This study aims to develop an instrument for measuring high school students' action competence on climate change (ACoCC). The instrument is defined as the construct comprised of seven factors and thirty-five items and takes approximately 15 minutes to fill out. A panel of experts and students' content validation were undertaken to modify the items. Five hundred and twenty-eight first and second graders in Korean high schools participated in the instrument survey. To assess the reliability and validity of ACoCC instrument, item analysis (mean, skewness, kurtosis, item-total correlation), internal consistency estimate, and confirmatory factor analysis were used. It was appropriate to use the 7-dimensional ACoCC instrument (knowledge about climate change, climate change sensibility, reflection, communication, integrated thinking, willingness, decision making), with 35 items for high school students. The following instrument was self-report given in the 5-point Likert scale (1=strongly disagree, 2=disagree, 3=neutral, 4=agree, 5=strongly agree). The internal consistency coefficient was shown as a whole was shown as 0.953, and the subscale's internal consistency coefficient ranged from 0.786 to 0.862.

The Korean logistics industry is in a double challenges to train logistics professional in terms of quantity and quality. The study aims to derive implications for the logistics professional training policy and present the capabilities and skills of logistics manpower necessary in the Industry 4.0. To this end, the supply and demand status of logistics personnel was examined through a full survey of logistics curriculum of domestic universities, case analysis of successful overseas logistics education and training programs was attempted, and the skills and capabilities for logistics professional were comprehensively presented through in-depth literature research. As a policy recommendations for future training and education of logistics professional following policies are suggested; necessity of national standard logistics competency map and integrated platform for national logistics capabilities/skills development, creation of industry-university co-education/training ecosystem and education programs for new logistics professional in response to digital transformation and COVID-19 pandemic.

The previous studies found the importance of market orientation (MO), learning orientation (LO), and marketing capabilities (MC) in driving firm performance (FP), but respectively. This research attempted to integrate the rather separate research streams of MO, LO, and MC in explaining FP. How MO and LO, as two critical constructs of organizations' cultural values, affect FP was examined with the mediating role of MC (composed of marketing planning capability (MPC) and marketing implementation capability (MIC)). Specifically, we derived specific conceptualizations on the effects of LO on FP through MO, MPC, and MIC as well as the effect of MO on FP through MPC. Accordingly, we empirically tested a process of how LO, MO, and MC translate into FP, using survey data of 146 respondents from Korean companies. The results successfully supported our model. It is worth noting not only that LO and MO are found to have synergistic effects on FP through MC but also that LO fosters MO. The relevant implications of our findings are presented with limitations and further research directions.

우리는 국가 경쟁력의 한 분야인 사업관리에 있어 계획, 수행, 성과관리, 개선에 최적의 프로세스 보유가 요구된다. 그러나 Project관리체계의 현 실태는 일정관리, 범위관리, 비용관리에 초점을 맞춘 일정관리체계, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) 및 OBS(Organizational Breakdown Structure)관리, 비용관리체계의 부분 통합 혹은 서로의 연계 정도이다. 본 연구는 최적의 사업관리를 위하여 계약관리에 체계공학을 연계하여 계약 전에 WBS, IMP/IMS(Integrated Master Plan)/(Integratcd Master Schedule), TPM(Technical Performance Measurement) 등의 SEP(Systems Engineering Plan)와 계약 후의 이행을 검증 할 수 있는 과정의 Guideline을 제시하고, IEEE 1220, ANSI/EIA 632 순기 의거 개념설계부터 통합시험에 이르는 체계공학 순기에 따른 비용예측이 가능한 USC(University of Southern CalIfornia) 대학의 COSYSMO (Constructive Systems Engineering Cost ModeI)를 소개하고 적용 가능성을 고찰하며, Project의 전순기에 걸쳐 TPM 혹은 Quality를 비용과 일정에 통합하여 관리하는 PBEV(Performance Based Earned Value)모델을 소개하고 적용 가능성을 제시한다. Project 관리에 있어 System 차원을 강조한 SE(Systems Engineering), 비용예측의 CM(Cost Management), 성과관리를 위한 EVM(Earned Value Management)의 통합은 사업 관리에 역량을 강화하며 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 적절한 접근으로 사료된다.

