I have empirically investigated the relationship between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance and the moderating effect of wellness climate between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance. For testing hypothesis, hierarchical linear regression was conducted. The results of analysis are followings; hypothesis 1, work-family facilitation is positively related to perceived team performance, was significantly supported. Hypothesis 2, wellness climate moderates the association between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance. The results imply that when the HR practitioners design job and welfare program of employees should consider work-family facilitation. Additionally, to improve the performance of organization should consider not only work-family facilitation but also climate of organization supporting work-family facilitation, wellness climate.

본 논문에서는 학습자 중심의 학습 환경 구현에 매우 적합한 특성을 지니고 있는 웹을 통해 보다 효과적인 프로젝트 기반 학습 시스템(PBL; Project Based Learning )을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다. 프로젝트 목표선정, 프로젝트 계획, 프로젝트 활동, 정리 및 평가에 이르기까지 팀 구성원 모두가 책임감을 갖고 보다 적극적, 능동적인 학습을 수행할 수 잇도록 학습모듈을 구상하였다. 웹을 활용하여 프로젝트에 참여한 학습자들은 수동적 수혜적인 기존의 학습방식과는 달리 보다 적극적, 형성적, 협력적인 학습활동을 펼칠수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

지난 2000년 4월 발족한 한국후지제록스(주)의 배드민턴 동호회(회장 조태현 과장, 사업추진부 프로그램 관리팀)는 현재 27명의 회원들로 구성, 왕성한 활동과 그에 따른 명성이 사내에서도 자자하다. 특히 회장을 맡고 있는 조태현 과장은 배드민턴 경력 7년 차로 인천시에서 개최되는 클럽대항 인천시장배 40대 부문 금메달리스트로서 실력을 겸비하고 있다. 동호회는 매주 토요일 오전에 정기 모임을 갖고 있으며 매월 둘째 주 토요일에는 연습회와 더불어 월례회로 겸하고 있다. 배드민턴 동호회의 특징은 회원 대부분이 사내동호회 뿐만 아니라 개인 교습, 혹은 지역 클럽 등에서 활동함으로써 모자라는 주 1회의 연습량을 채움과 동시에 실력향상을 꾀하는 등 매우 열정적이라는 것이다.

방산물자의 수출촉지활동은 민간업체, 정부, 군요원들로 이루어진 공동 마케팅팀을 구성하여 해외 방산물자 전시회에 참가하여 개별 수출건과 관련하여서도 결집된 노력을 경주하여야 된다. 국내의 독자적인 개발품목이 많지 않기 때문에 지금까지는 국제 무기전시회에 정부와 방산업체가 참여하는 기회가 없었으나, 이제 국내의 방위산업과 개발된 무기체계를 홍보하고 마케팅활동을 할 수 있도록 정부는 전시회 참가 기획 및 업체지원, 개별 방산업체는 자사제품의 판촉을 담당하도록 협력체제를 발전시켜야 한다.

아직까지 정보보호 활동은 기업의 입장에서 비용을 단순히 소비' 하는 업무로 인식되는 경우가 많다. 때문에 최근의 경기침체가 보안예산의 축소나 보안활동의 위축으로 이어질 것이라는 우려가 적지 않다. 그러나 정작 기업 정보보호 담당자들의 시각은 다른 것으로 나타났다. 오히려 경기침체가 정보보호 강화의 계기가 될 것이라고 전망하는 담당자도 적지 않았다. 정보보호 부서와 역할 범위가 강화되는 것으로 해석해 볼 수 있는 대목이다. 기업 보안 부서와 담당자들의 역할 변화를 감지할 수 있는 기업 정보보호 실태조사 결과의 일부를 소개해 보고자 한다. 이번 설문조사는 지난 3월 24일 (사)한국침해사고대응팀협의회가 개최했던 CONCERT FORECAST 2009 참석자 중 110명을 대상으로 실시한 것이다.

기업마다 국가마다 정보보호에 대한 문화 차이는 존재하기 마련이다. 하지만 그 차이가 크다고는 볼 수 없다. 다양한 공격기법에 대한 대응방안 마련. 기업 정보보호의 방향 수립, 정보보호 교육방식 등 기업 보안 조직이나, 국가 CERT의 관심과 고민이 비슷하기 때문이다. 이런 생각은 호주 침해사고대응팀(이하:AusCERT)에 몸담고 있는 Robert Lowe와의 인터뷰에서 더욱 잘 알 수 있었다. AusCERT는 우리와 같은 고민을 어떻게 풀어가고 있는지 소개해 본다. Robert Lowe는 AusCERT의 침해사고 분석 전문가로 활동했으며, 현재는 AusCERT의 교육 및 컨퍼런스 책임자로 활동하고 있다.

The study was conducted to examine the characteristics of case management in psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of case management activities, and 114 cases managers in the psychiatric rehabilitation facilities in Seoul participated in the study. The study analysed the importance and performance of each case management through IPA and Paired T-test. As a result of the study, Assessment stage showed the highest performance and importance, and the performance was conducted as much as the importance. Except assessment, performance in all stages were significant lower than the importance. IPA analysis showed that most case management activities belonged to the quadrant I(high importance-high performance) and the quadrant III (low importance-low performance), but the T-test analysis showed lower performance than importance. Participation of Service users and Cooperation of community resource were lower than those of importance. Participation of Service users showed high importance and performance, but performance was relatively lower than importance. On the other hand, cooperation of community resource was low in overall importance and performance, moreover, performance was very low. It is considered that various efforts should be made to activate them.

The scientist-led Research and Education (R&E) program aims to strengthen gifted science students' research capabilities under the guidance of scientists. Students' actual research experiences in scientist-led R&E activities range from understanding how scientists conduct research to actively participating in research. To develop R&E that promotes student agency, i.e., student participation, this study aimed to identify the pedagogical characteristics that supported gifted science students' agentic participation in the scientist-led R&E program. We conducted interviews with learners and scientists in three teams undertaking R&E activities every three months. The interview covered their perceptions of R&E activities, student participation, and scientists' support for the activities. The recordings and transcripts of the interviews were used as primary data sources for the analysis. The trajectory of each team's activities, as well as the learners' and scientists' dynamic positioning were identified. Based on this analysis, we inductively identified the pedagogical characteristics that emerged from classes in which the scientists supported the students' learning and engagement in research. Regarding agency, three types of student participation were identified: 1) the sustained exercise of agency, 2) the initial exercise and subsequent discouragement of agency, and 3) the continuous non-exercise of agency. Two pedagogical characteristics that supported the learners' agentic participation were identified: 1) opportunities for students to take part in research management and 2) scientist-student interactions encouraging learners to present expert-level ideas. This study contributes to developing pedagogies that foster gifted science students' agentic participation in scientist-led R&E activities.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

In this study, we analyzed the effects of how self-efficacy and organizational culture affect the knowledge sharing that facilitates team performance. Data was collected through a survey of 126 employees who work for A company and was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, sharing culture, openness, and competition culture. Latent variable was knowledge sharing. Dependent variable was team's performance. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that self-efficacy, competition culture, and sharing culture were found to have both direct and indirect impacts on team's performance. However, openness was not statistically significant in the effect on knowledge sharing and team's performance. The implications of these factors will be used to develop knowledge sharing strategies that facilitates team performance.
