Development and Reliability Verification of Quality Control System for Compaction Grouting Method (컴팩션 그라우팅 공법의 품질관리 시스템 개발 및 신뢰성 검증)

  • This study introduced the compact grouting method that can be used for improving soft ground and restoring buildings with unequal subsidence. The pump used in the traditional compact grouting method is a system that injects one hole each, which reduces the construction efficiency, and the analog injection method manually manages the construction by field workers, making it difficult to manage consistent quality. Pump and quality control system were developed to solve problems in existing construction. Since field supervisor determines amount of injected materials by using analog equipment and controls manually, it is difficult to manage consistent quality of construction. Therefore, the quality control system was developed in order to solve that problem. The quality control system consists of automatic mixing system of injection materials, multiple simultaneous injection pumps, and injection management monitoring system. Performance of the quality control system was verified through on-site testing, and ground improvement performance was verified through quality testing after testing and testing of the compact grouting method. Therefore, it is expected that the integrated quality control system developed will improve the quality assurance and efficiency and stability of construction at sites where construction and quality verification are difficult.

  • Enterprises requires the logistics information system to reduce logistics costs and ensure clearness of distribution. However, the system is adopted only by large corporations due to diversity of work and the initial cost for construction. In this study We have attempted to develop an information system capable of efficiently. Controlling and managing logistics by investigating division of duties and existing problem. Using small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the distribution business as a model. For real-time monitoring of logistics information. We have constructed a system using new technologies such as GPS, mobile and wireless communications and made use of web GIS as infrastructure. Developed by the logistics information systems, We will control overall logistics work and reduce logistics costs and processing time as well.

  • Today, the need for more flexible and adaptive production system and integrated management of their manufacturing information and facilities is ever increasing to cope with competitive and ever-changing global market environments and complexity of new control systems. This paper presents the whole system architecture and the technological characteristics of for each individual system layer which are able to flexibly integrate and manage high-speed and high-precision machining systems. It is investigated that monitoring and integrated management of the control systems can be realized with consideration of detailed information of various CNCs, and the management function may be easily constructed and extended using components of the manufacturing execution layer.

  • Avionics system are composed of multiple electronic device that performs important missions the number of electronic devices for the performance of aircraft has been gradually increasing. As a result, cost of development, maintenance and operating have increased. To solve this problem, technology paradigm of avionics has been shifting from federated avionics systems that manage to each system independently to IMA(Integrated Modular Avionics) systems. Unlike federated systems, fault tolerance becomes an essential technology in IMA systems. Because each aircraft features integrated in the an IMA system, a fault can jeopardize the entire system. In this paper, we define faults which can occur on the ARINC 653 based IMA system first, and design the ARINC 653 compliant HM(health Monitoring) system for the system can continue to operate be normal when occur a fault.

  • In the existing naval combat system, integrated management is done based on subsystems that make up the system. The naval combat system, however, is a large-scale distributed system made up of subsystems of diverse heterogeneous environments. Although each of the subsystems can be easily managed because they are on the same platform, it is extremely difficult to integrate and manage as a single entity all subsystems that make up the naval combat system because the heterogeneous environments and distributed systems have to be taken into account. In fact, there hasn't been a technique available to integrate and manage subsystems that make up the naval combat system, until now. In this paper, the architecture of an integrated management system is designed and implemented to provide the user with various services. Furthermore, a system that can manage subsystems of the naval combat system in an integrated way is developed.

