The researcher designed and applied the cyber consultation system by making use of high-speed information networks and getting away from the established face-to-face consultation patterns in our society. The system is characterized by the means of communications to hold consultation with interviewees which enables us to feel free to converse with students in trouble and to more actively engage in interaction with the help of client-centered system. And it can also be used to help clients to change their attitudes towards consultation by relieving them of distrust, dislike and vague anxiety and to take active part in consultation. The established on-line consultation websites fail to continue consultation due to being able to hold secret consultation through e-mails. In this context, the researcher has produced the cyber consultation system to continuously hold various kinds of consultation including closed consultation between consultants and interviewees with the help of web servers where individual homepages are used.

With the development of the Information and Communication Technology(ICT), this society is changing rapidly to information based society. Also, the amount of new information and knowledge are increased quickly. Today, the traditional teaching-learning method based on teaching and learning of simple knowledge is not supported to problem solving any more. Because the learning and practice of ICT is affected not only personal growth but also the right to live. Due to this reason, it is important to teach and study using PBL(Problem Based Learning) in future. This paper proposes on-line based e-PBL which is combined e-learning with PBL. The e-PBL will be able to overcome the problem of traditional teaching-learnign method. Therefore, this paper developed the e-PBL teaching model for information literacy education of computer in elementary schools and inspected its effectiveness and validity. In addition, this paper built and utilized the e-PBL on-line learning support system including e-Mentoring which was defined as e-PAS system. It is effective for learners to improve the ability of self-leading, the accomplishment and satisfaction of studying.

Even though the revised operational guide for ICT education emphasizes the basic concepts of computer science, many primary and secondary schools do not deal with the changed requirements properly. Also, it is doubtful if the education considers teaching period and the levels of students or not. In this paper, we survey on the state of ICT education, the relationship between ICT education and Computer Education, and the connectivity in Computer Education between primary and secondary schools. In order to do these, we analyze the result of our questionnaire and we propose an improved method for the connectivity in Computer Education. The results are (i) primary school teachers don't consider the connectivity of Computer Education and (ii) the teachers who have higher satisfaction levels of ICT education think ICT education and Computer Education between two schools are correlated and connected. As a result, new policies to re-educate teachers are required.

We can adapt telemedicine systems in advancement of information technology capabilities and increase of network bandwidth. The telemedicine service can be applied to a public health center, a school, a prison and islands in lacks of medical equipments and medical staffs. The telemedicine services which can be provided high quality medical services. We designed the multiple control server system consisting 3 sub-function, patients and doctors name list, network types, connection states and computer equipments. The telemedicine link configuration was decided as 'Flowing', or 'By-passing' in accordance the network type and bandwidth of patient systems or doctor systems. The multiple control server system was performed the best communication configuration over heterogeneous networks. This system was achieved high quality telemedicine services through dynamic wired and wireless networks at any time. This study represented a hybrid multimedia telemedicine system over heterogeneous networks. We expected that the designed system could provide not only the high quality services, tele-diagnosis and tele-consultation, but also the effective emergency telemedicine services to multi-patients in the heterogeneous network environments.

정보화 사회에서 관광 웹 사이트는 그 지역의 가치가 있는 관광정보를 제공하고, 관광객을 유치하는 마케팅 도구로서 그 역할이 중요시되고 있다. 또한, 인터넷 정보 수용자는 관광 웹 사이트를 매개로 하여 그 지역에 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고, 점차적으로 일정한 태도를 형성하여 결국 관광지를 선택하는데 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 지방 자치 단체의 홈페이지에서 관광 홍보가 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 첫째 인터넷 외에 지역의 관광정보를 여행하기 전에 입수하는 것이 매우 어려운 상황이고, 둘째로, 인터넷을 통한 관광 정보 탐색이 대중화되고 있기 때문이다. 정보탐색은 지속적 탐색이라 표현할 수 있는데 잠재적 관광객이 관광 홈페이지를 매개로 하여 그 지역의 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고 그에 따라 관광지 선택에 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 광역자치단체의 웹사이트 상에서 관광정보를 구축하여 제공할 때에 정보 수용자 측면보다는 개발자 측면 중심으로 이루어진 경우가 많이 있다. 그래서, 막대한 재정적 투자를 통해 개발된 관광정보가 수용자의 욕구에 다소 못 미칠 수 있다. 이에 관광정보 수용자들의 정보탐색 요인을 파악하여 개발할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 관광정보 요구자가 관광정보를 탐색할 때 그들의 특성에 따라 관광정보 웹 사이트를 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 대학생들이 개인의 특성에 따라 웹 사이트의 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 설문지법을 사용하여 전남 D대학교의 관광학 전공, 경영학 전공, IT(정보통신)학 전공 학생을 대상으로 총 90부를 설문조사 하였으며, 각 전공별 학생들을 컴퓨터 실습실에서 1시간 동안 전남도청 관광 웹 사이트를 탐색하게 한 후 설문지에 응답하는 방식을 사용했다. 개인의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 유흥성향과 외향-내향성 성향이 관광정보 웹 사이트의 수용도에 영향을 미친다는 매우 유의하다는 결과를 도출 할 수 있었다. 웹 사이트의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 탐색의 편리성, 정보의 충실성, 정보의 질이 관광정보 수용도 유의적이라는 결과를 도출했다. 하지만, 대고객 서비스에는 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도에 대한 영향이 유의적이지 못한 결과를 보이고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 사용자에게 개별서비스 제공을 함으로서, 동영상이나 각종 사운드, 사용자 편의를 위한 관련정보 다운로드, 사용자를 고려한 부과서비스를 제공한다면 웹 사이트의 성과가 높을 것임을 기대할 수 있다.

