This study was performed with a view to examine the nature and difference of EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis), and to compare the analysis process and result of EFA and CFA with the same data. The result of empirical analysis was as follows. Meanwhile, p.1, p.3 was removed owing to hampering the convergent validity in EFA, p.3 was removed owing to hampering the discriminent validity in CFA. EFA was reduction process of muti measurement variables to a few factor, but CFA was understanding and confirmatory process of measurement and latent variables' relation. Eventually, this study showed that EFA and CFA used different methology, thus the different outcomes appeared although using the same data, and implicated resonable application of methology according to given data.

For the research object of this study 112 university shooting athletes, registered with Korea Shooting Federation in 2014, have been selected. Statistics processing was carried out through SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. The following results were obtained by analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis to serve it's purpose. First, task orientation had passive influence on self-management. Second, task orientation and ego-orientation had passive influence on perceived exercise performance. Third, self-management had passive influence on perceived exercise performance.

The concept of Container Terminal Service has been used in respect to port service until now. There is no necessity to distinguish container terminal service by concept or property. The purpose of this study is to develop the most appropriate Service Quality in the container terminal through empirical analysis such as existing theoretical studies, expertise survey and SAS program. It is necessary to show the way of evaluating Container Terminal Service's importance and Service Quality. This study intends to understand overall satisfaction survey by Container Terminal Service's evaluation through Regression Analysis where customer satisfaction will be the dependant variable.

The purpose of this study is to identify environmental factors affecting manpower utilization of container terminals. 300 questionnaires were distributed to employees working in terminal operators in Busan and Gwangyang port. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, first, it is proved that technology development, organizational culture and social·external environment have a significant impact on manpower utilization of container terminals. Second, this study found that technology development and social·external environment have a significant impact on manpower utilization of container terminals system. Third, it is found that technology development, social·external environment, safety and security change the composition of the workforce between office and field employees. Forth, the number of workforce is expected to gradually decrease due to technology development. Finally, it is found that technology development, organizational culture, social·external environment and terminal operation have a impact on specialization and training system of human resoures.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of the reputation of ski resorts on multidimensional trust, customer satisfaction and spread by word-of-mouth. To attain this goal, 400 adult male and female subjects using 3 Ski Resorts located in Gangwon-do in Korea in 2013 were selected. For this, convenient sampling was used. The data was processed with the 382 final available samples excluding the 18 inappropriate questionnaires through frequency-, exploratory factor-, reliability-, correlation-, and simple/multiple regression-analyses by using the PASW 18.0. The result is as follows. First, the reputation of the ski resorts was found to have a positive effect regarding the trust of the resorts and their employees. Second, trust in ski resorts and their employees was found to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, trust in ski resorts and their employees was found to have a positive effect on the spread of word-of-mouth about the resorts. Fourth, customer satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the diffusion by word-of-mouth.

The objective of this research is to provide serviced residence enterprises with the basic materials necessary for establishing a marketing strategy by surveying the recognition of service quality that differs according to the characteristics of customers using serviced residence. With 317 customers of the sample, the statistical data were treated by the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the analysis of searching factor, the t-test and the ANOVA. As a result, the service quality of serviced residence was divided into 5 factors of facilities, price, variety, reliability, expertise and kindness. Analyzing the difference in average for sex, nationality, marital status and natives and foreigners, it was found that there was significant difference in the variables of each factor. Considering the result of this research, it seems that serviced residence enterprises should enhance competitiveness with differentiated and specialized marketing strategies which satisfy the characteristics of customers.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the improvement of the tournament operating environment and effective tournament operation. For the factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis was conducted. Based on this, in order to conduct hierarchical analysis, we've produced and distributed the questionnaire to expert group. And after, with collected data, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) technique was used to analyze relative importance and determinants. As a result, operational factors showed the highest priority among the components of evaluation. And next prior factors are satisfaction of participants, environmental factors and etc. In order to stabilize the operation of the tournament, priority shall be securing the budget. And it is necessary to understand the desire of participants and shall consider characteristics and level of the tournament. In future studies, it will be necessary to make a comparative study through expert group in order to secure the fitness.

This study aims to examine what made leisure activities of citizens activated and to evaluate their importance and thereby to present basic data for governments at all levels via analysis of characteristics of activated leisure activities by area. To attain the objectives of the study, for a qualitative and empirical analysis to develop measuring tools, a total of 400 copies of the questionnaire, 100 copies for each of the four areas - Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan- were distributed and collected for a quantitative analysis such as technical statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using a SPSS 18.0 program, with the following results: First, the qualitative analysis generated 15 factors via interviews of experts, and six factors of facilities, programs, organization and experts, promotion, policies, and other were extracted via open-end questions, comments of experts, and findings from existing literature. Second, based on the six factors extracted from the qualitative analysis, the 400 copies of the questionnaire were analyzed and, through factor analysis, the six factors were classified into four factors for facilities, two factors for leisure policies and other, respectively. In addition, questions on the promotion factor were all deleted, as they were lack in validity and reliability, resulting in 10 factors extracted in total. Third, Importance of the questions was five points or over on average, in most cases.

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the relationship among physical education professor-trust, attitude in physical education and self-management which pre-service elementary school teachers perceive. For this purpose, data from 328 students in universities of education located nationwide were collected and analyzed. Descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis were conducted on the collected data by using IBM SPSS 23.0 statistical program, and confirmatory factor analysis and verification on structural equation model were conducted by using IBM AMOS 23.0 program. Through this research process, following conclusions were obtained; First, prospective elementary school teachers' confidence in physical education has a significant effect on attitude in physical education. Second, prospective elementary school teachers' attitude in physical education has a significant effect on class satisfaction. Third, prospective elementary school teachers' confidence in physical education has a significant effect on class satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to look into impacts of career barriers and college major satisfactions on career preparation behaviors of Security major college students. The subjects of this study were collected among 200 security major students attending universities in Choungnam and Junnam Provinces, and 170 out of 200 were analyzed. Based on collected data, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted using SPSS 18.0. According to the result, career barriers showed negative correlations on career preparation behaviors, and self-concept clarity deficiency showed significant impact on it. College major satisfactions showed positive correlations, and major satisfaction showed significant impact on it. Also result shows college junior and senior students experience less career barriers compare to freshman and sophomore students, and college junior and senior students were more satisfied on the college major satisfactions as well. The study has found important implications of impacts of career barriers and college major satisfaction on career preparation behaviors. In long term, the finding of the study seem to provide useful insights for security major students and Human Resource Personnel to execute the process of career preparations and related counseling effectively.
