The paper critically examines resource mobilization theories, frame theory, and new social movement theories, and proposes studies on the spatiality of the social movements as one potential to mitigate the limitation in these theories. The resource mobilization theories and the frame theory, the strategy-oriented approaches, lack contextual understandings of the origin of social movements. While new social movement theories provide macro-scale analysis and the structural explanations of the origins of social movements, they have covered limited geographical areas. The spatiality of social movements promotes deep understandings of local differences, and contexts in and through which grievances are constructed and collective actions are organized. Physical structures and symbolic representations of places are often created and utilized as social movement strategies. The spatiality of social movements can be a useful conceptual tool to explain the diversity and the dynamics of social movements.

This thesis is a study about how leadership communicates and interacts with the public and affects structure of emotions. Leadership has been paid attention by various strata, and interest about leader is gradually getting higher throughout overall society. In this situation, drama that is a medium that approaches to the general public friendly and easily and affects emotionally the public suggests problems about overall contemporary society and culture and plays a role to solve the desire. Therefore, if we analyze leadership that appears on drama, we may grasp directional nature and meaning aboutwhich figure of the leader it shows. As a research method, we use Spear's servant leadership factors, who categorized factors necessary for leaders. A soap opera named Ukssinamjeonggi that pursues a common goal to solve affairs and problems in relationships among members in an organization is selected as the analytic subject. As a result of the analysis, listening, empathy, healing, awareness, and conceptualization which are factors of servant leadership turn out to be the factors that help subordinates demonstrate their potentials; conceptualization, persuasion, awareness, and foresight are usually shown by supervisors. Servant leadership was the most effective when a leader communicates with members through middle managers to grow the community.

Wreck-it Ralph is the new genre of animation combining with totally different media, games. Hence, how the game, Fix it Felix, Jr. was digested in the animation to interact each other was reviewed in this article. Upon the review, Wreck-it Ralph did not refer to the images and narration structure of Fix it Felix, Jr. but to the specific motives of the game, which is referring to Intermedial individuals in making Intermedial relations. Wreck-it Ralph is the first animation to refer to the motives of the game and have the Intermedial relation with animation. In addition, it has the meanings enough to be analyzed, so we reviewed its Intermedial relation with Rajewsky's analysis frame in this article.

This study attempts to identify the structure of class conflict in Korea and to suggest an alternative framework for a empathetic society. The objective and subjective level of satisfaction with life and class consciousness are in direct proportion, and status consistency signifies polarization. Distorted distribution structures and cultural values make income disparity and property disputes widen, which in turn lead to educational divides and status fixations, refracting or blocking the possibility of social mobility. By overcoming the COVID-19 crisis, it is not appropriate to go back to the past but to correct wrong consciousness and practices in the past, and the consistency between the state and members of society must be re-established. Through the process of innovation at the economic, global, and digital level, a major transformation is required in the new normal era, which prioritizes social development for human values. The conflict resolution depends on the solidarity of the community as a social foundation, since an empathetic society needs the trust and communication of the members of the society.

Inside Out(2015) and The Spiriting Away of Sen And Chihiro(2001) have similar narrative structures and scenes. This paper aimed to compare and analyze the intermedial relationship between the two animations. The result of the study showed intermedial relationship between Inside Out and The Spiriting Away of Sen And Chihiro, which was produced and released about 14 years before. However, it was hard to say the former referred to the system of the latter and adopted it. When seen from the narrative structure of exposition, development, crisis, climax, resolution, in Inside Out, various motifs of The Spiriting Away of Sen And Chihiro were restructured, creating a new feeling. This study considered intermediality as something that a single medium overcomes limitations and is transformed through materials, or media, and an important way to provide consumers with contents of better quality, and using Rajewsky's frame of analyzing intermediality, compared and analyzed the relationship of the two animations.

The factors contributing to the formation of an important scientific concept in South Korea and its circulation in the society are the scientific knowledge that had been already formed, matured, and established in the U.S.A, Europe and Japan and has been introduced into Korea, and the institutions that have been formed during the recent modernization in South Korea. The concept of 'genetic information' cannot be an exception in this context. The concept of genetic information is the one that has been extended and intensified by the genomics and bioinformatics formed and matured through the Human Genome Projects from the former concept of inheritance or heredity within the framework of classical and molecular genetics. The purpose of this study was to find out 'how the production structure of genetic information in South Korea has been formed', under the perspective of the conceptual, epistemic, and institutional holisticity or integratedness in the concept and knowledge production structure idealized in Western advanced nations. The discourse of genetic engineering popular in the mid 1980's in South Korea has catalyzed the development of molecular biology. However, the institutional balance that had been established for the biochemistry departments in Natural Science College and Medical College was not formed between the genetic engineering and genetics departments in South Korea. Therefore, they were unable to achieve the more integrative and macro-level disciplinary impact on life sciences, largely due to institutional lack of the capable (human) genetics departments in some leading Korean colleges of Medicine. In genomics, the cutting-edge reprogramming and restructuring of the traditional genetics in the West, South Korea has not invested, even meagerly, in the infrastructure, fund, and research and development (R & D) for the Basic or First Phase of the research trajectory in the Human Genome Project. Without a minimal Basic Phase, the genomics research and development in Korea has been running more or less for the Advanced or Second Phase. Bioinformatics has started developing in Korea under a narrow perspective which regards it as a mere sub-discipline of information technology (IT). Having developed itself in parallel with genomics, bioinformatics contains its own unique logics and contents that can be both directly and indirectly connected to the information science and technology. As a result, bioinformatics reveals a defect in respect of being synergistically integrated into genetics and life sciences in Korea. Owing to the structural problem in the production, genetic information appears to be produced in a fragmented pattern in the Korean society since its fundamental base is weak and thin. A good example of the conceptual and institutional fragmentedness is that 'the genetics of individual identification' is not a normal integrated part of the Korean genetics, but a scientific practice exercised in the departments of legal medicine in a few Medical Colleges. And the environment contributing to the production structure of genetic information in South Korea today comprises 'sangmyung gonghak'(or life engineering) discourse and non-governmental organization movement.

