제주 특산 향토자원을 이용한 산업화 현황

  • 제주지역은 8,000여종의 생물종다양성 자원을 가진 생물유전자원의 보고로 알려져 있으며, 종다양성자원을 활용한 산업개발 잠재력이 크다고 평가 받고 있다. 특히 아열대 생물자원에 대한 산업개발 가치는 매우 높다 할 수 있다. 현재, 제주지역 생물산업 분야 연구인력은 430여명, 연간 학 석 박사 졸업생은 600여 명으로 전문인력 배출면에서 양적으로는 풍부한 상황이며, 도내 생물산업 관련 연구기관은 45개로 양적으로는 적은 편이 아니나 질적인 측면에서는 기술혁신역량이 다소 부족 형편이다. 도내 생물산업체는 250여 개로 대부분 저부가가치 농수산물 단순가공 및 식품가공업이나, 최근에 향장품산업체를 포함하는 중견기업이 유치되고 있다. 특히, 지방산업기술 혁신을 통한 지역 산업간 기술 격차를 완화하여 광역경제권 실현을 앞당기고 지역 균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 사업으로 제주의 다양한 생물자원을 활용한 건강 뷰티 생물산업을 지역 특화산업으로 육성하기 위해 산업화 소재를 발굴하고 기술개발을 전담하는 연구기관이 절실하게 필요함에 따라 국가균형발전 및 지역산업기술 고도화를 위한 지식경제부의 지자체연구소육성사업계획으로 제주생물종다양성연구소가 설립되었으며, 본 연구소에서는 생물자원 정보 구축, 보존 관리 체계 확립으로 생물주권을 확보하고 1, 3차산업 중심의 산업구조를 개선 및 기업 유치 보육을 통한 건강 뷰티 생물산업 육성을 목표로 고용창출 및 균형발전에 이바지 하고 있다. 현재, 제주생물종다양성연구소는 (재)제주테크노파크 부설연구소로 통합 운영 중에 있으며, 제주 향토생물자원 산업화 거점 연구기관으로서 제주자생식물 및 잉여 농수산물을 활용한 기능성 제품 개발 지원, 향토생물자원 발굴 및 고부가가치 산업 소재화 기술개발을 통해 향토산업 육성 등 지역 경제발전에 이바지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구소에서 수행 중인 제주 특산 향토자원을 이용한 산업화 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics (다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할)

  • In recent retail environments, multichannel customer management increasingly has been considered a key element of successful CRM. Although customer's multichannel usage is believed to be potential cause of customer loyalty, the theoretical explanation about this causal relationship still remains unexamined and unanswered. In this paper, the authors present a systematic framework to test the postulated "multichannel usage-shopping experience-customer satisfaction" chain. To this end, we examine that the two core components of shopping experience(convenience and enjoyment) is a mediator of the direct causality of multichannel usage(based on both information search and product purchase stage) on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the authors examine that two types of customer-firm relationship characteristics(relationship age and purchase frequency) is a moderator of the multichannel usage-shopping experience relationship. Using integrating data with survey and customer database of multichannel retail company, the authors empirically test and substantiate shopping experience's mediating role in the multichannel usage-customer satisfaction relationship and customer-firm relationship characteristics' moderating role in the multichannel usage-customer experience relationship. These results suggest that multichannel retailers should deliver favorable shopping experience for building customer satisfaction and differentiate shopping experience according to customer-firm relationship characteristics.

