  • This study is a literature analytical process for studying the drawing teaching methods considering the professional characteristics of animation and a principle analytical process for studying the perspective that when teaching methods that consider the function, learning and creative mechanisms of the brain are applied, the animation drawing ability will be effectively increased. In recent years, as an alternative discussion on the educational method of each field, study results applied with brain-based learning principles are being presented. This is not only being applied and implemented for art and drawing education but as overall educational alternatives. On the other hand, animation drawing requires artistic literacy and at the same time requires comprehensive teaching methods that can train the structural knowledge, cognitive sensation and communication method but such professional teaching methods are insufficient. Therefore, the principle of effective education is seen through the brain mechanism and the principle of demonstrating the creativity and learning by the brain is analyzed. In addition, through the fundamental relationship on the picture drawing and the function of the brain, the relationship of the drawing and the brain is identified. As a result, not only for the left brain that observes the cognitive information which can draw the structure and shapes but the right brain which is directly related to the drawing should be developed, but in order to express the creativity, teaching methods that can understand the mechanism of comprehensive brain where physical and psychological factors are expressed should be also developed. It is because the animation drawing education is teaching the methods for demonstrating the characteristics of artistic creativity required for the drawing ability. This process will not only be a foundation for identifying the difference against the previous animation drawing teaching methods, and the brain-based principles will be selected as the core strategic definition for designing the strategy and methodological model of future education.

  • Due to the burgeoning Korean musical industry, the needs of professional man power as well as the quality and quantity increase in educational institutions are on the rise. The curriculum for art education comprises through school education programs in which embody the artists' self-growth and self-realization. The field of arts simply could not be executed with only techniques but through the theory and educational course, the artist is able to clearly express and communicate their genuine desires. Therefore, Korean musical education could not conform to shortsighted trends or be used as an instant tool for increasing competitiveness among universities but make an effort to provide good quality curriculum for the purpose of producing talented actors. Furthermore, the curriculums should build a sincere trust and give confidence in which receiving a cultural education before choosing a career path is not getting behind ahead of becoming an actor with practical training and knowledge. In order to do so, it is necessary for each university to have more systematical management and administration structure that enable students to build promising future even after graduation through more effective educational courses and strong network. As a result, the competitiveness of the university would rise due to producing talented actors and the quality of musical industry would further improve as well.

  • The concept of 'Picturing' is beyond the 'Illusion' of traditional art in the Digital Media era. It is a 'Suffering' of the 'Re-appearance' that is masquerade the 'Actual' as a 'Digital Apparition.' This study aims to concern the point of view on the above subject; the 'Picturing' through the analysis of communication problems in the digital era. To begin with, need to define the concept of 'Picturing' and how it is expected to have a role through the accessibility of medium use, intervention by body and images. Also, I suggest a new approach to 'Picturing' as a new mutual communication method. Body, Digital media, and Image. These three principles of 'Picturing' create huge benefits to our world/nature whether we want it or not. It seems to become more and more of powerful self-replicating organism. We have to be aware what sort of images are surrounding us and how transmitting it to where in/on our body via newest sophisticated media we use. 'Picturing' is an invasion of ordinary, no longer exists pleasure for body, no longer speaks intension of its next destination. It strongly self-grows and also controls us in the name of Digital media era. However, 'Picturing' is a mode of re-imaging activity and also suggestion of re-appearance practice.