This paper is to consider the developmental process of Korean geography on the context of socio-spatial transformations of Korea, and then to suggest briefly its alternative visions. The development of knowledge including geography seems to be made under imperatives of social functions and structure in a given period, and knowledge in turn gives power for a further development of society. Modem geography in Korea has progressed on the context of capitalist development of Korean society which can be divided into two phases, that is, the period of developmentalism and that of neoliberalism. Korean geography has been developed under influence of ideologies of developmentalism and neoliberalism, and in turn has made some contributions to socio-spatial policies. Korean geography in the future, it can be suggested, should go beyond both developmentalism and neoliberalism, and put socio-spatial welfare, civil society or community, and environmental justice into its central issues.

The film (2000) and (2016) are based on different time slips from each other. However, these two films have many common elements that make one illusion-based illusion. In the common elements, the main characters (being and thing) are traversed at different times and directed as a cyclical one. Also, among these, the movement link of the time and space has a commonality that it becomes possible through a medium ( - radio, you, there - pill). As a result, a series of scenes expressed in showed that the scene of produced in 2000 was greatly circulated. The reason why two movies have similar structure is that the basic framework of video media based on time slip is similar. Therefore, the purpose of this study is not to analyze the problem of quoting and borrowing of two films as mentioned in the paper. To add up, the material of video media is manifold which is a dynamic object of potential which is unlimited and opened, and by rearranging one media it can be created by escaping from one territory. Also, it is a study of analysis to contribute to producer or researcher as a time slip video creation reference connecting times based on the manifold arrangement from two films.

This research aims to examine Korean regional innovation governance, find structural problems, and explore alternative strategies of regional innovation governance. Especially the alternative governance was searched through the case study of Daegu-Kyungbuk mobile cluster, of which formulation Samsung is the anchor institution. Regional innovation governance in this research is defined as a policy system to link knowledge generation & diffusion subsystem and knowledge application & exploitation subsystem, and institutional conditions to steer the system. "Social Capital Assessment Tool (SOCAT)" of the World Bank was utilized for the appreciation of cluster governance. The regional innovation governance of Daegu-Kyungbuk mobile cluster is characterized as production networks dominated by one-to-one relationship between Samsung and hardware/software developers, decentralized R&D networks and policy networks with multiple hubs. Major policy agents have not developed networks with local companies, and rare are interactions between the policy agents. Local companies, especially software developers, responded they have had experiences to cooperate for local problem solving and shared their community goal, however, the degree of trust in major local project leaders is not high. Local hardware/software developers with core technologies need to be cooperative to develop similar technologies or products in Daegu-Kyungbuk mobile cluster. Regional administrative actors, such as the City of Daegu and Kyungsangbuk-do, and diverse innovation-related institutes should build cooperative environment where diverse project-based cooperation units are incessantly created, taken apart, and recreated.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of ethylene glycol analogs on modulus of elasticity and ultimate tensile strength of moist, demineralized dentin matrix. Methods: Dentin disks 0.5 mrn thick were prepared from mid-coronal dentin of extracted. unerupted, human third molars. 'I' beam and hour-glass shaped specimens were prepared from the disks, the ends protected with nail varnish and the central regions completely demineralized in 0.5M EDTA for 5 days. Ultimate tensile stress (UTS) and low strain modulus of elasticity (E) were determined with specimens immersed for 60 min in distilled water $(H_{2}O)$, ethylene glycol $(HO-CH_{2}-CH_{2}-OH)$, 2-methoxyethanol $(H_{3}CO-CH_{2}-CH_{2}-OH)$, and 1,2-dimethoxyethane $(H_{3}CO-CH_{2}-CH_{3}-OCH_{3})$ prior to testing in those same media. Modulus of elasticity was measured on the same specimens in a repeated measures experimental design. The results were analyzed with a one-way ANOVA on ranks, followed by Dunn's test at ${\alpha}\;=\;0.05$. Regression analysis examined the relationship between UTS or E and hoy's solubility parameter for hydrogen bonding $({\delta}_{h})$ of each solvent. Results: The UTS of demineralized dentin in water, ethylene glycol, 2-methoxyethanol, and 1,2-dimethoxyethane was 24 (3), 30 (5), 37 (6), and 45 (6) MPa, ${\times}$ (SD) N = 10. Low strain E for the same media were 16 (13), 23 (14), 52 (24), and 62 (22) MPa. Regression analysis of UTS vs ${\delta}_{h}$ revealed a significant $(p\;<\;0.0001,\;r\;=\;-0.99,\;R^{2}\;=\;0.98)$ inverse, exponential relationship. A similar inverse relationship was obtained between low strain E vs ${\delta}_{h}\;(p\;<\;0.0005,\;r\;=\;-0.93,\;R^{2}\;=\;0.86)$. Significance: The tensile properties of demineralized dentin are dependent upon the hydrogen bonding ability of polar solvents $({\delta}_{h})$. Solvents with low ${\delta}_{h}$ values may permit new interpeptide H-bonding in collagen that increases its tensile properties. Solvents with high ${\delta}_{h}$ values prevent the development of these new interpeptide H-bonds.
