CRM의 장점은 원하는 고객에 대해서 마케팅 노력을 기울일 수 있고 그 결과로 마케팅 비용을 줄이고 효율을 높일 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 마케팅 전략 수립에 대한 방법의 변화와 그 수행방법의 변화가 CRM에 있기 때문에 여기에 따른 절차와 문화, 조직구조까지 변화 시킬 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 CRM교육이 필요하며, 그 중요성을 인식하고 실행하여야 한다. 그리고 경영환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략 수립이 필수적이다. CRM의 정확한 이해와 적합한 수행이 있어야만 병원경영의 목표달성에 도움이 된다. 그러나 CRM자체의 문제가 없는 것도 아니다. 무엇보다 전문 인력이 부족하면 시스템 구축과 마케팅이나 컨설팅 인력을 확보하여 프로젝트의 부실화를 방지하여야 한다. 다음은 실업자들의 업무패턴을 파악하고 사용자의 편의를 고려한 적용이 있어야 한다. 고가의 비용을 투입하여 CRM을 실행하였다 해도 사용자 교육의 미비가 생기면 효율이 감소될 것이다. 역시 CRM의 적용에 있어서 호환이 되지 않으면 통합비용으로 별도의 비용이 지출해야 하므로 비용의 증가를 감수하여야 한다. 환자의 의료의 질에 대한 만족은 환자의 주관적 개념으로 동일한 의료서비스에 대하여 환자들은 저마다 다르게 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여, 그것을 의료제공자가 충족시키는 정도가 환자의 만족도를 결정하게 된다. 의료의 질은 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 의료의 질과 만족은 강하게 연관이 있으면서도 양자는 분명히 다르다. 의료의 질에 대한 평가와 만족도는 매우 일치도가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 이것은 의료의 질적 수준이 높으면 환자만족도도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 환자관리를 위한 CRM 마케팅의 전기를 실증적으로 역설하고 이의 도입을 통한 효과와 문제점, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고, 모범적인 CRM운영 사례를 제시함과 동시에 효과적인 의료의 질 경영을 구현하고 이것이 환자의 의료서비스 만족도를 높이는 결과인 것을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of simulation practice education applying problem-based learning on problem-solving ability, critical thinking disposition, and learning satisfaction of nursing students. 63 nursing students taking the practice subject for integrated simulation at U University in K region were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire to collect data before and after the simulation practice. The simulation practice education applying problem-based learning was effective in improving problem-solving ability and learning satisfaction significantly and positive correlation was found among problem-solving ability, critical thinking disposition, and learning satisfaction; that is, the better problem-solving ability, the higher level of critical thinking disposition and learning satisfaction. While the results of this study conducted in nursing students at a single university cannot be generalized, it was confirmed that simulation practice education applying problem-based learning was an effective teaching method in improving problem-solving ability and learning satisfaction of nursing students. It is therefore necessary to give simulation practice education applying problem-based learning on a systematic and continuous basis with the objective of improving problem-solving ability and learning satisfaction and promoting critical thinking disposition.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of occupational performance ability and leisure satisfaction on parenting stress in parents with disabled children. The data collection period was from January 10, 2017 to February 17, 2017, and 72 questionnaires were used for analysis. The research tool was a structured questionnaire which comprised the following components: general characteristics questionnaire, parenting stress measurement tool, occupational performance ability tool, and leisure satisfaction questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows. The general characteristics of children with high parenting stress were as follows: female, age 8-12, developmental and intellectual disability, disability grade 1 and 2, in the case of private treatment institutions. There was a significant correlation between parental occupational performance ability, parenting stress, and leisure satisfaction. Occupation, social integration, and economic independence, and leisure satisfaction were the factors influencing parenting stress. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the parenting stress intervention of parents with disabilities.

In this paper, we tried to present the basic framework so that we can conduct more systematic research on natural healing through fusion research, which combines the service marketing of natural healing field with the service marketing. This study investigated the user's satisfaction and intention to reuse natural and aesthetic experiences. People aged 20 to 50 across the country were given a range commonly known as "naturopathy," and the survey was conducted on those who experienced it. Analysis of data was performed using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Studies have shown that naturopathy experiences have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. After verifying the effect of the quality of naturopathy experience on customer satisfaction and reuse, it was found that customer satisfaction greatly affected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction had a very high impact on the intention of reuse.

