천문시설에서 활용할 천문교육 콘텐츠 개발

  • 현재 국내에는 약 30여 개의 종합(관측실과 투영관이 있는) 천문시설이 운영 중에 있으며 매년 2-3개의 시설이 추가로 건설 되고 있다. 대부분의 천문시설에서는 별자리 설명, 천체투영관에서의 영상물 상영, 그리고 천체망원경을 이용한 관측실습 등 한정된 소재와 일관된 형식의 천문교육 프로그램을 운영 하고 있다. 하지만 천문학은 일반 대중들이 많은 흥미와 관심을 가지는 분야이기 때문에 여러 가지 다양한 소재와 형식의 교육프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 특히 최근 언론에 자주 등장하는 UFO, 황도 13궁, 태양 폭발, 우주선(Cosmic Rays)이 지구에 미치는 영향 등의 소재들은 일반인들이 잘못된 개념을 가지기 쉬운 분야이기 때문에 여기에 대한 올바른 과학내용을 일반인들이 이해하기 쉽도록 전달하는 것이 필요하다. 교육 콘텐츠는 디지털 천체투영기를 이용한 스크립트 프로그램 개발, 관측실습 전 후의 이론 교육 등 다양한 형태가 될 수 있다. 각 천문시설 운영자들이 직접 다양한 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데에는 한계가 있으므로 기관협력체나 천문연구원 등의 체계적인 천문교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 보급이 절실하다.

Effect Analysis of Learning Using Educational Contents (교육용 콘텐츠를 활용한 수업의 효과 분석)

  • The importance of ICT is being emphasized in this information-oriented society. In the 7th curriculum, it is necessary to use ICT more than 10% in teaching every subjects to keep pace with this trend. The distinctive feature of the curriculum lies in the introduction of various gradations and levels of the individual students. In this paper, by designing and applying the teaching idea based on educational contents, we analyzed how it has an effect on achieving of studies. As the results of this research, we found that teaching based on educational contents made students the meaningful increasement of interest in the controlled group and according to the increasement of the achievement in studying, the improvement of teaching are confirmed.

  • The special educational technology is the combination term of special education and educational technology. These days, the applications of educational technology in special education field is very increasing through the development of IT and the progress of teaching methods. The development of IT bring out the applications of assistive technology. The various development and operation strategies of the individualized educational program have promoted the advancement of teaching methods for the children with disabilities. The purpose of this paper is to inquiry and to present the applicable contents of special educational technology for the children with disabilities. The important study problems of this study are to examine the differences between educational technology and special educational technology, to categorize special educational technology in the view of application and to develop the contents of instructional design and assistive technology device. Finally it is to suggest the progress tasks for the development of the special educational technology.

  • The proportion of cultural education in Korean language education is increasing. Many researchers in Korean language education have used a variety of teaching methods and materials for cultural education, and the range of contents applied to cultural education is wide ranging from literature, drama, film, theater, and music. In addition, the results studied until recently are vast. Nevertheless, cultural education in the classroom is fragmentary and often stays one-off. Since culture is a product that is produced over time, it raises the question that it needs to be more phased, systematic and sustainable. Therefore, this study examines the existing aspects of arts and contents-based culture education, selects literature among the art contents, and presents specific class cases conducted for one semester, and implements the continuous and systematic culture education aspects. I tried to find the direction of Korean culture education.

  • 초등 교육과정에 소프트웨어 교육 내용이 포함되는 2015 개정 교육과정의 시행을 앞두고, 학교 현장의 교사들은 이에 대한 지도 준비 수준이 낮으며 소프트웨어 교육 관련 교수 학습 자료도 부족하다고 느끼고 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 체험을 주 내용으로 하는 초등학교 프로그래밍 영역에 활용이 가능한 웹캠 기반 스크래치 프로그래밍 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 이 때 프로그래밍 흥미를 높일 수 있는 방법으로 웹캠을 사용하여 사용자의 움직임과 상호작용이 가능한 콘텐츠를 제작하였으며 총 10차시로 구성하였다. 추후 본 논문에서 제안한 교육 콘텐츠를 초등학생들에게 적용하여 교육적 효과를 검토할 것이다.

  • 국민의 정부에서는 2000년 대통령 신년사에서 '세계에서 컴퓨터를 가장 잘 쓰는 국민'으로 육성하겠다는 의지를 표명함으로써 학교 현장에 본격적인 정보통신 기술 교육이 도입되게 되었다. 따라서 초등학교 1학년부터 고등학교까지 모든 학교급에서 정보통신기술 교육을 시행하는 시책을 2000년 2월 11일에 발표하였다. 이 시책은 21세기 지식 정보 사회의 생애 기술로 정착된 컴퓨터를 조기에 학교 교육을 통하여 체계적으로 교육하기 위하여 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 배워야 할 최소한의 정보 통신 기술 교육의 목표와 수준을 선정, 제시하기로 하는 한편, 현재 부분적, 선택적으로 실시되고 있는 컴퓨터교육을 2001학년도부터 단계적으로 모든 학년에서 시행하기로 한 것이다.   • In recently, various types of applications have been developed according the smart phone has become popular. There are many kinds of multimedia, game, information, education, etc according to each user. Most of the linguistic contents in mobile based are concentrated on learning foreign languages like English, Japanese, Chinese compared that the development of contents for Korean education is imperfect.   • These days, smart phones are being widely used and accordingly, a larger number of consumers have become interested in them, thus many applications are being developed with a variety of forms. There are various fields in it, such as multimedia, games, information and education, as per users' disposition and characteristics. As for the current contents for language education in mobile environment, the market is dominated by contents for learning foreign language such as English, Japanese and Chinese, while contents for educating Korean language are minuscule. In this paper, thus, we design and implement a elementary Korean language educational contents for foreign beginners who can use the contents at their smart phones with Android OS.