The Effects of Structural Factors of Administered Channels on the Retailer's Trust in the Supplier and Long-Term Orientation: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Relationship Lifecycle (관리형 유통경로의 구조적 요인이 소매상의 공급자 신뢰와 장기지향성에 미치는 영향: 관계수명주기의 조절효과)

  • This paper aims to explore how relational constructs(supplier's idiosyncratic investment, retailer's dependence, and dyadic communication) impact the buyer's trust across the relationship lifecycle. Companies make great efforts to create trust and maintain long-term relationship with buyers. Buyer and supplier relationships evolve through distinct lifecycles. In each phase, buyers and suppliers exhibit different patterns of behaviour. Also, they have different attitudes toward, and expectation of, one another. In this study, the final outcome investigated is long-term orientation from the buyer's perspective. Data were collected from 296 survey questionnaires of retailers engaging in Crops Protected Material industry in Korea. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to purify the measurement scales. And structural equation analysis and Chow test were used to test the hypotheses. The result indicates that the effect of retailer's dependence on the trust is greatest. Especially, the effect of dependence is growing as the relationship has developed. Supplier's idiosyncratic investment increases trust in the early phase, while it is not found to affect trust in the maturity phase. In the early phase, the determination of trust begins to be increasingly influenced by partner's relationship investment only because other clues are not observed yet. Reciprocal communication has a positive effect on trust, and long-term orientation is directly influenced by retailer's trust. Communication's effect is greater in the build-up phase than in the maturity phase. A limitation of this study is the unequal sample size in each of the relationship phases. Literature has suggested that the effects of relational constructs on outcomes are different across relationship phases. This study shows that different relational constructs have different effects on trust depending upon the relationship phase.

The Effect of New Product Development Activity on New Product Development Performance (신제품 개발활동이 신제품 개발 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effect of NPD(New Product Development) strategy and standardized NPD activity on NPD performance in KODAK companies. As a result of this study, companies with a specific NPD strategy that can lead and integrate NPD programs were 48.5% and companies without NPD strategy were 51.5% among KOSDAQ companies, which showed that companies without NPD programs were relatively higher than companies with NPD programs. According to result of NPD performance, success rate of new product showed 51.2% and success rate of new product revenue showed 44.87%, but respondents who evaluated NPD performance as "very successful" and "successful" were 53% based on the study of 77 various industries by Kuczmarski & Associates in America in 1993, and the companies in this study showed relatively below-average marks to the result of the study examined by USA PDMA in 1995 as compared to 59% of NPD success rate according to the 2nd study of best practice in 1995 by USA PDMA(Product Development & Management Association). As a result of testing the difference between NPD performances depending on whether company has NPD strategy or not, it showed a significant difference in success rate of NPD depending on NPD strategy and had a higher success rate of NPD as company has NPD strategy. Although NPD activity does not provide with documented process, companies which follow clearly recognized procedure until individual business for product development is completed were 39.6%, indicating that KOSDAQ companies still have fewer standardized NPD procedure than USA companies with 76% as compared to the result of 1990 PDMA in America. As a result of ANOVA test, NPD success rate showed the difference depending on the presence of officially documented process. As a result of Scheffe and Bonferroni test as post hoc test, companies with officially documented process, carrying out a series of business in a given section showed a higher NPD success rate by 18.385 at the 5% significance level than companies with individual business procedure without officially documented process. The difference of this research from the previous studies is that the findings of PDMA in America throughout the United States were applied to the domestic KOSDAQ companies. In addition, the existing studies related to NPD in Korea were conducted for some limited industries in the past, but this study was applied to various industries of KOSDAQ companies. The implications of this study suggest that it is necessary for KOSDAQ Industry Association or other related governmental departments to educate and guide the standardized process about NPD for increasing survival rate and reinforcing competitiveness of the companies.

