SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), which has become very popular recently, is a new paradigm for software development and application. In this paper, we propose an integrated architecture which is able to effectively manage and control a variety of services for U-City projects focusing on the importance of service integration. SOA has a number of important features such as loose coupling, standard bases, and distributed computing, all of which are the essential elements for merging and providing various services in U-City projects. We exploit the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) for reflecting those features, which is a core module linking mutually heterogeneous components so that the communication of services can be implemented. In this paper, we discuss the necessity of SOA in U-City services and a possible scenario and method for the implementation. Finally, we propose an integrated architecture for the U-City Integration and Management Center.

우리나라의 최근 30년(1981-2010년)간 연 강수량은 1307.7mm로 세계 평균보다 크지만 좁은 국토면적과 높은 인구밀도로 1인당 수자원 강수량은 세계평균의 1/8에 지나지 않아 물 부족국가로 분류되고 있다. 기후 및 지형적 영향으로 매년 홍수와 가뭄이 반복되고 기상이변으로 더욱 심화되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 기후변화에 따른 저수지의 이 치수 능력을 강화하는 저수지 둑높이기 사업이 시행되고 있다. 이에 따라서 용수량이 증가함으로 치수 대책이 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서 반드시 체계적인 계측이 필요하고 수요 공급의 시스템적인 관리 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 저수지 유입량 및 공급량에 대한 정량적인 해석을 위해서 현재 용덕저수지에서 계측되고 있는 자료의 신뢰성 분석, 계측자료를 통해 유입량 및 공급량 분석, 이론에 의한 유입량 및 공급량 분석, 계측과 이론에 의한 무효 방류량 분석을 실시하였고, 저수지 계측 시스템의 방향을 제시하기 위해서 모의 및 계측결과의 비교를 통한 저수지 운영의 효율성 분석, 계측자료의 부족함과 이론식의 비현실성 파악, 무효방류량의 계측 필요성을 파악하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 Smart Water Grid의 개념을 도입하여 저수지 유역의 Proto Type을 제시하고 수자원의 효율적 운영을 위해 추가적인 계측 지점을 제안하였다. 또한 기존 시스템의 관측 및 분석 모듈을 분석하여 계측을 통한 통합적인 수자원 관리 시스템을 제시하였다.

Military vessels are complex weapon systems consisting of various integrated onboard equipment. Since their acquisition of military equipment takes a long period of time and a prototype ship is deployed and tested, vessel development has relied on its proprietary process. However, due to the growing complexity of onboard equipment technology, application of systems engineering (SE) process has become indispensable. Nonetheless, an effective design process complementing the existing design with the SE has not yet been developed. As such, we have studied an improved basic design process for submarines based on SE. To do so, we analyzed the processes for the basic design, technical review, and requirement management. Included reviews and requirements are SRR, SFR and PDR, and SSRS, SSS, and SSDD. By combining the results in the SE framework, we built an improved basic design process that can be applied in parallel with the SE-based technical review and requirement management. To assess the process, we applied our proposed model to the submarine development undergoing the basic design phase. It is possible to effectively manage the requirements, design artifacts and improve traceability, and also utilize them as test and evaluation materials. The SE-based basic design process is expected to be useful in other kinds of vessel design.

정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국$\cdot$공립 대학들의 행정업무 효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구 자료를 비교$\cdot$분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ETP시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 보다 심도 있는 연구가 계속 되어야 할 것이다.

This study is the context about an introduction of a bookkeeping by double entry & accrual base accounting which is the turning point of National Accounting and defense integrated financial management which is delivered following system Digital Budget Accounting system, in other words about something to do with the improvement of efficiency of financial information data. National defense Integration Financial Information system (NDIFIS) facilitates Project program management and makes the whole process of Defense financial Business manageable in one system. Also, there is a purpose to increase the credibility and transparency of National defense finances by providing internal and external information users with credible financial statements and cost materials. By using data envelopment analysis (DEA) which is a useful method to measuring the efficiency of organization, this study aims to improve the financial information data efficiency by comparing the efficiency of the same type troops and when it comes to the inefficient troops, by offering the certain objective of efficiency.

정보화 사업의 결과로 전 국토에 대한 수치지도 및 여러 가지 주제도 제작이 완료되었다. 건물, 도로 및 교량 등과 같은 인공적 지형지물과 하천과 같은 자연적 지형지물을 포괄하는 모든 지형지물을 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 체계화된 관리체계가 필요하나, 지형지물의 관리기관별 DB가 불일치하여 국가적 지리정보체계의 통합관리자 어려운 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 지형지물의 관리, 검색, 활용에 공통키로 사용될 수 있고, 또한 식별자만으로 위치 판단이 가능하고, 정보의 일관성 및 NGIS DB의 체계적 관리를 할 수 있는 지형지물 유일식별자(UFID)를 부여하는 체계와 방법을 제시하였다.

BcN provides a wide variety of high-quality multimedia services such as broadcasting and communication convergence services. But the quality degeneration is observed in BcN when we use broadcasting and communication convergence service via more than one network of different internet service providers. In this paper, a QoS management system which is able to measure and maintain objectively the quality-related information in overall networks is proposed. The proposed QoS management system is tested on the pilot networks of BcN consortiums by measuring the quality of voice and video experienced by the actual users of the commercial video phone services. The result of the experiment shows that it is possible to figure out service qualify between a user and a service provider by analyzing the information from agents. The per-service traffic information collected by probes is proved to be useful to pinpoint the party responsible for the loss of the service qualify in case of the services including different service providers. As the result of the experiment, it is shown that the proposed QoS management system would play a key role of resolving the quality dispute, which is one of the important issues of QoS-guaranteed BcN.

This study presents the method for integrating the software assets acquired before the weapon system software reliability test was not formed in the weapon system software development and management manual through JTDLS Batch II case. This paper describes the problems for applying manual's direction to JTDLS Batch II project, and decisions and expected effects.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of information system quality on business performance (net benefit) in the Korean public informatization business and to verify whether the user has mediating role in the relationship between information system quality and net benefit. In order to prepare empirical tests, factor analyses was conducted and the validity and reliability of the variables were confirmed to be acceptable. The research hypotheses were tested by regression analyses. The mediating effects as well as the main effects were analyzed by SPSS statistical program. The results show that the higher the quality of the information system becomes, the higher the usability by the users of the system increases. Also, it was found that the users had more positive effect on the net benefit of the public informatization project. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect by the users on the relationship between information system quality and the benefits. The results of the research suggests that we establish a management system to improve the business performance efficiently according to the priorities of detailed success factors from the viewpoint of the public information business, and the users who use the information system quality and system.

본 논문은 철도청 사령실 통합 신호설비 구축사업에 적용할 열차 경합의 효과적인 해소 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 열차경합의 검지 및 해소 시스템 (Railway Conflict Detection and Resolution System)은 열차 운행관리 시스템(Railway Traffic Management System, RTMS)의 의사결정 지원 모듈이다. 이 모듈은 열차운행의 정시성을 유지하기 위하여 매우 중요한 기능을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 현재 5개 지역본부별로 나뉘어서 기능이 수행되고 있고, 사령의 경험에 의하여 수작업 형태로 이루어지고 있기 때문에 전체 시스템의 관점에서 보면 최적의 해소안이 도출되고 있지 못하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템을 전역적으로 고려하여 최적의 해소안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 최적화의 개념을 도입하기 위하여 6가지의 가중치를 설정하고, 이 가중치를 고려한 지연시간의 합을 목적함수의 값으로 설정한다. 본 시스템은 이러한 가중치의 합을 최소로 하는 복수의 해소안을 제시한다.
