SOA(service oriented architecture) based ESB(enterprise service bus) model is widely adopted in many companies for the safe processing of enormous data and the integration of business system. The existing web service technologies for the construction of SOA, however, show unsatisfactory in practical applications though the standardization of web service security technologies is in progress due to their limitations in safe exchange of data. Internal end users using a large business system based on such environment are composed of the variety of organizations and roles. Companies might receive more serious damage from insider threat than that from external one when internal end users get unauthorized information beyond the limits of their authority for private profit and bad purposes. In this paper, we propose a security architecture capable of identifying and coping with the security threats of web service technologies arouse from internal end users.

The external diseconomy has been accelerated by the megaspatial structure of metropolis such as Seoul Capital Region(below SCR), Korea in which the more than 10 million populations inhabit. The main course for It could be elaborated by the overconcentration of the urban and regional function of various kinds. The study is performed to analyze quantitatively the status quo of the region as described above and proceed into forecasting the future population trend, the land use at location for the increment of regional population and to set the location of new towns in Seoul Capital Region System projected by the methods in computer algorithm of descriptive models such as the simple and multiple regress ion analysis models, the gravity model and the facility location on a plane model analysis. The goal and object ive of the metropolitan planning are to decentralize the regional growth management to the optimum degree, which will not hinder the economic growth of the region, but the result of the study is that we can not discourage the functional concentration of Seoul Capital Region and, we have to provide the region with the appropriate new towns.

In this paper, we design a semantic-based syllabus template including learning ontologies. A syllabus has been considered as a important blueprint of teaching in universities. However, the current syllabus has no importance in real world because most of all syllabus management systems provide simple functionalities such as, creation, modification, and retrieval. In this paper, our approach consists of definition of hierarchical structure of syllabus and semantic relationships of syllabuses, formalization of learning goals, learning activity, and learning evaluation using Bloom's taxonomy and design of learning subject ontologies for improving the usability of syllabus. We prove the correctness of our proposed methods according to implementing a real syllabus for JAVA programing course and experiments for retrieving syllabuses.

In the near future, robots should be able to understand human's emotional states and exhibit appropriate behaviors accordingly. In Human-Human Interaction, the 93% consist of the speaker's nonverbal communicative behavior. Bodily movements provide information of the quantity of emotion. Latest personal robots can interact with human using multi-modality such as facial expression, gesture, LED, sound, sensors and so on. However, a posture needs a position and an orientation only and in facial expression or gesture, movements are involved. Verbal, vocal, musical, color expressions need time information. Because synchronization among multi-modalities is a key problem, emotion expression needs a systematic approach. On the other hand, at low intensity of surprise, the face could be expressed but the gesture could not be expressed because a gesture is not linear. It is need to decide the emotional boundaries for effective robot behavior generation and synchronization with another expressible method. If it is so, how can we define emotional boundaries? And how can multi-modality be synchronized each other?

The purpose of this study is to provide the methods of harmony in color combination of environmental color for apartment in order to improve the image of the urban landscape. For this study, apartment in Iksan City was selected is a sample and twenty two apartments were analyzed. This framework of this study is A. Hard and L. Sivik's color combination model based on Natural Color System. This study examines various theories on environmental color perception and new approaches to color aesthetics, and tries to present perceptual properties that can be applied to environmental color design First, the principle of color harmony feeling in based on nuance and tone. Therefore, to control brightness and chromaticness with are related with nuance is important in color combination. Second, the aesthetic experience in color preception can be defined as a combined effect of similarities and differences of color attributes. Third, color harmony theory is one of the areas that can be benefit a great deal from and interdisciplinary approach, add empirical study such as this can be used as a basis for environmental color design and evaluation.

Modern corporations are faced with widespread, dynamic and accelerating changes. To better cope with the external and internal changes, corporations often utilize information technologies such as RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification). To date, RFID research has mainly focused on adoption strategies and intention on RFID, construction case. The purpose of this study is to examine qualitative and quantitative performance on RFID. To validate the research model proposed in the study, filed survey was conducted with 67 in company using RFID. Then, we compare their quantitative financial results after the introduction of RFID in order to measure the performance of the RFID. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the relation among qualitative factors showed significant correlations. Second, the difference of financial metrics was existed after the adopting RFID. Third, significant difference was observed among financial ratio. Fourth, the correlation between qualitative and quantitative performance showed no significant relations.

The current tendency on development and change of equipment system in the factory are overlapped with the specific field of the existing systems such as PLC, DCS and SCADA, and the limited portion of the systems in the specific field stands in their own field. Specially, systematic integration, inspection control system and manufacturing management system, management information system are getting closely linked and therefore we increasingly need the open system. Meeting the needs, manufacturing automated equipments in the factory overcoming the shortcomings of unlinked unit equipment recently are getting changed to the phase closely linking with other systems. The training systems for the university, however, have not kept up with the needs from the industry, in spite that fused complex function and performance are asked in the field. To solve the problems, we suggest that the training courses and the equipment designed for the undergraduate education.

National highway is one of the social infrastructures that continue to be managed in order to serve their full functions. The national highway has been managed by the Pavement Management System (PMS) until now. The PMS manages the highway as a way of facility maintenance and maximizes the service life of the highway with minimum cost. The cost is evaluated mainly with a facility manager's perspective based on engineering judgment. People's needs of quality of life have been increased as their income level is rising and naturally the opinion of citizen as a taxpayer plays an important role in determining national policy. Therefore, the contentment of a user's perspective was the starting point of addressing these needs. The Level of Service began to be used as a measure for the evaluation of the user's perspective. In this thesis we would like to design an application and a data architecture for a pavement asset management system and to show how it meets the requirements of KTAM-40 Systems.

According to the rapid increase of foreign immigrants, South Korea recently has grown more and more interested in the acceptance of cultural diversity in diverse fields at the whole society. Korea Library Association also has sought the way of multicultural service for foreign immigrants in libraries and many previous researches has suggested those. This paper examines the ways in which small community library functions for foreign immigrants, analyzing on the case of multicultural library located in Wongok-dong, Ansan-si, where about 80% population of residents are foreign immigrants. Ansan multicultural library has two functions in the community. One is the educational place for helping immigrants' settlement and adaptation of South Korea. The other is the cultural place for social integration between immigrants and South Koreans based on mutual understanding and communication. Ultimately this paper shows how values small library in the community has significantly for foreign immigrants.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the programs implemented by Baekseok University in order to activate Christian studies, and to look for ways of developing the programs. To do this, programs such as the Faith and Learning seminars and the Christian studies small groups were introduced, and discussed limitations and suggestions to improve it. The suggestions are as follows. First, participants are expanded from full-time professors to lecturers. Second, the present way of simply completing the seminar should be changed to evaluate the results of the Christian studies. Third, the Christian studies small groups are to be expanded to wider group of professors. In addition, to spread the culture of Christian studies, Baekseok University should provide support for each stage of the growth of Christian studies. This study will be presented as a model to Christian universities in Korea and abroad, which is in pursuit to maintain the identity of Christian college through the activation of Christian studies.
