In this paper, we propose a scheme to associate content-based video signature with Universal Content Identifier (UCI) system of broadcast content for copyright identification and management. Note that content-based video signature can identify a previously distributed content since it is directly extracted from content itself without allocation process of identifier such as UCI. Thus, we design the schema of UCI application metadata, which provides a video signature in order to consistently maintain a systemic link between UCI and the video signature. Also, we present the scenarios of copyright identification, management and additional service, which are based on transmission and management mechanism of video signature with UCI identification system.

생명체는 여러 가지 물질로 구성되어 있으며, 그 생명체의 분포지역에 따라 생물 종 특성도 다르게 나타난다. 그래서 연구자들이 생명체에 관한 정보를 확인하려면 그 생명체의 종 정보, 지역과 생태정보를 관련 생물다양성 데이터베이스에서 검색하며, 생명체를 구성하는 유전자 서열정보와 단백질 구조정보는 Genbank, PDB 등의 유전자/단백질 데이터베이스에서 검색하고 있다. 또한 그 생명체에 관한 학술적 내용이 수록된 학술 논문까지 별도로 검색해야만 그 생물체에 관한 정확한 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 이런 불편함을 해결하려면 하나의 생명체를 검색할 때, 생명체의 종 정보, 위치 정보, 생명체를 구성하고 있는 유전자 정보, 그리고 논문정보를 연계하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 하나의 생명체를 검색할 때 종 정보뿐만 아니라 GIS를 이용한 위치정보와 생명체를 구성하는 유전자 정보를 연계하고 그 생명체에 관한 논문 정보까지 검색 가능한 생명정보 연계검색 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

본 논문은 다가올 사회에서 구현될 사이버 리얼리티(Cyber Reality)와 전송시스템인 Multimedia Networks 중에서 저궤도 위성망과의 연계된 전송 시스템 설계에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 관련연구로서 사이버 리얼리티의 의미와, 이것을 실행하기 위해 필요한 기초적 지식으로써 가상현실, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 기술과 전송을 위한 이미지 압축 표준 동향, 그리고 멀티미디어 네트웍에서 저궤도 위성망과 관련된 부분에 관한 연구를 한다. 다음으로 사용자에게 사이버 리얼리티를 실행하기 위해서는 검증되고 구축된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 실시간 쌍방향 전송하여야 하는데, 이를 구현하기 위해 저궤도 위성망을 이용할 때 연계하여 사용 할 수 있는 초고속 인터넷을 통한 방법, 유무선 ATM망과 연계된 방법, 그리고 PSTN망과 연계된 방법, 그리고 이들을 실제적으로 응용 할 수 있는 이동 단말기와 가정 및 사무실에서 구현 할 수 있는 방법들에 대한 연구 모델들을 제시하고, 그러한 시스템을 설계해 봄으로써 다가올 사회에서 구현될 사이버 리얼리티의 연구에 밑거름이 되고자 한다.

시맨틱 웹은 인간 중심의 데이터 표현을 위한 HTML 기반의 기존 웹과는 달리, 웹에서 데이터의 의미를 표현함으로써 다양한 어플리케이션 간의 데이터 상호 교환을 통한 데이터 통합, 재사용성 증대, 기계에 의한 자동화된 처리를 가능하게 해준다. 온톨로지는 데이터의 의미를 표현하기 위한 방법으로 식별자(URI) 기반의 리소스 명명을 통해 데이터의 의미를 표현하며, Linked Data는 RDF 형식의 데이터 간 링크를 통해 웹 데이터 간의 연계 및 활용할 수 있는 환경을 제공해 준다. 본 연구에서는 용어 정보의 효과적인 공유 및 연계를 위한 방법으로, SKOS 기반 용어 온톨로지 모델링을 통해 용어 정보가 Linked Data에 연계되기 위한 방법을 제시한다.

As UCI (Universal Content Identifier) identification system becomes a national standard for content distribution, many digital contents are distributed through UCI identification system. However, problems associated with copyright infringement and copyright contracts occur due to lack of copyright information. ICN (Integrated Copyright Number), a code system developed for copyright management, includes copyright-related information for the purposes of usage settlement and accounting, illegal usage monitoring, and content filtering. ICN, however, has no information about distribution and content properties. Therefore, the linkage and integration between UCI and ICN can be a basis for the transparent and effective distribution of digital contents. In this paper, we propose a model for linking and integrating UCI and ICN, developing the efficiency in the value chain of each identified system by analyzing political factors and key technical elements between the two identification systems.

Reference linking based on a identification system is being widely used both domestically and overseas. National R&D information contains all information related to the R&D programs such as the output and equipment information resulting from the participant and project information. The reference linking service enables the user to freely look up output of a certain program, participant of a project, equipment information from the project or participant and all other information that originates from a R&D project without having to search for it. The reference linking service in the area of national R&D will enable the linking of heterogeneous information produced at different sources.

This study examines consumer attitudes according to the Cause Related marketing information presentation type and Brand Level and China, Korea. As a result of the analysis, first, cause related marketing information presentation type conducted by the company shows that concrete has more consumer attitude than abstract. Second, consumer attitude toward cause related marketing information presentation type is different according to brand level(Corporate Brand and Individual Brand). Third, consumer attitudes cause related marketing information presentation type is different according to Korea and China. Finally, based on the results of this research, we will provide practical implications not only academically but also as a basis for marketing strategies.

Today, home health care services needs a linkage plan of the customized home visiting health service in public health center, the medical institute home health care service, and home visiting nursing service based on long term care insurance for the elderly program which acknowledges the independence and professionalism of the home health care services while minimizing overlap through linking the projects. So, this study was performed by applying the Delphi technique, which draws agreement from professional opinion, to determine a method to link home health care services in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. Specialists agreed on 24 important items within the two domains of institutional linkage and medical linkage. And the significance of this study is as follows. The 24 items deduced for the approved nursing service linkage plan are expected to improve the home health care service business system, enhance the quality of home health care service, and bring increased satisfaction for service recipients. Also, seeking ways to minimize overlap in service can increase the effectiveness of health care and public health management at a national level. In addition, it is considered that this will ultimately reduce public medical costs as well as improve home health care service.

Traditional village forests in the Jeju Island represent unique cultural landscape with a history of more than several hundred years as a national cultural asset in Korea. There are 368 Oreums, parasitic volcanoes, and 391 shrines of Dang(Divine place) in Jeju. Currently, the shrines of Dang are damaged by the Jeju Olle trail path and road constructions. It's time for cultural consents to be obtained with locality and globality. And need to produce our own unique contents, glocal cultural contents. In this study, the establishment of trail path of Jeoji Oreum in relation to the Dang in the Jeju Island was investigated. By linking the Dangsan forest to the Jeoji Oreum trail path, it enables the path to contact with traditional cultural landscape. Rural villages in Jeju with the Oreum and Dang are expected to get an international attention as to have traditional cultural landscapes of Korea. It needs to be managed to retain their original form and in connection with the trail path.

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 객실승무원의 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성(fit), 희생성(sacrifice)및 연계성(links)요인이 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 한 결과, 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성, 희생성 및 연계성요인 모두가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 강한 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 이직의도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.
