Design and Implementation of Secure E-Procurement System based on XML (XML기반의 안전한 E-Procurement 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper intends to suggest a XML-based secure E-Procurement system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for domestic automobile industry. Applying UML methodology, which is Component-based Development (CBD), we analyzed the workflow on procurement operation of automobile industry and implemented a prototype of efficient E-Procurement system for automobile industry, by developing XML/EDI and XML signature. Also, on this paper, object-oriented CBD is employed to minimize the risk of life cycle and reuse software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology. It enables the interoperability with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as corporate legacy system. This system proposes a solution to apply analysis and design of workflow, component development, interoperability with corporate information system, and XML signature for integrity and authentication of electronic documents in other system so far.

  • Systematic modeling methods. which can correctly represent user requirements, are absolutely required to extract components when developing components. But, components are designed and developed In general based on the concept of object modeling so that they lacks in supporting representing cooperation and interaction as well as reuse. It means extracting components is not easy to be applied to complicated and sophisticated large-scale systems. This paper utilizes a role modeling method based on the role of objects, not on objects themselves, to complement object modeling. The Role modeling can break down a complicated system into simple models through abstracting the pattern of objects based on roles of the objects. In this study, an UML-based method extracting components through role modeling is embodied. UML can represent models from various standpoints so that role models arc also viewed from several points of view.

  • Object technologies like the OMG's CORBA are enabling technologies the aim to facilitate integration implementation of diverse software components in distributed. heterogeneous environment. CORBA and similar object integration technologies define a standard component interconnection and inter-operation model , promote object-oriented principles to encapsulate incompatible component implementations. In this Paper. we present a connector model for software architectural representation of complex component collaborations. Our Connector model is base on research in software achitecture and object-oriented modeling. and part of a design framework for modeling component-based system. We believe the connector concepts to be vary benificial for a clear expression of dependencies between multiple component in Java Bean-based system.

  • The construction process and safety management are an important means of the total projects for the decision-making. As an important management tool of cost, resources and risks of the project, the analysis and evaluations are recorded as an important asset of company. Also, it has become a safety device that could reduce risk factors repeatedly by the decision-making methods for the future similar projects. Component-based software, by reusing the useful part, which was prepared without newly developing all that, by building a new software product, the long-term continuous/steady through the provision of a component-based software, by securing a sales base, it should be the development and supply a wide range of applications. In this paper, we propose the construction process control systems for increasing modifiability of process creation and modification for business efficiency in accordance with the diverse trends in the construction process as a low-cost niche through a component-based software supplier to solve these problems.

  • ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Joining these technologies to the transportation system will save lives more safely, save time, and save money more efficiently. The National ITS Architecture provides a common framework for planning, defining, and integrating intelligent transportation systems. Most ITS projects are being designed and implemented in accordance with the National ITS Architecture, a reference framework that spans all of standards activities. Recently, as software technology is rapidly improved and stabilized, there are some needs to reuse pre-developed and powerful ITS technology. ITS standardization based on components and open interfaces becomes a way to solve these reusability of current ITS technology. This paper focuses on how could we design and implement the ITS component based on the National ITS Architecture. Furthermore, design and analysis of UML (Unified Modeling Language) was made through the ATIS (Advanced Traveller Information System) component development task and this UML methodology is expected to provide a standardized model for newly developed ITS components.

  • 기존 정보체계는 사용자 요구와 새로운 기술의 도입으로 급속하게 발전하고 있으며, 정보시스템의 재사용성과 확장성, 유지 보수를 위하여 EJB, COM+, CCM 모델 같은 컴포넌트 기술과 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법론인 CBD 방법론이 연구되고 있다. 또한 이러한 컴포넌트 기술을 이용한 기존 정보시스템의 변환 연구도 같이 이루어지고 있으며, 대표적인 연구로는 미 국방성의 FACELIFT 프로젝트와 카네기멜론 대학 프로젝트 등이 있다. 반면에 현재의 국내 군 정보시스템은 다양한 플랫폼 및 언어 그리고 업무 지향적인 개발로 인해 자원이 낭비되고, 유지보수가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이미 개발되어 운용중인 군 정보시스템을 분석하여 컴포넌트 기술에 의한 웹 환경으로 변환하는 절차를 제시하고, 클라이언트/서버 구조로 운용중인 군인연금서비스시스템의 일부분을 컴포넌트 기술을 이용하여 웹 환경으로 변환하였다.

  • 과거의 프로그램은 단일 프로그램으로 작성될 경우, 작성하기도 어렵고 관리 또한 용이하지가 않았다. 결국, 오늘날에는 이를 해결하고자 큰 프로그램을 작고 이해하기 쉬운 분산 컴포넌트별로 나누는 방식을 활용하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 분산 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어는 보안 측면에서 볼 때 상당히 위험한 요소들을 내포하고 있다. 즉, 외부나 내부에서 독립적으로 링크되는 개개의 컴포넌트들이 보안을 고려한 모든 상황에서 안전하게 이용된다는 보장이 없다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 바로 이러한 점을 해결하고자 운영 체제에 보안 모듈을 내장하고 이 보안 모듈로 하여금 개개의 컴포넌트가 링크될 때에 그 안전성을 검증하고 혹시 있을지 모를 불법적인 컴포넌트 조작을 사전에 막을 수 있도록 설계하였다.

  • In the early stage of Web-based Instruction, it didn't gain preference in spite of it's benefit of convenience. The main reason is, I think, the lack of generality at the education system which eventually results in unsatisfactory facilities compared with the requirement of teachers and students. And the early systems don't make good use of the plenty data in distributed environment, and don't show so good reliablity due to lack of systematic design and development. In this paper, we suggest WBI developing technology using the concept of WBSE. WBI developing is consist of component of pre-developed education software, integration of component using its reusability, and production of more requirement-satisfactory education software.

  • This paper is about a development framework, which is required to develop of security system is based on component. With applying of SDLC(system development life cycle) of information system, the application of information security products DLC is required at this point of time. In this paper, we review NIST requirement specification of development method, requirement criteria of SDLC in each stage, and major security guidelines of risk assessment. Also we are reviewed major security element of SDLC, and to aid understanding of security framework based on component, present the relationship fo security design and DFD in respect of spoofing for the outside entity based on threat tree STRIDE.

  • In view of component based development, system development has replaced by assembling existent software components instead of coding and now component assembly research has progressed. In this paper, we formalized the specification using relationship between components for component assembly. If components are assembled through connector, the assembly is available without method call or modification. Therefore in this paper, we formalized the specification and constraint condition for creation of connector which connects components so that the connector is created automatically through the specification and constraint condition.
