최근 정보기술과 유비쿼터스기술을 바탕으로 도시를 미래화하는 유비쿼터스도시(U-City)구축이 범 국가적으로 추진되고 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 2008년 9월 25일 유비쿼터스도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률 시행령을 발표하였으며, 유비쿼터스도시서비스(U-City Service)를 크게 행정, 교통, 보건 의료 복지, 환경, 방범 방재, 시설물 관리, 교육, 문화 관광 스포츠, 물류, 근로 고용 등의 분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 제공하고 운영 및 관리하는 시설로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터(U-City Management Center)는 다양한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 효과적으로 연계하여 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 도시정보를 통합, 분석하고 제공하는 유비쿼터스도시 핵심기능을 담당한다. 하지만 이러한 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터의 구축은 운영조직구성, 운영비용확보, 통합서비스 제공방안, 법 제도 정비 등의 해결과제를 가지고 있어 구현방안에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터에서 기본적으로 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스도시서비스 유형을 제시하고 정의한다.

당사 제품인 건설 중장비용 대형 용접 구조물에 대하여, 설계단계부터 구조해석 및 초도품에 대한 Rig Test, 실차 시험 등 여러 단계를 거쳐 내구성을 평가하고 있다. 그러나 용접품 특성상 수명 평가 및 예측이 용이하지 않아 특히 내구성 개선 또는 효율 증대를 위한 경량화 등의 필요에 따른 설계 변경시 시행착오를 거치는 경우가 많다. 이에 개발 일정의 지연, 시험 비용의 증대 등이 불가피하고, 보증 수명의 증대를 통한시장 확대 등에 있어서도 애로가 있다. 또한 기존 Rig Test의 경우도 실제 사용환경과의 차이 등으로 인해 필드에서의 사용 수명을 예측하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 당 센터에서는 통계적 분석을 통한 사용 조건의 DB 구축과 제품 품질 DB의 구축 및 통합을 통하여 제관품의 특성을 반영한 용접 구조물의 가속 수명 평가법의 신뢰도 향상과 시장 목표에 부합하는 최적 설계 달성을 위한 독자적 Tool을 개발하고 있으며, 이에 대한 첫 번째 과제로 기확보 데이터에 대한 상관관계를 분석하였다.

Over the past 20 years, Researchers have tried to develop "Integration Model of Cost and Schedule" in construction industry. They suggested various models and techniques, however, it is still required to develop new methodology for AL Form Work in Public Multi-Housing Projects. Accordingly, this research focused on measuring quantity take-offs of on-going projects and analysing the basic process of using the resources(Labor, Material, Plant) related to cost and time data. There are 3 steps of this research : 1) The literature review of previous studies about Integration Model of Cost and Schedule was conducted. 2) Model for integration between cost and schedule was developed. 3) the accuracy of developed model was verified. The results are expected to improve in integrated managing the cost and schedule data of AL form work.

본 논문은 스프링 프레임워크를 이용한 클라우드 환경에서의 부실예측 지원시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여 부실예측을 평가하고 지원시스템의 데이터의 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산의 부실채권을 이용한 회수를 관리하여 효율성을 높인다. 제안하는 시스템은 고객과 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 프레임워크를 적용함에 따라 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 최대화할 수 있으며, 개발된 표준 API를 적용함으로써 개발비용 및 기간의 단축시킬 수 있으며, 각 컨테이너(공통모듈 플러그인) 형태로 프레임워크를 설계함으로써 기능의 추가가 쉽고, 재사용이 가능하며, 사용자가 요구하는 웹 환경을 구축함으로써 정부에서 제시하는 표준 프레임워크와 호환성을 제공한다.

Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

최근 RFID가 비즈니스의 여러 분야에서 추적시스템을 중심으로 도입되기 시작하고 있으며, 이러한 시스템들이 기업에 괄목할만한 효율성의 중가와 비용의 감소를 가져올 것으로 기대되고 있다. 한편, 기업의 대용량 정보저장고로 사용되어 온 데이터 웨어하우스는 생태적으로 과거의 정적인 데이터를 분석하도록 디자인 되었으며, 온라인 분석도구인 OLAP은 데이터 웨어하우스에 저장된 정적 데이터를 분석하는 도구로 사용됨으로 의사결정 지원의 역할을 하고 있다. 그렇다면 RFID를 통하여 실시간으로 수집되는 정보가 OLAP과 결합할 경우 그 정보는 추적과 같은 단순한 정보분석이 아니라 실시간 기반의 보다 중요한 의사결정을 위하여 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 웨어하우스의 정보소스를 확장하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 RFID와 데이터 웨어하우스의 통합모델을 제안한다. 그와 함께 RFID 기기를 통하여 수집된 실시간 기반의 동적인 정보를 분석할 수 있는 OLAP을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 이러한 개념을 프로토타입으로 구현함으로서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 핵심을 이루고 있는 RFID가 데이터 웨어하우스에 정보소스를 제공할 수 있으며 온라인 분석도구와 결합될 경우 보다 강력한 의사결정 지원도구가 될 수 있음을 보여 준다.

Green technologies of buildings are spreading for saving resource and energy consumption during life cycle of buildings. However, selection of optimized the technologies for applying projects is needed a lot of time and costs. Therefore prioritization is necessary to apply the technologies for buildings. An evaluation of economic value for the technologies is significant for prioritization of the technologies, however, the current evaluation system of economic value for technologies is not reflected the accurate features of the technologies. Green technologies have the objectives for reducing the emission of CO2 and saving the cost during the whole lifecycle of buildings. Thus the evaluation of economic feasibility for green technologies is needed to include the economic value from improving the environment. This paper developed the economic evaluation method integrated with LCC and LCA to accurately analyze the economic value for green technologies. Moreover, this paper drew the priority of the technologies by conducting case studies with the integrated method and analyzing the results with AHP. The conclusion of case studies, Green technologies is worth more if to include the economic value from improving the environment. Then in analysis of priority, Green intelligent component technologies were rated the highest. The conclusion of the study is able to utilize the supporting tool for making decision to select the optimized technologies for the projects and precedence study for developing future research of prioritization for green technologies. The future study for improving the developed method will supplement the various evaluation factors and apply the detailed weight to analyze the priority of green technologies.

In a smart commerce market, customers are seeking customized shopping services optimized for personal tastes and customized shopping experiences based on customers' tastes. Accordingly, individually customized services are needed more than anytime now. According to this demand, companies provide messaging services to the consumer, but do not include a personalized service for each individual. The purpose of this study is to combine the techniques of personalized services with messaging services and presents system construction plan and integrated model system for corporate messaging services and thereby possible are maximizing marketing effects and analyzing effects of cost savings. Applying the operation of the integrated model is proposed and message transmission scheme through effective personalization can be applied to personalized model using the personalized information according to customers' requirements. The integrated model of personalization on this study is expected to be highly effective when combined with the search service.

This paper proposes an implementation of an orchestration service of web services, which work as context aware applications in Ubiquitous Computing. The proposed method alms to decrease the cost of adapting to the context changes. UC requires the context adaptation more than any other computing environments, and it works based on networks of various heterogeneous platforms. Web services on SOA could be one of the solutions for the requirements. This paper proposes the way how to implement an orchestration service of SOA to handle the context adaptation while keeping the performance high. We develops an implementation model of orchestration services of web services, and the model decreases the number of code lines of the orchestration service. This paper also shows a simple empirical study, and it also analyzes two different method implementing the polymorphism, overloading and overriding.

본 논문은 난방에너지부문에 통합수요관리정책을 추진할 경우의 효과를 분석하기 위해서 난방기술별 비교우위 및 난방방식간의 전환효과를 분석하였다. 냉방공급방식으로는 전기냉방, 가스냉방, 빙축열 냉방을 채택하였으며, 동일한 냉방서비스 공급에 대한 1차에너지소비량, 이산화탄소배출량, 그리고 연료비용을 비교분석하였다. 또한, 에너지원별 에너지가격정책에 따른 가격왜곡현상의 유무에 따른 영향을 시나리오에 기초하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 시나리오 분석을 통해, 전기냉방수요의 20%를 가스냉방수요로 전환할 경우에 연간 3,141억원의 사회적 편익이 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