A Study on the Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Performance of Startups: The Mediating Effects of Technological Orientation and Social Capital (스타트업의 기업가지향성과 성과에 관한 연구: 기술지향성과 사회적 자본의 매개효과)

  • Various studies have been carried out on the subject of entrepreneurship, which is required to create new businesses and organizations during the early process of startups based on innovative technologies and ideas. At the same time, the concept of organizational entrepreneurial orientation, which explains how to manage enterprises in the process of pioneering new products and markets, is drawing more and more attention for the purpose of continuously creating and maintaining a competitive edge of startups. This study focused on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and startup performance and the role of technological orientation and social capital. An empirical research was conducted on 144 different startup companies residing in startup supporting institutions. To evaluate the suitability of the research model, a PLS-based structural equation model was used. The research results are as follows: First, the entrepreneurial orientation of startups was found to have a positive effect on startup performance. Second, it was shown that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on all three dimensions of social capital and technological orientation. Third, it has been shown that technological orientation and the cognitive dimension of social capital mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and startup performance. Through this, it was confirmed that entrepreneurial orientation directly affects startup performance, and it even influences the growth of startups by increasing technological superiority and social capital which is inherent in the network. Also, the research identified the need for additional research on the relationship between the strengthening of technological orientation and strategical orientation in startups. This study is expected to expand the discussion about social capital in the field of startup related research by affirming the role and importance of the cognitive system embedded in the network as well as the connectivity of networks, which has been already emphasized in previous startup related studies. Finally, the results of this study were reflected to present new practical implications.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of International Standard Certification Execution and CRM Satisfaction on Business Performance in B2B Transaction (B2B거래에서 국제표준인증 실행과 CRM만족도가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

한냉혈관반응 측정에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 기온$15^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ $26^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$,습도$55%{\pm}5%$ 환경조건에서 손가락 끝마디 부분을 얼음물에 침지시킨후 구강온과 4부위 피부온, 손가락끝 피부온, 전신온냉감, 전신쾌적감, 손가락 끝 동통감의 변화를 젊은 남자 피험자와 노인남자 피험자를 대상으로 비교측정하고자 하였다. 본 학회에서는 젊은 남자피험자 그룹에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 결과는 다 음과 같다. $15^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$에서 4부위 피부온을 보면 가슴과 상완은 손가락끝 침지시 약간 하강하고 다시 상승하지만 대퇴와 하퇴에서는 하강하고 그 상태가 유지된다. 특히 하퇴의 경우는 급격히 하강하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 손가락끝 피부온은 손가락 침지와 동시에 급격한 하강을 나타내나 손가락을 꺼낸후에 손가락 침지전의 온도로 회복되지는 않았다. 평균피부온을 보면 손가락 침지시 하강하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 전신 쾌적감은 약간 불쾌하게 나타났고, 전신온냉감은 서늘하다고나타났고 손가락끝의 동통 감은 매우 아프다고 나타났다. $26^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$에서 4부위 피부온을 보면 가슴 상완대퇴 하퇴 모두 손가락끝 침지시 약간 하강하고 낮은 상태로 유지되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 손가락끝 피부온은 손가락 침지시 급격한 하강을 나타내었고 손가락을 꺼낸후에도 침지의 온도로 회복이 되었다. 평균피부온은 손가락 침지후에 약간 하강하였지만 큰 차이는 없었다. 전신쾌적감은 약간 쾌적하게 나타났고 전신온냉감은 약간 따뜻하다라고 나타났으며 손가락끝의 동통감은 약간 아프다고쪽으로 나타났다.때문에 이를 디자인에 곧바로 적용시키기 어려운 점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 바용성 평가를 위한 분석도구들이 갖는 문제 점들 해결하여 제품의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 개발과정에서 활용할 수 있는 평가 분석도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 다양한 유형의 정보를 포함하는 비디오 정보를 선정하였따. 둘째, 데이터를 다양한 측면에서 추출할 수 있는 Data logger를 개발하였다. 셋째, 데이터를 시각적으로 정리하고 분석할 수 있는 도구를 제안한다. 마지막으로 인터페이스 디자인에서 여러 가지 디자인안을 도출해 내는 작업에 이용할 수 있는 종합화과정을 개발한다. 이러한 일련의 과정이 통합된 컴퓨터 시스템 안에서 이루어지도록 프로그램을 개발하여 정보의 유용성을 높일 수 있도록 한다.at the entropy index as a measurement of inter-business relatedness is not significant but technological relatedness index is significant.   • Product reviews in online shopping sites can serve as a useful guideline to buying decisions of customers. However, due to the massive amount of such reviews, it is almost impossible for users to read all the product reviews. For this reason, e-commerce sites provide users with useful reviews or statistics of ratings on products that are manually chosen or calculated. Opinion mining or sentiment analysis is a study on automating above process that involves firstly analyzing users' reviews on a product to tell if a review contains positive or negative feedback, and secondly, providing a summarized report of users' opinions. Previous researches focus on either providing polarity of a user's opinion or summarizing user's opinion on a feature of a product that result in relatively low usage of information that a user review contains. Actual user reviews contains not only mere assessment of a product, but also dissatisfaction and flaws of a product that a user experiences. There are increasing needs for effective analysis on such criteria to help users on their decision-making process. This paper proposes a model that stores various types of user reviews in a data warehouse, and analyzes integrated reviews dynamically. Also, we analyze reviews of an online application shopping site with the proposed model.

