This study examined the differences of importance and performance perception level among the food & beverage festival attributes of visitors participating 'Daegu Chimac Festival' and also conducted importance-performance analysis (IPA) of food & beverage festival Attributes. The results were as follows: firstly, food & beverage festival attributes were grouped into four factors such as 'sanitation environment', 'food taste and variety', 'food quality and supplementary service' and 'food purchase convenient.' Secondly, the 4 factors and 21 items of festival attributes showed statistically significant differences in their levels of importance and performance. Finally, results of the questionnaire survey of 322 visitors at '2018 Daegu Chimac Festival' indicated that 'food purchase convenient' and 'food taste and variety' were important to visitors and had high performance. Although attributes related to 'food quality and supplementary service' had an low importance and low performance, and also 'sanitation environment' had an low importance and high performance in the IPA results, they were identified as the key determinants affecting food & beverage festival' success.

There has been low use of local information services that public libraries provide, and most of those services are limited only through in-house reading or checkout. Motivated by these issues, the study has developed a mobile application (app, hereafter) entitled as LibPass (a combination of Library and Pass) to propose new local information services that reflect the information needs of users. Regarding the design of LibPass, contents of LibPass are composed of the characteristics of local resources so that users can easily search for information about local culture and tour resources through mobile app. That is, it aims to provide efficient information services on local resources by providing information on accommodations, outdoor programs, and specialized libraries, as well as introducing tour resources. Above all, the services are provided with a single card issued by the National Library of Korea and is convenient to use anywhere in the country. It not only secures reliability and currency by utilizing various contents developed by public institutions, but also provides functions to facilitate specialized services for the local information of libraries. Based on the previous research, the present study derives the factors of quality evaluation of mobile tour information services; it constructs objects of LibPass application by analyzing existing applications and develops the prototype based on logical entity relationship model. This model can contribute to the increased use of local information services and, promotes the public's positive perception of the libraries through user-friendly applications.
Fashion cannot encourage co-consumption with other people as a personal item, but it can lead to new consumer needs if fashion sharing service can professionally replace the time and cost of purchasing and managing goods. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of fashion-sharing services based on the integration theory of user acceptance and utilization (UTAUT), and to discuss the virtuous cycle and sustainability pursuit of resources through the activation of the sharing. In this study, the research model for the acceptance of fashion sharing applications is schematized, and the survey was conducted 300 women aged 20~49 years. The screens of 'Project Anne', a representative fashion sharing service in Korea, were provided as a visual data. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation analysis, and multiple group analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical package for statistical analysis. As a result, efficiency and social influence positively influenced behavioral intention to use, and age has found that efficiency and social influences modulate the intensity of behavioral intention to use. Therefore, for the consumer acceptance and activation of fashion sharing services, marketing activities emphasizing efficiency and strengthening social influence factors are essential. Also, it is necessary to maintain the existing target group, 30~40s, and also construct additional products and price services for the 20s. This study is of academic significance in presenting basic data for empirical research on consumer acceptance of fashion sharing, and suggests a study on the influence relationship among user experience components for real users in the future.
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (=.160), menu (=.203), and packaging (=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (=.270), convenience (=.201), and packaging (=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (=.328) and differentiation (=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (=.428). Hygiene (=.388), menu (=.229), and convenience (=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.
This study attempted an empirical analysis study on the Meal Kit Product, whose interest and demand continued to increase according to the eating out trend in the Untact era. In addition, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between the factors of Home Meal Replacement Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes, Consumers Satisfaction, and Other Recommendation Intention. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using Meal Kit Products released by food service companies and start-up companies. The investigation period was conducted for about one month from July 01, 2020, and the final 285 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the price (β=.241), convenience (β=.317), and diversity (β=.191) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on Consumers Satisfaction. Price (β=.482), convenience (β=.133), and diversity (β=.342) were found to have a significant effect on the intention to recommend others. It was analyzed that Hypothesis 3's Consumers Satisfaction (β=.443) had a significant effect on Other Recommendation Intention. Finally, through this study, we expect to be provided as basic research data related to Meal Kit Product. It is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction for the development of milk kit products for catering companies and restaurants.
