The drastically changing society has brought diverse types of families, and these diversities are changing the concept of the word 'family' itself. Inevitably, these changes cause different viewpoints among family members, developing into conflicts and social issues. In this paper, generational family problems, which are caused by changes within the family as a result of the variously, diversely changing society, are observed to suggest a resolution. Looking into the functional variety that today's structural change within a family demands, several positives changes described below have been observed; Firstly, the change in the way of interaction among family members; Secondly, the demand for continuance on relational functions including love, care, etc, as a psychological resource of family; Thirdly, the conversion from form's sake relationship to actual relationship; and Lastly, the usage of a clearer communications network. The interaction between the parent-children relationship, according to the changes in family life cycle, is also re-focused to seek resolutions for intergenerational conflicts. The results are as follows; Firstly, the changeability of various family types today must be accepted, and the functional aspects of changing families must be emphasized ; Secondly, the mutual-exchanging value of each generation must be accepted, strengthening relational functions between generations; Thirdly, it is necessary to refocus filial piety. In other words, though the intergenerational transmission of family functions may become the basis of lineage and clan formation, it won't be possible without interaction between generation.
The present study aims to explore the causes of employment difficulty on the basis of job applicant's interest from P-E (person-environment) fit perspective. Our approach relied on a textual analytic method to reveal insights from their situational interests in a job search during the change of labor market. Thus, to investigate the type of major interests and psychological responses, user-generated texts in a social community were collected for analysis between January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2015 by crawling the online-community in regard to job seeking and sharing information and opinions. The results of topic analysis indicated user's primary interests were divided into four types: perception of vocation expectation, employment pre-preparation behaviors, perception of labor market, and job-seeking stress. Specially, job applicants put mainly concerns of monetary reward and a form of employment, rather than their work values or career exploration, thus youth job applicants expressed their psychological responses using contextualized language (e.g., slang, vulgarisms) for projecting their unstable state under uncertainty in response to environmental changes. Additionally, they have perceived activities in the restricted preparation (e.g., certification, English exam) as determinant factors for success in employment and suffered form job-seeking stress. On the basis of these findings, current unemployment matters are totally attributed to the absence of pursing the value of vocation and job in individuals, organizations, and society. Concretely, job seekers are preoccupied with occupational prestige in social aspect and have undecided vocational value. On the other hand, most companies have no perception of the importance of human resources and have overlooked the needs for proper work environment development in respect of stimulating individual motivation. The attempt in this study to reinterpret the effect of environment as for classifying job applicant's interests in reference to linguistic and psychological theories not only helps conduct a more comprehensive meaning for understanding social matters, but guides new directions for future research on job applicant's psychological factors (e.g., attitudes, motivation) using topic analysis.

The apartment' share of the housing has steadily increased and property assets have been valued in importance as the one of asset value. Information retrieval system using internet is particularly active in the real estate market. However, user satisfaction on real estate information system is not very high, and there is a lack of research on real estate retrieval to increasing efficiency until now. This study presents a new knowledge information system developed to consider region-related factor and individual-related factor in the real estate market. In addition it enables a real estate knowledge system to search various preferential requirements for buyers such as school district, living convenience, easy maintenance as well as price. We made a survey of the search condition preference of experts on 30 real estate agents and then analyzed the result using AHP methodology. Furthermore, this research is to build apartment ontology using semantic web technologies to standardize various terminologies of apartment information and to show how it can be used to help buyers find apartments of the interest. After designing architecture of a real estate knowledge information system, this system is applied to the Busan real estate market to estimate the solutions of retrieval through Multi-Attribute Decision Making(MADM). Based on the results of the analysis, we endowed the buyer and expert's selected factors with weights in the system. Evaluation results indicate that this new system is to raise not only the value satisfaction of user, but also make it possible to effectively search and analyze the real estate through entropy analysis of MADM. The purpose of this study was to identify work-family balance values(work-family centrality, marriage value, child-care value, work value etc) in Korea, Japan and U. K.. Moreover, This article investigated the attitudinal generational gap in each countries. Participants were 311 Korean, 324 Japanese and 322 English married working women, who were in the thirties fifties. The major findings of this study were as follows. Compared to Japan and U. K., Korean married working women were more work-centered and likely to seek for extrinsic work value as well as intrinsic work value. While they were highly thought that a woman should work despite of her marriage, it was also strongly concerned if their work negatively affected family life, they should be better to quit their job. These results showed that conservative-liberal values were coexisted in Korean participants. Secondly, U. K. participants were more centered on the family-oriented value and thought that women were not necessary to work in work-family conflict, in comparison to Korean and Japanese. As a result of cluster analysis, they were a lot distributed in 'woman's family care oriented group' which was weigh on woman's role as a family care giver as well as 'family value oriented group'. Thirdly, Japan participants not only were less family-centered but also less work-centered. In the similar vein, they were less motivated and oriented to all of intrinsic and extrinsic work values compared with participants in Koran and U. K. On the other hand, Japanese participants, in sharp contrast to Korean, had a liberal viewpoint in work-family related values, such as woman's work, career break caused by work-family conflict, and family values. We were trying to interpret these results in consideration of socio-economic-politic as well as psychological aspects.
This study was to examine the passion profiles and direct, indirect, and total effects of music valuation(MV), passion for music (i.e., harmonious passion, obsessive passion), and satisfaction in music(SM) on music accomplishment(MA) of musically talented high school students in Korea. Of the 599 musically talented high school students surveyed from Gyonggi, Chungnam, and Busan in South Korea, 524 completed and returned the questionnaires yielding a total response rate of 87.48%. Students with high harmonious passion(HP) and high obsessive passion(OP) were classified as high passion students(Nhigh passion=228), where as those with low HP and low OP were classified as low passion students(Nlow passion=5). Students with high passion had higher MV and higher SM than those with high HP or low passion. Moreover, those with high passion had higher music accomplishment than those with high HP, high OP, or low passion. Students with high HP had higher MA and SM than those with low passion. MV affected MA through both HP and OP, and also SA. HP and OP also affected MA and SA. SM directly affected MA. Total effects of HP on MA were higher than those of OP, SM, and MV. The indirect effect of HP on MA were higher than those of OP. Findings indicated that the more students have a HP, the more they showed higher SM and MA when they engaged in music activity with higher MV. Future research is need to replicate these findings with professional musicians at higher levels of expertise.

