A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. As data of the same meaning are named particularly in each organizations, and that made to different data types, It is an issue to be difficult to achieve high level qualify, accuracy of integrated data in case of integration of distributed data like NTIS In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data qualify Improvement, and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

많은 기업의 정보화 프로젝트가 계획된 예산과 기한 내에 완수하지 못하고, 폐지되거나 당초 예상된 성과를 달성하지 못하고 있다. 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이기 위해서는 프로젝트 실패의 원인이 될 수 있는 잠재된 위험을 식별하고, 식별된 위험요인을 체계적이며, 지속적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보화 사업 중 시스템통합 사업에서 발생할 수 있는 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고 관리 할 수 있는 기반을 제안하고자 한다. 위험관리 프레임워크는 이해당사자들의 관점을 중심으로 위험요인을 체계적으로 분류하고, 위험요인을 점검할 수 있는 체크리스트를 제공함으로써 각 이해당사자들의 요구에 맞게 SI 프로젝트의 위험에 대응하여 정보화 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이는 데 이바지 할 수 있다.

인터넷 이용자의 폭발적인 증가는 통신망 및 서비스 전반에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 야기하고 있다. 액세스계의 경우 음성전화 위주의 PSTN 시대에서는 동선을 기반으로 한 비교적 단순한 구조를 하고 있었으나 초고속 인터넷의 보급 확산에 따라 다양한 대안기술들이 등장하고 이에 따라 설비 등을 관리하기 위한 여러 종류의 시스템들이 개발 활용되고 있다. 또한 초고속망의 등장과 유무선 복합화의 추세에 따라 이용자의 Needs를 충족시키기 위한 다양한 서비스들이 출현함에 따라 고객서비스의 처리 등을 위한 관리 시스템들이 서비스에 종속적으로 개발 운용되고 있는 실정이다. 통신망 기술 및 서비스에 종속적인 형태로 개발 운용되는 기존의 OSS들로서는 현재와 같은 통신 사업자 자간의 극심한 경쟁과 서비스간의 carnivalism이 존재하는 사업환경에서는 지속적인 운용비용(Operating Expense ; OPEX)의 증가는 물론 상품/서비스의 적기 시장 출하에도 많은 지장을 초래하여 그 개선대책이 절실한 현실이다. 본고에서는 초고속인터넷 시대에서 기존의 운용관리 시스템들이 지닌 문제점을 고찰하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 논한 후에 새로운 체계로 전환해 가기 위한 시스템의 구현시 선택 가능한 기술에 관하여 서술할 것이다.

There is various points that should be improved in Fairness such as our contract practice to propose construction projects, project managing and the stakeholders' way of thinking and culture. We consider that the revision of construction related provisions and systems is required but even more, an overall change in business management through the implementation of Integrated Construction Information Management System that will enable the owner, which drives the project, and contractor sharing construction information is required. To mange construction related information in an integrated manner, designing information should be smoothly transferred to purchasing information, and changes are required in order to move ahead to process-oriented work system. Finally information created from various construction organizations should be delivered in an aligned and standardized manner as well. The domestic Nuclear Power Plant Construction has been accepting various technology transfers from U.S, France, Canada and UK, which enabled us to self-support technology and recently even proceeded to the phase exporting our technology to others. However, continuous effort is required to improve internal business efficiency and to respond to external environmental change such aselectricity market deregulation. Recently, in accordance with the result in number of CEO's intention to make progress in IT and improve business efficiency, the number of enterprises introducing Enterprise Resource Planning is increasing. ERP is an innovative tool which changes the way of performing work from organization and department orientation to process-orientation in order to optimize the resources, such as human and material resources, through out the Enterprise by performing BPR which will maximize overall business efficiency of the enterprise, such includes not only construction management, but also business management. KHNP continued to performing large scaled construction projects such as nuclear power plant construction for past 30 years and took the initiatives of large scale project management and Quality management ability in domestic industry by having independent capability of over all construction planning, purchasing and, construction and start up management etc. To maintain our leading position of improving construction management technology based on our accumulated project management experience and technology, KHNP included construction into our ERP project in purpose of innovating construction business. We would like to discuss the characteristics of nuclear construction business, project management system, information system infrastructure and information sharing system among construction related entities, and implementation practices for information system, and consider how to resolve our practice that should be improved in this thesis.

본 연구는 도시기능의 주요 요소인 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 환경부담을 최소화 시키면서도 에너지효율을 제고 시킬수 있는 방향으로 에너지적합형 지역개발사업 모형을 개발.제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본고에서는 기존의 토지이용계획에 시스템적 관점의 에너지 및 환경관리를 통합하기 위한 에너지통합계획의 기본개념, 환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발(ESSD)을 위한 국내외동향 및 기술목록 사례를 소개하고, 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 "에너지이용합리화법(법률 제4426호)"에 의거한 기존의 에너지사용계획서의 보완방안 및 사례연구를 통한 에너지적합형 개발모형을 소개하고자 한다. 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of effective use of spatial data in Busan metropolitan city. To do so, information systems and spatial data established in each department are analyzed. Spatial data distribution networks scattered around the nation are integrated to the national spatial information clearinghouse and the service is expanded for the public and the private sectors to participate. Information systems supplied by the central government are 22 and information systems operating in the Busan Metropolitan City are 168. In addition, there are also 295 types of the thematic maps in 11 fields related to the environment, road transportation, livestock, and etc. For systems integration and management system, an integrated information management and linkage system is required in the near future. In the next logical step, generation of metadata, experiments for effective utilization of spatial data, and construction of the data center should be necessary.

오늘날 전기는 물과 같이 일상생활에 없어서는 안 될 생활 필수품이다. 특히 21세기는 IT, 디지털, 초정밀 산업의 시대로 순간정전에도 민감하게 반응하는 고품질의 전력이 요구되는 시대이다. KEPCO는 세계 최고 수준의 전기품질과 저렴한 요금으로 모든 국민에게 안정적으로 전력을 공급해야 하는 막중한 책임이 있다. 따라서 고품질의 전력을 주요 수요지로 수송하기 위한 송전선로와 변전소의 적기 건설을 위한 효율적이고 체계적인 프로젝트관리 중요성이 대두되었으며, KEPCO는 경영의 투명성을 제고하고 회사내부의 자원 및 업무 프로세스를 통합관리하고자 도입한 전사적자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning; ERP) 시스템내에 송변전 건설 프로젝트 시스템(PS)을 구축함으로써 송변전건설 프로젝트 관리업무를 ERP라는 통합된 환경에서 수행할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 최근 생활수준의 향상에 따른 송변전 건설관련 민원과 각종 건설규제 법률 강화 등으로 보다 효율적이고 통제 가능한 송변전설비 건설프로젝트 관리의 필요성에 대한 요구가 지속적으로 제기되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 KEPCO의 효율적인 송변전 건설사업 공정관리를 위한 ICT기반의 건설 프로젝트 관리 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

For an effective warfare under the condition of NCW, the sharing of data between systems must be essential. Thus, the standardization and the integration of data which is considered as the MND-EA improvement and the Megacenter is important. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors that affected the BI(Behavioral Intention to USE) by using the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), That is to introduce the MDM into the national defense field which is an issue in every agency sector for data sharing. Also, based on the implementation architecture of Gartner which applies depending on the business enterprise type, the preferred architecture should be selected considering the national defense environment and the characteristics, and suggest an effective MND-MDM plan by analysing the effects on the BI. The survey was done through 19th September till the 7th of October 2011, by investigating the people in charge of the development and maintenance of the national defense information systems and the SI company's national defense team people who have experienced the development of the national defense information systems.