  • 최근 기상이변으로 가뭄과 홍수, 폭설 등 자연재난이 전 세계적으로 빈번하게 발생하고 있고, 우리나라도 예외는 아니어서 일 강수량이 300mm가 넘는 집중폭우의 횟수도 증가하고 있다. 특히 지난 해 한반도 지역의 아열대성 기후변화로 인해 잦은 국지성 폭우와 태풍 등 물재해로 인명과 재산피해가 점증하고 있다. 2012년 7월에 발생한 제7호 태풍 '카눈'을 시작으로 잇따른 초대형 태풍 '덴빈', '볼라벤', '산바'는 태풍이 북상하여 중부지방 중심 전국적으로 많은 비를 내렸으며 경기 및 강원 북부 일부 지방은 관측 강우량을 경신하였다. 홍수기 시 수자원 운영에 미치는 댐, 보 수문자료의 활용을 통해 홍수분석 등에 활용됨으로써 홍수분석 의사결정 시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 물 관리 시스템에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 K-water에서는 최신 ICT 기술을 융합한 "실시간 수자원정보시스템"을 구축 운영하여 24시간 365일 상시 모니터링함으로써, 2012년에 과거 유래 없는 4개의 대형 태풍이 한반도에 상륙하였을 때에도 안정적으로 시스템을 운영하면서 신속하게 대응할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 실시간 어장환경정보시스템 개발을 위하여 기존의 시스템에 대한 문제점을 제시하고, 자료의 효율적굴 관리 및 서비스를 위한 통신방식의 통일과 통합 DB 구축에 초점을 두었다. 또한, 관리자모드에서 전송된 자료를 실시간 확인할 수 있는 모니터링시스템을 구축하여 자료관리의 효율성을 유지하도록 하였다. 현재 본 시스템은 통계 분석된 자료를 제공하고 있으나, 이 부분에 대해서는 지속적인 개발이 요구된다. 또한, 실시간 어장환경정보시스템 웹 서비스를 강화하기 위하여 진행되고 있는 분석 자료는 실시간 30분 간격 자료 이외에 1일, 7일, 15일, 월별 및 연도별에 대한 평균 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

  • As a serial communications protocol, Modbus has become a practically standard communication protocol and is now a commonly available means of connecting industrial electronic devices. Therefore, all devices can be connected using the Modbus protocol with the measurement and remote control on ships, buildings, trains, airplanes and more. The existing Modbus that has been used is based on serial communication. Modbus TCP uses Ethernet communication based on TCP / IP which is the most widely used Internet protocol today; so, it is faster than serial communication and can be connected to the Internet of Things. In this paper, we designed an algorithm to control LED lighting in a wireless Wi-Fi environment using the Modbus TCP communication protocol, and designed and implemented a LED controller circuit that can check external environmental factors and control remotely through the integrated management system of a ship. Temperature, humidity, current and illuminance values, which are external environmental factors, are received by the controller through the sensors, and these values are communicated to the ship's integrated management system via the Modbus protocol. The Modbus can be connected to Master devices via TCP communication to monitor temperature, humidity, current, illuminance status and LED output values, and also users can change the RGB value remotely in order to change to the desired color. In addition, in order to confirm the implementation of the controller, we developed a simulated ship management system to monitor the temperature, humidity, current and illumination conditions, and change the LED color of the controller by changing the RGB value remotely.

  • Recently, manufacturing companies are introducing many intelligent production processes that apply IIoT/ICT to improve competitiveness, and a system that maintains availability, improves productivity, and optimizes management costs is needed as a preventive measure using environmental data generated from air ejectors. Therefore, in this study, a dedicated control board was developed and LoRa communication module was applied to remotely control it to collect and manage information about compressors from cloud servers and to ensure that all operators and administrators utilize common data in real time. This dramatically reduced M/S steps, increased system operational availability, and reduced local server operational burden. It dramatically reduced maintenance latency by sharing system failure conditions and dramatically improved cost and space problems by providing real-time status detection through wired and mobile utilization by maintenance personnel.

  • We implemented an application system which is able to verify visitor identification for remote bundle control based on OSGi and web camera control using embedded linux system. This system are designed open Oscar framework by porting java on the embedded linux system and implemented web camera system in local area networks. Also This system can verify information of visitor from receiving the data of RFID reader and designed the wireless internet system in home. Basically, in this paper we expect that home network system development and the period of application service development are reduced with integrated service provision based on OSGi.
