This study analyzed the impact of supply chain management (SCM) and e-SCM on change acceptance capability, information sharing capability, partnership management capability, and business performance. This study and analysis were conducted targeting the employees of companies that introduced SCM and e-SCM in the metropolitan area and provinces. Change Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability and Business Performance and the degree of relationship, between outcome variables, which are characteristic factors of SCM, were analyzed through a research model. Based on the survey results, nine research hypotheses were postulated, and the reliability, validity, and importance were examined. The research results supported by the research hypothesis can be summarized in two ways as follows. First, the company's capabilities were analyzed as major variables such as Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability, and Business Performance. Second, the degree of relationship was analyzed in detail by classifying the necessary competencies in SCM into 4 categories, not the competencies of a specific company. This study is expected to provide appropriate information to SCM-related companies.

최근 기업들은 기술적, 경제적, 전략적 요인들을 고려하여 정보시스템 개발에 있어 아웃소싱을 하는 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 그러나 성공적인 아웃소싱을 위하여 아웃소싱은 적절하게 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 아웃소싱에서 서비스사와 고객사의 자원과 능력의 차이가 파트너십의 질에 영향을 미치게 되며, 최종적으로 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 끼치게 된다는 사실을 검증하였다. 가설 검증을 통하여 고객사의 재무능력이 서비스사의 재무능력보다 높을 때 그리고 서비스사의 IT 자원이 고객사의 IT 자원보다 우수할 때 파트너십의 질이 좋아 지는 것이 판명되었다. 또한 파트너십의 질은 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 주며 특히 신뢰도가 아웃소싱의 성공에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The information system outsourcing has been received considerable attentions in recent years. Despite it great potential, the execution of the outsourcing need to be guided to avoid any possible failure. This study shows how the difference in the resources and capabilities between the customer company and the service provider affects the quality of partnership, finally the success of information system outsourcing. From the hypotheses testings, it is found that If the financial ability of the customer company is higher than that of the service provider, the partnership is good. In addition, If the IT resource of the service provider is higher than that of the customer company, the qualify of partnership is high. As a conclusion, the partnership quality has an effects on the success of outsourcing. Especially, the trust has an greater effect on the success of outsourcing than cooperation does.

The "Forest Partnership" mechanism in Indonesia allows those with authority to manage forests, including Forest Management Units (KPH) and concession holders, to partner with local communities for forest management and profit sharing. The objective of this study is to identify the challenges that this new mechanism is facing and develop practical policy recommendations for its successful implementation. "Lombok Forest Partnership" is the first of its kind in Indonesia between Forest Management Unit (KPH) and a local community. The local community members participating in this partnership were surveyed for their expected outcomes, degree of their satisfaction about the process and profits sharing, as well as other factors affecting their participation. Respondents reported that they have obtained the information on Forest Partnership completely from KPH and NGO. Local peoples participated in Lombok Forest Partnership to improve their incomes, and recognized timber production as the most important income source with high possibility of success. However, timber production will require sizable initial capital investment for establishing nursery and other supporting activities, which cannot come from local communities lacking economic means. Thus, Forest Partnership would be difficult to succeed if KPH does not take the initiative to permit and promote local community to use special area and generate profits in their jurisdiction. KPH, in turn, can share the profits with local peoples. In this regard, KPH's leadership is the key factor in the success of Forest Partnership. However, KPH will need to cultivate their capacity to develop and implement income-generating business with local community. Although profit sharing ratio of timber and non-timber forest products among local community who participated in Lombok Forest Partnership was very high at 75%, and 90%, the level of satisfaction on profit sharing ratio was only average. The cooperative organized by the local community is also dealing with sensitive nature of allocating forest area internally among their members. Thus, keeping the principle of fairness, equity and transparency is the key for successful implementation of Forest Partnership mechanism. This first case of Forest Partnership can serve as a model for the future cases and provide the early lessons.

This study aims to prepare countermeasures to prevent and minimize drowning accident in inland waters by examining the current status of inland water safety management in Korea and diagnosing the defects. The defects in current inland water safety management is analyzed in four aspects. First is the legal defect that includes the absence of legislation that directs the inland water safety management. Second is the instructional defect such as the absence of educational program for prevention of inland water accidents and lack of professional water rescue experts. Third is cooperation defect such as dispersed reporting system and lack of private-public partnership in accident response. Fourth is the defect of emergency response ability, professionalism and accident response skills due to the dispersion and overlaps of safety management systems. In order to improve these defects, this study finds the countermeasures based on the survey of water sports professions and users and its analysis as follows: legislation of '(tentatively named) special act for water safety management in inland waters' is suggested in the legal aspects. A development of inland waters safety education program and training of water accident experts are suggested in the instructional aspects. Integrated operational system for water accident management, activation of safety network and re-establishment of private-public partnership are suggested in the cooperation aspects. Systematic and efficient inland water safety management plans such as enhancement of accident response skills and expertise and integrated inland water safety management with fire department-centered system were suggested in the aspects of emergency response ability.

In this study, various types and roles of records management and archives professionals are reviewed. Throughout the literature review, types and roles of the records management and archives professionals are analyzed. The results show that roles of professionals can be divided into the areas of records, users and management. In addition to focusing on records and archives, modern archival professionals must also be adept in such areas as knowledge management and digital asset management. Business and management skills for forging partership with related organizations are also needed.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of the mother-medical staff partnership on mothers' condition management ability for children with chronic allergic diseases. Methods: A total of 109 Korean mothers caring for a child with a chronic allergic diseases, identified according to the allergic march, such as food allergy, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, and allergic asthma, were recruited from the pediatric department of a general hospital in Seoul through convenience sampling. Data were collected using structured self-reported questionnaires from August 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017. and analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple regression using SPSS version 22.0. Results: The Mother-medical staff partnership had a statistically significant effect on mothers' condition management ability for children with chronic allergic diseases (p<.05). Among the general characteristics, satisfaction with nursing services had a statistically significant effect on mothers' condition management ability (p<.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, strategies to support children with chronic allergic diseases, as well as their caregivers, should consider the mother-medical staff partnership as part of a family-centered approach.

This study analyzed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR hereafter) of construction companies, especially focusing on small-medium companies. Surveys on construction companies' CSR activities and intensive interview with experts were executed to analyze and draw some implications. The empirical results shows that most of construction companies feel keenly necessity of CSR. The level of small-medium companies' awareness is lower than that of large companies'. CEO and board members of small-medium companies are less concerned about CSR yet. Carrying CSR activities co-working with NGO is preferred because of expertise and network. This study also suggests future strategy for CSR in the construction industry, focusing on small-medium companies. First of all it is necessary for small-medium companies to enhance the level of awareness and encourage participation in CSR. Second, it is required to strengthen relation with NGO and share information for CSR. Third, it is really significant to strengthen budget support and secure personnel to activate CSR. The systematic support by gevernment is also important. Lastly, it is essential to mount a publicity campaign and develop various CSR program. The role of 'Construction Industry Foundation for Social Responsibility' is emphasized because small-medium companies have very little room for CSR.

The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.