The purpose of the present study is (1) to examine chinese gifted education type, growth factors of the gifted children, and non-coginitive factors, (2) to analysis gifted education strategy of Peking eighth middle school, (3) to investigate gifted education method of Peking eighth middle school, (4) to study practical effects of gifted education method of Peking eighth middle school, (5) to study of the application for the gifted education in Korea. The results of the present study were as follows: (1) The types of the gifted education in China are advanced placement, skipping the coursework, extracurriculawork, individual guidence, and gifted education for the disable gifted. (2) Gifted education strategy of Peking eighth middle school was analysed. It is forming a Trinity of science research, education, and teacher. A teacher is generally observing and students are mainly one's own man of education. (3) Gifted education method of Peking eighth middle school was investigated. There are eight non-cognitive education principles: a personal character, emotion, supporting of family education, physical education, and encouragement. (4) Practical effects of gifted education method of Peking eighth middle school was studied. The school had a good reputation evaluation. (5) The application for the gifted education in Korea was studied. The eight non-cognitive education principles is able to apply for the gifted education in Korea.
The types and characteristics of the service business are various in the service process and product. So the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important. But up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, the some research area discussed and suggested in the perspective of service innovation by the Ostrom's research(2010)'s category and suggestions mainly. In the service planning area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced in the categories of the fostering service infusion and growth, the improving well-being through transformative service, and the creating and maintaining a service culture. Also, in the service development area, various research theme candidates, trends, and suggestions are described in the categories of the stimulating service innovation, the enhancing service design, and the optimizing service networks and value chains.

The purpose of this study was to explore the prerequisites for securing the convergence validity of qualifications and the development of a lifelong education support system for the disabled. The research method consisted of the procedure of collecting and analyzing previous research literature and conducting expert meetings. The content of this study is based on the limitations and reflection of the current promotion of the qualification system for lifelong education professionals for the disabled, establishing the academic foundation and concept system for lifelong education for the disabled, designing a career development path for the professional competency of developing and operating the lifelong education curriculum for the disabled. Also, Restructuring of related institutions based on the curriculum for lifelong education for the disabled, and enhancement of qualification types for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for the disabled were suggested. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the value and function of qualifications are very important in the comprehensive category of developing a lifelong education support system for persons with disabilities, and conclusively, the viewpoint of university foundation and the application model for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for persons with disabilities should be reviewed.
This study attempted to prepare a realistic support policy for the early childhood education field by specifically grasping the reality and perception of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum play-based Education experience of the childcare center teacher. To this end, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, who had the current Nuri curriculum education experience. For the collected data, implications were derived using Hatch's(2002) pattern analysis and interpretative analysis, and Seidman's(2006) interview data analysis. As a result of this study, first, kindergarten and childcare center teacher apply the same integrated revised Nuri curriculum, but childcare center aims for education that considers childcare perspectives and safety more. Second, childcare center teachers had difficulties in educational matching in the process of linking self-directed open play activities in which infants were the main subjects. Third, childcare center teachers' educational understanding of play activities and ability to grasp values contribute to infant interaction and bond growth. In conclusion, there is an urgent need for a national policy plan for teacher education, exchange support, and infant ratio adjustment for effective education implementation of the current Nuri curriculum.
This research was conducted in an attempt to understand changes and growths of the self in on-line game world. Q methodology was used to investigate players in Mabinogi, which is an on-line game(MMORPG). Based on 57 behavior statements, Players distributed their changing experiences from when they were novices in on-line game world to the current state. In early start phase, they recognized that on-line game world was different from the reality. And they perceived their experiences in on-line game as separated from the real ones. However, as they spend more time in on-line game world, they began to realized that on-line game world is as real as the world because they function as an individual living in a society in both the game and the real world. They felt and learned that in on-line game life, they also need to follow the rules and order. In addition, trust and politeness were essential in order to live with other players. As time passed, the players realized that on-line game experiences have the same meanings and values as the real life ones. 3 types of self-changing patterns were found : Achievement change, Control change, and Relation change. The behavior patterns of the 3 types were then compared to Identify similarities and differences amongst them in psychological meanings and values in the on-line game life. This result illustrates that on-line game world can be defined as new behavioral setting or developmental context established by digital technology. In this new setting, people can experiment and understand their behavior patterns and also experience changes and growths of the self.
