Impact of Information Support Quality and Service Quality Factors on Service Satisfaction of Department Store -Case Study of Kyungnam Area Department Store- (백화점의 정보품질과 서비스품질이 서비스만족도에 미치는 영향 -경남지역 백화점을 중심으로-)

  • The object of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of information support quality and service quality on service satisfaction of department store. To investigate the purpose of this study, literature review and survey were conducted. for statistical analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA), and regression in order by the contingency grouping method were used. In conclusion of this study are as follows First, The regression analysis had effects on information support quality and service satisfaction. Second, The Analysis of variance(ANOVA) and regression had effects on information support quality and service satisfaction as service quality factors. Result, The information support accuracy and service quality had additional effect about customer relation.

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of on-line game attributes, challenge, social interaction, entertainment and actuality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, switching barriers, such as switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives are also analyzed. The results show that the challenge, social interaction, entertainment have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also effects customer loyalty. Another important result is, switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives take an intermediation role between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

The Effect of Tourism Experience on the Quality of Life of the Elderly (노인의 관광경험이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • The study aimed to explore the association between tourism experience and the quality of life among the elderly over aged 65. Using a sample from Jeju, this study clarifies tourism experiences of the elderly and examines the relationship among tourism experience, six different life domains, and overall quality of life by generating theoretical and practical implications. Structural Equation Modeling approach was used to identify the relationships among the constructs. The results revealed that travel experience positively influences satisfaction with family, social, material, psychological, health, and leisure life domain. However, not all life domain satisfaction affects overall quality of life. Satisfaction with family, leisure, health, psychological well-being life domains was linked to overall life satisfaction among the elderly.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how atmospherics of web-sites such as graphics, colour, menu and link have an effect on consumers' emotion and satisfaction, which in turn have influence on repurchase intention in internet shopping malls. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with consumers who have experience purchase or search on internet shopping malls. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: Menu and link are positively associated on consumers' emotion, but graphics and colour have not influence on both consumers' emotion and satisfaction. Consumers' emotion is positively associated on both satisfaction and repurchase intention, and then satisfaction is also positively associated on repurchase intention.

  • This study was to explore the effect of rural tourism social media use motivation on satisfaction and revisit intention. In order to carry out the empirical study 397 survey questionnaires were collected in rural tourism social media users, PASW18 and Lisrel 8.54 statistics package were utilized for analysis of SEM The study result were as follows: first, social media use motivation had a positive influence upon satisfaction. second, social media use satisfaction had a positive influence upon revisit intention. The study suggested that need to gather extensive opinions from visitors to created and manage rural tourism village in a rational manner, and intensive research effects should be directed into the vitalizations of rural tourism villages.

Effects of Sex-Role Attitude of the Elderly Couples on Marital Satisfaction (노년기 부부의 성역할태도가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the differences of the sex-role attitude and marital satisfaction of the elderly couples according to the demographic factors as well as analyzed the relationships between sex-role attitude(sex-role awareness, sex-capacity awareness) and marital satisfaction. 378 structured questionnaires were collected from elderly couples who were pus 60 and live in Gyeonggi-do areas. And the frequency analysis, factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were carried out through SPSS Ver. 20. The findings are as follows. First, the differences of the sex-role attitude and marital satisfaction of the elderly couples according to the demographic were found partially. Second, the sex-role awareness of the elderly couples affected on marital satisfaction positively, but the sex-capacity awareness did not.

  • The present study attempted to explore the impact of art gallery visitors' motivation and perceived quality of experience on satisfaction. For this purpose surveys were conducted at art galleries. The factor analyses identified four dimensions (knowledge, leisure, yearn for culture and art, and relationship) of motivations and another four dimensions (esthetic/entertainment, education, escapist, and sense of belonging) of perceived quality of experience. Subsequently, regression analyses revealed the influence of motivations and perceived quality of experience on satisfaction. Based on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for further studies were discussed.

Senior Workforce's Job Satisfaction: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Knowledge Sharing Practice (시니어 인력의 직무만족: 지식공유 활동의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This paper explores the relationship between senior workforce's education & training and job satisfaction. Further, the mediating effect of knowledge-sharing practice is also analyzed. We used 970 senior workforce's survey data from Human Capital Corporate Panel. Using structural equation modeling, the results suggest as follows. First, senior workforce's education & training had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, senior workforce's knowledge-sharing practice had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, a mediation analysis reveals that knowledge-sharing practice significantly mediates the relationship between education & training and job satisfaction. Several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

  • Conducting a large-scale survey to tenants of domestic business incubators(BI) in diverse growth stages, this study investigates the level of importance, satisfaction, and expectation-fulfillment perceived by tenants on various services of BI. Results of the study show that highly ranked BIs' support services in terms of importance and satisfaction levels perceived by tenants in various growth stages are quite different than highly ranked BIs' support services in terms of the expectation-fulfillment level which is measured by the gap between the level of perceived importance and satisfaction. Such findings should help BI formulating effective support and resource allocation strategies.

The effect of Job Satisfaction on Altruism and Civic Virtue: The mediating role of Chinese employees' organizational commitment (직무만족이 이타주의와 시민정신에 미치는 영향 : 중국 종업원들 조직몰입의 매개효과)

  • This study investigated the effect of job satisfaction on altruism and civic virtue, also explored the mediating role of organizational commitment on these relationships in the Chinese setting. We tested on a sample of 246 employees working in three Chinese companies. The results of PLS Structural equation modeling showed that job satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a positive impact on altruism and civic virtue. Further, organizational commitment partially mediated the relationship between job satisfaction and altruism, and civic virtue.