최근 들어 신세대들은 온라인을 통해서 아바타를 활용하여 가상공간 속에서 자신을 표현하고 있는 추세이다. 아바타는 ‘분신’, ‘화신’을 의미하는 산스크리트어로 가상공간에서 사용자의 역할을 대신하는 애니메이션 캐릭터이다. 가상공간 속에서 오프라인 상에서 표현하지 못한 자신만의 캐릭터를 통해서 자신의 정체성을 시각적으로 표현하여 개인의 개성을 표출하고 있다. 이러한 아바타의 출현으로 인터넷에서의 자기표현 방식이 외향적인 형태로 변화하는데 이는 새로운 표현에 대한 사용자의 수용도에 따라서 여러 가지 형태로 나타나고 있다. 특히, 사용자가 새로운 개념을 수용하는데 있어서 그들이 잠재적으로 보유하고 있는 특성에 따라서 아바타의 표현이 다각적으로 연출되고 활용되어지고 있다. 이는 신세대들의 자기표현 방식이 다양하기 때문이다고 할 수 있겠다. 신세대들은 또한 새로운 정보통신 기술이 매체를 통해 보급될 경우 수용도가 다른 세대에 비해 빠르다. 이렇듯 아바타의 도입과 활용은 신세대의 자기표현의 상징적인 역할을 하고 있다. 현재, 웹과 핸드폰을 통해서 2D 기반의 아바타가 활용되고 있으며, 신기술이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 현재 개발되어지고 있는 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도에 대한 관심도도 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 현재 아바타 개발과 활용에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 이러한 신세대들의 특성에 따른 아바타의 수용에 대한 연구는 아직 정립되지 못하고 있다. 아바타의 수용에 관한 이론은 심리적 특성 이론으로 자아 존중감, 유행 선도력, 소비가치 등이 있으며, 사용자 수용 이론으로 혁신 성향, 유흥 성향 등이 있다. 이를 기반으로, 본 연구에서는 신세대 대학생들의 특성에 따라서 아바타의 수용도에 미치는 영향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 대학생들의 특성을 심리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.

The Air and Correspondence High School (ACHS) has played a key role as an organization of lifelong learning since 1974. However, extra-curriculum in ACHS has not been operated successfully due to lacks of educational supports and on-line contents. So we surveyed demands of the ACHS teachers and students for successful operation of extra-curriculum, found four subjects that students preferred in the developing activity area which is one of extra-curricular activities, and experimentally developed four on-line contents for extra-curriculum. And we also applied the developed on-line contents to the students of Chongju H.S. After the application, another survey and interview were carried out to measure learner's satisfaction, find out problems of learning with on-line contents and suggest the ways of improving extra-curriculum learning system.

As the importance of computing technology is emphasized, Korea has revised the educational curriculum to teach SW education compulsory at the elementary and secondary school level. For successful SW education, it is very important not only to require an educational environment and educational materials, but also to obtain the capacity of the teachers who are responsible for SW education. However, due to the lack of research on specifically examining the present state of teachers' SW competencies, there are many deficiencies in establishing a concrete teacher's training and a support plan for SW education. This study is to develop test tools and apply to measure a common sense about a computer, the latest IT technology algorithm design and a programming ability for the purpose of evaluating the SW competency of current teachers. As a result of the study, the understanding of common sense about a computer and the latest IT technology is very high, on the other hand the algorithm design and programming ability were analyzed as low. Therefore, the implications for SW education teacher's training and a process of prospective teachers' training are derived.

One of the most comfortable transportation in our day to day life is the bus, which provides real time information. In order to obtain reliable information on the arrival time of this information, BIS (Bus Information System) needs to analyse the main factor for the traffic environment. To manage the system, regional information analysis by local municipalities should be prioritized. In this paper, we analyse the features that are expected to affect traffic environment by commuting the travel to school, market, tourism and other influences around Suncheon-si, which has the facilities for education, tourism and urban locality. Data cleaning is performed on the DB information that is being collected from characterization BIS, which is organized by day of the week, day and month, to analyse the key factors of the traffic flow. If this is utilized by applying a key factor to the real time information, it is expected to provide more reliable and accurate information.

In quantum cryptographic communication based on quantum mechanics, each piece of information is loaded onto individual photons and transmitted. Therefore, it is impossible to eavesdrop on only a part, and even if an intruder illegally intercepts a photon and retransmits it to the recipient, it is impossible to send the same information to the photon by the principle of quantum duplication impossible. With the explosive increase of various network-based services, the security of the service is required to be guaranteed, and the establishment of a quantum cryptographic communication network and related services are being promoted in various forms. However, apart from the development of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology, a lot of research is needed on how to provide network-level services using this. In this paper, based on the quantum encryption device, we propose an integrated data structure for transferring quantum keys between various quantum encryption communication network devices and realizing an encrypted transmission environment.
