supporting policy driven by the central government, the Competitiveness Pole, called 'French cluster model', :is competitiveness-oriented, and principally based on three main factors: partnerships, R&D projects and international visibility. The Competitiveness Pole is also the fruit or a long time effort to establish a decentralized governance system, and it has a lot for Korea to benchmark its relevant policies. After reviewing the Local Production System that was put in place before the Competitiveness Pole, the study treats main aspects or Competitiveness Pole policy. It analyze, then, the significance or the policy in the trend or the overall territorial policy or the country. Lastly, the study provides some implications for Korean policies such as industrial clusters, the Enterprise City and Innovation City.

In Korea, Public demand for quality of life is increasing gradually with socioeconomic growth. It is really necessary urban forestry because urban forest is one of the important factors in citizen's living environment. There is expected to participate government, citizen, NGOs and the corporate sector in urban forestry. This study was investigated the directions of environmental governance in urban forestry focused local government. As a result, urban forestry official recognized the importance of urban forestry by partnership. In order to manage urban forest efficiently, the committee must be comprised of various stakeholder and researcher have need to develop support system for management. Especially, it shows that they prefer corporations participate to create and manage urban forest.

The purpose of this study is to rediscover the operation of anti-terrorism system focusing on the system approach and crisis management approach for counter terrorism in Korea. According to the results of this study, it is required to establish a link between open systems and integrative system focusing on functional linkage of counter-terrorism systems, and cooperative measures with private sectors in the dimension of governance activation. Further, it is necessary to prepare legal foundations for the cooperation with private sectors and then promote open consciousness transformation through the partnership with private security for anti-terrorism activities. In addition, in its preventive stage, it is required to prepare legal systems related to biochemical terrorism for stronger regulations through crisis-managerial approach. Next, in its preparatory stage, it is necessary to prepare education and enact named Terror Prevention Day for increasing terror safety consciousness, and then extend citizen reporting reward systems to enable citizens to participate and become interested voluntarily in terror prevention. Also, it is essential to establish the substantial training system for preparing for terror occurrence. Moreover, in its response stage, it is urgent to construct networks between related institutions to manage field and spot responses with integrative management systems through information sharing. Furthermore, in its restoration stage, it is indispensible to prepare long-term management systems for injured persons and families of the deceased from terror incidents.