This study aimed to examine the different factors affecting the intention to purchase meal kits between at-home concept meal kits and eating-out concept meal kits. An online survey was conducted with 565 Korean participants including meal kit experienced (n=412) and non-experienced (n=153). Meal kits selection attributes were organized into five factors, health, price, environmental protection, convenience, and familiarity. To verify the hypothesis, SPSS Statistics 23 was used. The main results can be summarized as follows. First, in the case of the at-home menu, convenience(p < .01), environmental protection(p < .05), and familiarity(p < .01) show positive influences on willingness to buy. Second, for the eating-out menu, health(p < .001) and convenience(p < .001) have positive effects on willingness to buy, but familiarity(p<.01) has a negative effect. This is the first study to categorize the menu of meal kits and investigate each factor affecting willingness to buy. Therefore, the results can offer useful guidelines to meal kit marketers letting them know the consumers' purchase behaviors.
With the development of the culture industry, online transactions of cultural products are being activated, and offering information and establishing relationship with customers in web-site have an important influence on online purchase decision making. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of information and relational benefits provided by online sales sites of cultural products on online purchasing intention, and to reveal through empirical analysis whether these influences show a difference between stage products and screen products. Looking at the results of the study, first, in the case of the whole, both information offering and relational benefits have a significant effect on online purchasing intention. Second, in the case of stage products(plays), product understanding information, economic relational benefits, and customization relational benefits showed significant effects, but product purchasing information showed no significant influence. Third, in the case of screen products(movies), product purchasing information and economic relational benefits showed a significant effect, but product understanding information and customization relational benefits had no significant effect. In conclusion, the impact of information offering and relational benefits on online purchasing intention differs according to cultural products, and economic relational benefit is found to be an important influencing factor on online purchase decision making in all cases. These research results are expected to be helpful in establishing differentiated marketing strategies including customer relationship management in online transactions of cultural products.
The purpose of this study is to suggest an effective marketing method for product advertising. With regards to this, 148 copies of survey data were collected from consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 25.0. The results revealed that (1) Human Brand attractiveness had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of low involvement. (2) The uniqueness and the intimacy of Human Brand had a positive effect on Human Brand attachment among the products of high involvement. Through this study, the effect of reliability, expertise, attractiveness, uniqueness, and intimacy among human brand characteristics on human brand attachment, human brand attitude, and product purchase intention was confirmed, and it was also possible to confirm the difference in influence on human brand characteristics and purchase intention according to the product characteristics involved. This study has expanded the research scope of Human Brand, which has been studied mainly by entertainers and entrepreneurs, to sports stars and through empirical analysis, it has tried to identify influencing factors to improve purchasing intent based on high and low-contention characteristics of advertising products.
This study was conducted by utilizing the Q research method, which is one of the qualitative analysis methods that can approach the in-depth and essential meaning of consumers' restaurant O2O service operation behavior. The purpose of this study is to classify the behavior of restaurant O2O services by type, to find out the characteristics of variables, and to suggest future improvement directions. An exploratory study was conducted using the Q-methodology to analyze the subjective perception of the restaurant O2O service behavior. To this end, positive and negative statement cards were prepared, P samples were selected, and Q-sort, which was subjected to classification, was analyzed using the PC QUANL program and Q factor analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was classified into three single types. Horticultural facility farmers subscribe to crop accident insurance and insurance products secured by horticultural facilities in preparation for possible risks in the facility. Insurance is purchased to prepare for natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, frostbite, heavy rain, and strong wind damage covered by the product. In order to find out the effect of risk perception, which is a subjective perception of the risks of a given situation, on horticultural facility farmers' intention to purchase horticultural facility insurance products, the risk perception and insurance purchase intention were analyzed. A t-test was conducted to determine the impact relationship between farm size, insurance coverage, and risk perception, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the effect of personal characteristics and behavioral factors such as subjective perception, reference group, media exposure, and compensation understanding. In addition, a three-step regression analysis by Baron & Kenny was conducted to confirm the mediating role of personal characteristics and behavioral factors in the relationship between risk perception and insurance purchase intention. As a result of the study, although there was no difference in farm size, it was analyzed that policy holders had a higher degree of risk perception than non-subscribers, and that compensation understanding had the greatest influence and subjective knowledge had the smallest influence. In addition, these four factors were verified to have a mediating effect on the relationship between risk perception and insurance purchase intention. These results are expected to provide practical help to the development and marketing activities of horticultural facility insurance products.
