The goal of Catholic Religious web-site is to activate communion and evangelization which is the ultimate purpose of communication in the Catholic Church. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to present the type of on-line community which promotes active evangelical communication within the Religious community and between the Religious and the lay. In designing the web-site, the importance of CMC factors will be stressed.

The symplectic form based on a symplectic space is introduced to simplify a probe compensation equation in terms of the near-field measurement algorithm. The Lorentz reciprocity principle is also utilized for a near-field probe compensation equation. Applying the symplectic form to the probe compensation equation gives a simplified probe equation, thus confirming the validity of our approach.

With the advent of smart phones in 2007, smart phones have been used as not only communication device but also important education tools. In this paper, we have developed a smart phone application and its management system for the interaction in the class. The interaction between a teacher and students are important in some large classes. The smart phone application we developed removed the restrictions of interactions in a large class and reduced time need for the interactions. We found that education effects were enhanced, and the time needed for the interaction was reduced.

사용자 중심의 man machine interface 기술의 발전은 사용자 인터페이스 기술과 인간공학의 접목으로 인하여 많은 진전이 있으며 계속 진행되고 있다. 근래의 정보전달은 사운드와 텍스트 또는 영상을 통하여 이루어지고 있으나, 감성적인 측면에서의 정보전달에 관한 연구는 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 특히, Human Computer Interaction분야에서 음성이나 표정의 전달에 관한 감성연구는 초기단계로 이모티콘이나 플래쉬콘 등이 감정전달을 위하여 사용되고 있으나 부자연스럽고 기계적인 실정이다. 본 연구는 사용자와 상호작용에서 컴퓨터 또는 응용소프트웨어 등이 자신의 가상객체(Software Robot, Sobot)를 활용하여 인간친화적인 상호작용을 제공하기위한 기반연구로써 한글에서 감성어를 추출하여 분류하고 처리하는 기술을 개발하여 컴퓨터가 전달하고자하는 정보에 인공감정을 이입시켜 사용자들의 감성만족도를 향상시키는데 적용하고자한다.

최근 DNA 복구 기작 저해가 암 전이를 억제한다는 연구결과가 발표되었다. 이번 연구에서는 DNA 복구 기작을 효율적으로 저해시킬 수 있는 단백질을 선정하고자 했다. 먼저 HPRD에서 59개의 DNA repair 단백질 정보를 얻고 각각의 도메인 정보를 추출하였다. 이 단백질과 상호작용하는 단백질을 KEGG로 부터 추출하고 추출한 단백질의 도메인 정보는 HPRD에서 얻었다. Cytoscape를 통하여 DNA 복구 단백질-상호작용 단백질-도메인의 네트워크를 시각화하였다. 네트워크 상에서 보존적이며 핵심적인 단백질 후보 및 도메인 후보를 선정 하였다. KEGG에서 제공하는 암의 경로(pathways in cancer)을 이용하여 후보의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 선정한 최종 후보들은 향후 암 전이 억제에 사용될 수 있는 타깃이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

DNA 염기서열 자체에는 변화가 없으나 크로마틴의 변형을 통하여 유전자의 발현 양상이 변하는 현상을 후성유전이라 한다. 최근에 이런 후성유전학적 변이가 암 발생과 밀접한 연관이 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 본 연구에서는 암 관련 단백질과 암 관련 후성유전 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 통하여 암과 후성 유전적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저 상호작용 네트워크를 기반으로 허브에 해당하는 히스톤 변형 단백질 20개를 추출하였다. 추출한 20개 단백질을 KEGG pathway에 적용하여 암 관련 단백질과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 암 관련 단백질 발현양상을 확인할 수 있는 Expression Atlas로부터 발현이 증가하거나 감소하는 단백질을 분류하고, 발현 정보를 KEGG pathway 위에 있는 단백질에 적용함으로써 후성유전학적 암 발생 기전을 도출하였다.

최근 한 자녀 가정이 늘어나면서 아동의 정서적 안정을 위해 반려동물을 키우는 가정이 늘고 있다. 그러나 맞벌이, 알레르기 등 기타 요인으로 실제 동물을 키우기 힘든 환경의 가정이 많다. 본 연구에서는 인터렉티브 동물 장난감이 반려동물의 대안이 될 수 있는지 조사해 보고 그의 필요성과 발전 방향을 모색한다. 만 4세~9세 자녀를 둔 10개 가구를 대상으로 Ethnography 연구조사를 통해 다각도로 관찰하여 결론을 제시한다. 인터렉티브 동물 장난감의 외형 및 목적에 따라 두 개의 그룹으로 나누어 부모를 통한 근접 관찰 및 아동과 부모의 사전/사후 설문 등을 통해 현재 인터렉티브 동물 장난감이 아동에게 줄 수 있는 영향을 분석해 보고, 아동과 정서적 상호작용을 하는 목적으로 발전하기 위한 방향성을 제시한다.

This study was intended to reconsider the work song in the modem children's life and to search its utilization plan. For it, folk songs were collected from internet website("Search for Korean Forlk song") and books, then the proper work songs suitable for the purpose of the study were selected. Selected work songs were reformed in order to utilize in a daily life including infant daily life and play in the home with mother. That is, the work song was presented to be utilized while changing a diaper, massaging, taking a rest, letting children take a nap, whispering in the children's ears, taking a bath, exercising after the bath, doing a body play, and facing each other.

This paper deals with the design and implementation of interactive e-learning contents for OpenCourseWare. OpenCourseWare, also known as OCW began at MIT in October 2002. OCW is a free and open digital contents of high quality college and university level educational materials. In this paper, we have designed and implemented interactive e-learning contents for a regular course of introduction to java programing language and OCW of D University. We have developed a variety of multimedia elements, such as screen videos of practical exercise and animations in order to improve the effectiveness of learning. These e-learning contents are consist of interactive learning components that users can interact directly with. The e-learning contents developed in this study has been effectively applied to OCW and a regular course opened in the first semester of 2012.

This study aimed to explore the ways that personal dignity of people with dementia would be maintained in their everyday experiences. To achieve the aim, this study reviewed existing qualitative studies conducted with people with dementia as individuals or couples. This study found the followings: First, capacities and power of people with dementia were embodied in their bodies and found in their behaviors, nonverbal communications, and performances of social roles as forms of interaffectivity. Second, as a subcategories of personal identity, dignity of identity of people with dementia was maintained based on their sense of self, personhood, and couplehood. Finally, for personal dignity of people with dementia, it might be important to practice their embodied capacities and power and to construct and manage the context of interdependence and relatedness through interaffectivity to maintain thier sense of self, personhood, and couplehood. Human dignity based on independence and individuality could be reconsidered in the context of interdepedence and relatedness.