A Study on the Examination of Cultural Character of Korean Train Interior -with Emphasis on Leading Design Guidelines based on Cultural Theory- (한국 철도차량 객실공간의 문화적 특성 규명에 관한 연구 -문화이론에 근거한 디자인 가이드라인 도출을 중심으로-)

  • Environment has formed characters of one society and the society has formed its characteristic cultural behaviors. Oppositely cultural behaviors make the characteristic products like environment and space products. It gives the idea that we can create cultural space by examining cultural characteristics. This research bases on the 5 cultural dimensions of Geert Hofstede to inspect cultural quality of Korea and the 10 cultural factors of Edward. T. Hall in order not to omit some part of cultural characters. From April 2004, KTX which is originated from TGV of France began toroll in Korea. It is interesting that the same interior of train is used by two different cultures. The method to find out the special quality of transportation culture of Korea passed 5 steps like following; 1) making a questionnaire to understand general concepts 2) observation to make dear what are the special behaviors in the interior of train 3) comparison valuation with marking sheet of the interiors of KTX and HSR in order to find out which space Korean people prefer 4) comparison of behaviors in the interior of KTX and TGV 5) Interviewing and surveying the opinions of passengers of KTX. With these methods it would be possible to seek out the characters, preferencesand needs for the interior space of train. There were remarkable things like following 1) importance of privacy from the other's eyes 2) seriousness of individual seat because of the short term transportation 3) necessity of continuous information because of 'Uncertainty Avoidance Culture' 4) absence of moving 5) requirement of bright and comfortable interior like one's inner room 6) preference to take a seat as a group with their friends or family due to 'Collective Culture' 7) self-defense and self-protection of one's baggage because of 'Uncertainty Avoidance Culture'. With these discoveries this research suggests guidelines to design interior of train of Korea.

  • The water footprint is an important component of the Single Market for Green Product initiative based on the EU's Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe. In July 2014, the EU has established the International Standard for Water Footprint (ISO 14046) and Korea has complied with the Korean Industrial Standard (KS I ISO 14046) in April 2015. If a certification system based on the international standard (ISO 14046) is introduced, developing countries such as India and Vietnam, which are not equipped with bases, can become a trade barriers in exporting, so Korea should establish a strategy to reverse them. On the other hand, water footprints are designed to take into account local environmental impacts when compared to similar footprints (eg, carbon footprint) using LCA, so that products manufactured and manufactured in Korea will have an impact on domestic waters Should be considered. Therefore, the method of the water footprint should conform to the standard for compatibility with other countries. In order to consider the domestic water condition, it is necessary to identify suitable indicator or factor for estimating water footprint on Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed the water footprint estimation study conducted at domestic and foreign based on international standards and through the analysis of statistical data related to domestic water resources, we confirmed the applicability of the water footprint methodology in Korea.
