본 논문에서는 로봇이 아파트 단지의 세대번호를 인식 및 택배를 하차시키는 기능을 소개한다. 아두이노와 RFID 리더기, UID칩을 활용하여 세대별로 UID를 부여하여 목표지점을 탐색한다. 아두이노간 시리얼 통신하여 UID데이터를 전달하고 이후 UID와 주소를 확인한 후 일치 시 택배를 모터를 이용하여 하차시킨다.

In this paper, a human coexistence-type companion robot that can communicate with people in daily life and alleviate the gap in care personnel was studied. Based on the voice recognition module, servo motor, and Arduino board, a companion robot equipped with a robot arm control function using voice recognition, a position movement function using RC cars, and a voice recognition function was tested and manufactured. As a result of the experiment, the speech recognition experiment according to distance showed the optimal recognition rate at a distance of 5 to 30 cm, and the speech recognition experiment according to gender showed a higher recognition rate in the first tone, monotonous tone. Through the evaluation results of these motion experiments, it was confirmed that a companion robot could be made.

본 논문에서는 최근 부족한 전파자원을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 부상하고 있는 가시광 통신을 이용하여 실내에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 전송 방안을 제시한다. 건물내의 조명들을 가시광 모뎀으로 이용하고, 조명들이 연결된 전력선을 통신 선로로 이용한 전력선 통신을 이용하여 건물 내 통신망을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 가시광 통신을 이용한 건물 내에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 전송 방법은 일반 건물 내에서의 멀티미디어컨텐츠 전송 및 전자기파 등의 사용이 제한되는 병원 내에서의 진단 영상정보 등의 전송에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

For the low power wireless installations, limited frequency resources are divided by use for their effective use and are assigned. Moreover, output strength is limited according to the frequency used in order to protect other wireless stations from interference caused by radio waves emitted from the low power wireless installations. For receivers, unwanted spurious emission is regulated, and regulations in Korea define that additional spurious emission for receivers in the low power wireless installations under 1GHz should be -54dBm, but no regulations have been established yet for low power wireless installations over 1GHz. It is presently required to set domestic standards for devices over 1GHz on account of the expansion of the communication market and its service.

In this paper, we intend to develop a cart with the convenience of moving objects or items that are difficult to hold by the hand of the disabled and the elderly from outdoor activities to a moving location. Using GPS module, DC motor, Bluetooth module, magnetometer sensor, and Blynk application, the smart follow cart was programmed to accurately know the owner's location while following the cart. The values of latitude and longitude of the magnetometer sensor are set so that the correct leverage value can be obtained in the lead for fine adjustment of the start and stop angles so that the user's position can be freely detected. The above motor driver L298n was connected to the motor to drive the DC motor at a fine angle. A smart follow cart was implemented that receives location signals according to the direction of the owner by turning on/off the mobile phone app as a switching role by connecting the GPS through Bluetooth wireless communication using a smartphone.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) has become increasingly important in educational endeavors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of the utilization of ICT in elementary schools and to investigate problems and tasks to be solved for the effective use of ICT. Concerning the first purpose, a survey was conducted in February 2000, and the results are reported in this paper. For the second purpose, hindering factors are analyzed in relation to hardware, software, teacher training, curriculum, and administrative and financial support. Undoubtedly, ICT has been playing an important role in education. The effectiveness of this role largely depends upon how ICT is utilized in educational setting. Thus educators should carefully consider all aspects of the implementation of ICT, and devote efforts to solve problems occurring in the process of the implementation.

In this research, we are looking for new ways to parents' participation in the school education through the educational information. The qualitative research about this research is not at all state. We use the method of study based on the grounded theory. The case analysis object is a outstanding school of the educational information in 2007, ten excellent schools of the cyber home service, two research schools 2 and two schools of research for NEIS. The parents make the learning check on situation of the students and communicate with school through the cyber home learning service and NIES. Also, It is bringing parents around the school closer through the SMS service and is communication path out of time and space. We make the things that make communications work through it. We know it is building trust with the parent and school.