This article is based on the findings of problems and limits in implementing integrated coastal management strategy in Shihwa Lake area to develop management framework, mechanisms and processes that insure the participation of various stakeholders in making decisions for sustainable development of reclaimed land. The project performance of the Shihwa Comprehensive Management Plan for Water Quality and Environment Restoration formulated in 2001 was evaluated and reviewed to give some valuable guidance for reducing the wide gap between integrated planning and implementation. Managing inter-sectoral conflicts among future land uses in Shihwa reclaimed area is one of the most important issues to make progress in integrated coastal management. There is a urgent need of developing scientific decision-supporting tools for evaluating the alternative scenarios as well as capacity building programs for local stakeholders.

현재 기술과 정보통신의 발전은 학생들의 학습과정에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 현재까지의 연구들은 주로 수업에 활용 가능한 기술개발에 치중되어 있었으며, 교사들이 수업을 위해 활용하게 되는 다양한 기술과 교수법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수업을 진행하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 교사의 기술사용과 가치, 기술 숙련도를 이해하고 이것이 학생들의 기술통합교육에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구자는 특히 디자인툴들이 빈번히 사용되는 디자인 교육에 있어서의 선생님의 기술통합교육의 중요성을 조사하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 디자인 툴을 이용하여 스튜디오 수업을 진행하고 있는 국내 7개 대학의 스튜디오 수업 담당 교사들을 대상으로 3주에 걸쳐 설문과 면접을 실시하였다. 추가적으로 조사 대상 교사의 수업을 듣는 학생들을 대상으로 교수법에 대한 설문을 병행하였다. 스튜디오 수업의 디자인 과정에서 학생들이 기술툴들을 다양하게 활용하기 위해서는 교사의 학습법이 매우 중요한 요소였으며, 교사들이 디자인툴의 사용에 익숙하고 그것의 활용도를 폭넓게 이해하고 있을 때 학생들의 기술통합수업이 가능하였다.

This study investigated the impact on pre-service teachers during the development of an integrated science education program, emphasizing group intelligence, values, and software application in response to societal demands. The results revealed several key findings. Firstly, the development of an integrated science education program utilizing group intelligence enhanced the learning motivation of pre-service teachers, particularly demonstrating improvements during the implementation phase. Secondly, the group intelligence-based development of the integrated science education program cultivated the group intelligence competence of pre-service teachers, manifesting positive effects throughout the entire process of program development, demonstration, and feedback. Thirdly, it was evident that the integration of software and individual values into science curriculum requires specialized support.

무기체계 개발에 있어서 내장형 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점점 증가하고 있는 점에서, 무기체계의 신뢰성은 소프트웨어 신뢰성과 직결된다고 볼 수 있다. 고 신뢰성의 소프트웨어 개발을 위하여 당사는 내장형 소프트웨어 신뢰성 확보활동을 수년간 수행해 오고 있다. 업체주관의 무기체계 개발정책 변화에 따라 외주개발이 차지하는 비중이 높아지면서 협력개발 소프트웨어 품질을 확보하는 일이 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었다. 본 논문은 협력사의 소프트웨어 공학 역량 강화를 통해 내장형 소프트웨어의 품질을 확보하고 원활한 무기체계 통합 및 유지보수 비용을 절감한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

최근 기업의 경영환경은 매우 급격히 변화하고 있으며 지속적인 고객가치 향상에 대한 압력을 받고 있다. IT투자의 가장 중요한 목표는 더 이상 단순히 생산비용을 낮추는 것이 아니고 최적화된 대량 생산을 위해 디지털로 연결된 세상에서 고객들과 파트너들에게 기업의 유용성을 높이는 데 있다. 따라서 기업들은 BPM을 통해 확장된 기업의 프로세스를 자동화 하고, 통합하고 최적화하기 위해 모든 역량을 집중하고 있다. 또한 RFID 응용시스템을 통해 기술적 측면에 접근하여 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있다. 그러나 기술적 측면, 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면 조직적인 측면을 함께 고려하여야 성공적인 기업 역량을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPM 에 RFID 시스템을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 접근 모델을 제안하였다. 이 방법론을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 분석에서부터 시스템 분석 및 설계에 따른 시간 비용, 품질, 및 고객의 만족 수준에 혁신적인 개선을 이끌어내는 접근 방법론을 기대할 수 있다.

본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 파악을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과, 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 전략이 도출되었다. 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다.