This study aims to explore key factors which influence user's decision-making on the adoption of e-learning. We integrated UTAUT and Information Success Models to test that four independent factors affect student satisfaction to use e-learning in Rwanda's higher education. Data was collected by surveying students of University of Rwanda and Protestant Institute of Social Sciences (n=206). The analysis results showed that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy except for social influence have a significant effect on students' satisfaction. This can help university administrators understand the factors that influence students' adoption of e-learning and incorporate these results into Rwanda's e-learning design and implementation. In final, Rwanda's government can contribute to establishing the e-learning policy and allocating its relevant resources centered on student needs.

This study examines the effect of customer experience management capability of a bank and job satisfaction and customer orientation of the frontline employee in bank. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 321 employees working in banks. The results of the study confirm the positive effects of employee training, employee empowerment, employee evaluation, cross functional work of customer experience management capability is job satisfaction and customer orientation. But channel integration is not supported job satisfaction and customer orientation. Performance management influenced customer orientation through job satisfaction. The study provides On a theoretical level valuable insights into the customer experience management competency at the organizational unit and but there is also a limitation that firms the is limited.

Cross section design of a prop-blade is carried out for VTOL(Vertical Takeoff and Landing) Quad Tilt Prop-rotor UAV with a maximum takeoff weight of 55 kg and a maximum cruising speed of 180 km/h. Design procedure for cross section design is established and design requirements for prop-blade are identified. Through the procedure, cross section design is carried out to meet the identified requirements. Main design factors including stiffness, weight per unit length, and elastic axis are obtained by using a finite element section analysis program, and the design weight of the prop-blade is predicted. The obtained design factors are used along with the rotor system analysis program CAMRAD II to evaluate the dynamic stability of prop-blade in operating environment. In addition, the prop-blade load is obtained by CAMRAD II software, and it is used to verify the safety of the prop-blade structure. If the design results are not satisfactory, design changes are made in an iterative manner until the results satisfy the design requirements.

Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport are planned to merge in 2021 while the aviation market is suffering an unprecedented prolonged crisis due to COVID-19 and therefore it is necessary to revitalize the airport to keep up with the passenger's demands. The study conducts an empirical research survey on the passengers of both airports regarding the importance, satisfaction, and overall satisfaction to derive a strategic marketing direction. The results show that to establish a strategic marketing direction, an urgent improvement is required for all "Commercial Facility and Diversity," "Rest Facility and Comfort," "Facilities for the Transportation Vulnerable," "Latest Facility" factors, and "Air Route Diversity." On the other hand, it is required to stop further investing and improving in "Publicity and Marketing" and "Flight Schedule". The results of this study demonstrate academic and practical importance through the comparison of two IPA models, based on Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport before their integration, to provide substantive and meaningful marketing strategies.

In this study, the differences of labor-management cooperation and corporation performance resulted from integrated human resource management types is investigated for 12 urban railroad corporations and then the effect of labormanagement cooperation on the corporation performance is also verified. The results show that the labor-management cooperation and the corporation performance of "closed immersion type" and "opened flexibility type" integrated human resource managements are higher than those of "conservative management type" and "poor management type" integrated human resource managements. As a result of the effect of labor-management cooperation on the corporation performance, it is revealed that "individual cooperation" affects all the corporation performances such as train operation stability, customer's satisfaction, management innovation, self-supporting management, and job satisfaction, whereas "collective cooperation" affects only two coporation performances, management innovation and job satisfaction.

There are insufficient cadaver-used practice programs for paramedic student education. To provide the basic data for the effective cadaver practice program, the study interviewed 255 students in department of EMT, who attended cadaver practicum. The results indicated that the average satisfaction level in education was 4.5 out of 5 and in relation to allotted time was 3.61 out of 5. The average understanding level of was 4.5 out of 5. In conclusion, senior students who have already taken clinical education & clinical procedure are recommended to focus on clinical anatomy practice and lower grade students are recommended to focus on understanding human body structure in cadaver-used practice program.
