An influence mutual desire having on to a business result of employment service organization and use company (고용서비스기관과 사용기업의 상호욕구가 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 논문은 고용서비스 기관의 서비스 품질과 사용기업의 관리능력이 파견직 근로자의 조직만족과 사용 기업의 업무성과 개선에 대해 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 서울, 경기지역 근로자 파견기업. 사용기업, 파견직 근로자를 설문조사를 실시하여, 근로자 파견기업 81부, 사용기업 83부, 파견직 근로자 79부 중 응답에 문제없는 파견직 근로자 79를 분석 사용하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등에 의해 분석되었다. 본 논문의 독립변수는 파견기업의 서비스 품질이며, 통제변수는 사용기업에 대한 만족도, 파견기업에 대한 만족도, 성별, 연령, 학력, 직위, 근무경력으로 구분하였다, 또한 중속변수는 업무성과의 개선, 직무만족이다. 분석결과는 첫째, 파견직에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 둘째 파견회사의 전문성이 클수록, 서비스능력이 좋을수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 사용기업의 적극성(관리능력)이 클수록 업무성과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 4년 만에 치러진 이번 IGAS 전시회에는 국내에 장비 및 자재 등을 공급하는 지사 및 대리점에서 인력을 대거 파견해 영업 및 마케팅 활동을 적극적으로 펼침으로써 국내 전시회를 방불케 했다. 뿐만 아니라 각사에서 고객들을 초청, 해당 업체의 장비 등을 한국어로 시연하는 등 국내에서보다도 더 열띤 판촉전이 벌어지기도 했다. 게다가 각 언론사 및 단체에서도 참관단을 파견, 한 자리에서 여러 제품 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 했다. 본지에서도 기자와 참관단을 파견해 IGAS 2003의 새로운 정보와 출품경향에 대해 알아보았다.

Expatriate Selection & Training of Korean Firm (한국 기업의 해외 파견인 선발, 교육에 관한 연구)

  • As the globalization of business increases, roles of managers from other culteres assume greater importance, This is the survey of expatriate selection and training of korean firms. We assummed that selecting criteria should be different for each part ho has different purposal. We cartegolized three parts with comparative two sides. Our results shows that there are differences in selecting vs. selected parts, selected part who should work foreign market assummed spouse & family's conditions more important. As top anagers emphasize the managemant & skill factors, middle and low level managers are more intrested in personal factors. The part who expatriate developing country choose cross culture factor more important than expatriate advenced country. In korean firms, there's a little program about expatiate training, spouse & family education and no repatriation adjustment program.

Increase of Labor Dispatching in China as a Combined Effect of the Global Financial Crisis and the 'Labor Contract Act' (세계경제위기와 '노동계약법'의 결합효과로서 중국 파견노동의 증가)

  • The Chinese dual structure of employment('Shuangguizhi') has been retained through the Economic Reforms, and has been supported and reproduced by the system of division between rural and urban household registration. In the 2000s, efforts of the government to abolish the division appeared to be effective with the introduction of the 'Labor Contract Act'. However, the eclecticism of the Act and the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 gave new momentum to the revival of the Chinese dual structure of employment by increasing the scale of labor dispatching. Labor dispatching in China has become a regular form of employment rather than an exceptional one. Labor dispatching reveals its Chinese characteristics against the particular background formed during the periods of state-owned-enterprise restructuring around 2000. The combined effects of the 'Labor Contract Act' and the global financial crisis brought about the effect of increase rather than control of labor dispatching, and gave a signal to enterprises to use various forms of labor dispatching including 'reverse directional labor dispatching' to lessen burdens and costs caused by the Act and the crisis. As labor dispatching strengthens or displaces the existing dual structure of employment, social groups which need more social protection tend to be much more excluded from the protection of the government and the society.

A study on the technology transfer performance according to the patent management expert utilization of the university (대학의 특허경영전문가 활용에 따른 기술이전성과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to present the future directions for strengthening the TLO(Technology licensing office)s' expertise of universities by examining the impact on utilizing the university management experts for patents and technology transfer. To identify the specific effects of dispatching patent management experts, this study was conducted under various conditions, such as the dispatch status, the dispatching duration of patent management experts and the starting year of dispatching them. The data were analyzed by utilizing the data of the KIPSI's supporting program of dispatching the patent management expert to universities and the data of University Information Disclosure site. The data from a total of 110 four-year universities from 2008 to 2013 were used. According to the analysis result, the technology transfer's performance and technology transfer's income of universities of utilizing the patent management experts compared to universities not utilizing them appeared to be high. Technology transfer and technology transfer income appeared to be higher with a longer period of utilizing the patent management expert at university. This suggests that the direction is required to provide the plan for a longer period to maximize the effect of the program "The dispatching a patent management expert". The technology transfer's performance and technology transfer's income did not increase according to the year of dispatched the patent management expert at the university. A comparison of before and after dispatching, the technology transfer performance appeared to be high after dispatch. This suggests that the effects of dispatching the patent management experts at a university can be interpreted as a subsequent effect, rather than an immediate effect. Therefore, it does not simply limit the effectiveness of the dispatch business in the short term, but it needs to activate the technology transfer organization, such as a patent management expert in the long term.

An Efficient Strategy of Dispatching Agent for distributed Systems Management (분산 시스템 관리를 위한 효율적인 에이전트 파견 기법)

  • 분산 시스템은 원거리에 위치한 자원들을 하나의 시스템으로 통합하여 여러 가지 장점을 제공한다. 하지만 시스템의 규모가 커짐에 따라서 관리자 노드와 관리 대상 노드간의 빈번한 상호작용에 의해서 전체적인 시스템의 성능저하가 발생할 수 있다. 에이전트를 사용한 방법으로 중앙 집중형 관리 방법의 폴링(polling)에 따른 문제점을 해결하였으나 에이전트 사용에 있어서도 에이전트가 이동하는 파견방법에 따라서 성능의 차이가 발생할 수 있다. 즉, 에이전트를 파견하는 관리 대상 노드의 지역 계산 시간에 따라서 관리자 노드에서의 전체적인 응답시간과 네트워크의 부하가 달라질 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 에이전트가 관리 대상 노드에서의 지역 계산 시간에 따라 현재 작업중인 노드의 다음 노드로 새로운 에이전트를 파견하여 관리자 노드에서의 응답시간과 네트워크 부하를 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 기존의 모델과의 평가를 응답시간과 네트워크 부하 측면에서 비교, 평가하였다.

The Effects of Service Quality of Dispatch Companies on Satisfaction and Performance of User Companies (파견사업체의 서비스 품질이 사용사업체의 사용만족 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of perceived service quality of dispatch companies on satisfaction and performance of user companies. The empirical investigation was conducted in human service sector. Service quality was classified into five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected from 80 employees of user companies. Results indicated that responsiveness and assurance were positively related to satisfaction of user companies. Results also indicated that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were positively related to performance of user companies. This study had differential value that it applied the concept of SERVPERF into the labor market, and analyzed its effects on customers' satisfaction and performance. The results also have consequences for managers responsible of outsourced workers.
