The Effects of the Competence of Consultant on the Consulting performance, Utilization and repurchase intention (컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 성과, 활용도 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As the external environment of SMEs is changing drastically, it is necessary to establish an appropriate management strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consultant's competency, on consulting performance, consulting utilization and repurchase intention, and effect of consulting's understanding and participation on consulting performance. Participants were 103 questionnaires collected from 154 SMEs that received technology and management consulting support from the Technology Guarantee Fund. According to the practical analysis result, knowledge(β=.377, p<.001) and attitude(β=.461, p<.001) among the consultant's competencies were positively correlated(R2=.623) with consulting performance, and consulting performance had positive correlation(R2=.668) with consulting utilization and repurchase intention(β=.817, p<.001). Participation in consulting had a moderating effect on the effect of consulting performance on consulting utilization.

  • The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

  • This Study is to verify that Consulting firm's brand plays a mediating role in consulting expertise, experience utilizing, and word of mouth intention. The results of study show that firstly, Consulting expertise and experience utilizing have a positive effect on word of mouth intention, and secondly Consulting firm's brand have also a positive effect on the mediating role in the relationship between consulting expertise & experience utilizing, and of mouth intention. This study have a significant meaning to ascertain that word of mouth intention should enhance the value of consulting firm's brand with first priority, and importance of consulting expertise and experience utilizing should be recognized, and the values of consulting expertise and experience utilizing be enhanced by consulting firm's brand.

Study on the Effect of Industrial Safety Consultant Ability on Recontract Intention through Consulting Satisfaction and Utilization (산업안전 컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 만족도와 활용도를 매개로 하여 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 )

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the sub-factors of consultant ability of an industrial safety consulting company and conduct an empirical study on how these factors influence the intention to recontract by mediating consulting satisfaction and utilization Research on consultant ability, satisfaction with and utilization of consulting has been actively conducted in fields such as small and medium-sized business consulting and management consulting, but research in the field of industrial safety consulting has been found to be insufficient. Accordingly, this study seeks to demonstrate the causal relationship between the ability of industrial safety consultants, satisfaction and utilization of consulting, and recontract intention. Using the random sampling method, the researcher collected 202 questionnaires from customers such as companies and public institutions receiving industrial safety consulting, and conducted statistical analysis with the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Second, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on consulting satisfaction and utilization. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to have a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Fourth, consulting satisfaction was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. Fifth, consulting utilization was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. The conclusions and implications of this study are as follows. First, it was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction and utilization are important in the recontract intention for industrial safety consulting. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of consultant ability on recontract intention, consulting satisfaction and utilization, it was analyzed that the influence of consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude was significant in the order. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. In conclusion, It was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and consulting utilization had a significant impact on the recontract intention, and it was found that consulting satisfaction and utilization mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. and it was discovered that the three sub-factors of consultant ability had a significant impact on consulting satisfaction, utilization, and contract renewal intentions in the order of ability, knowledge, and attitude. it was found that the consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and the utilization of industrial safety consulting companies are all important factors that influence recontract intention. In addition, industrial safety consulting companies have laid the foundation that in order to greatly affect consulting satisfaction, utilization, and recontract intention by improving consultant ability, consultants' capability, knowledge, and attitude must be improved in order.

  • This paper is for the influence of consulting character how to affect on the word-of-mouth intention and repurchase. Consulting characters consist of expertise, reliability and application. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, Application except expertise and reliability have a positive effect on word-of mouth intention influence. Secondly, expertise and application except reliability have a positive effect on repurchase intention influence. This study shows that the company marketing performance would be greatly improved by an application of consulting experience and an expertise of consulting need.

  • This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of client involvement and client utilizing willingness among consultant competency, consultation process and consulting performance. To accomplish the purpose, the analysis was conducted with 446 SMEs which had a consulting experience. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS for Windows. This study used several statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, Sobel test and the significance test of indirect effects. All studied factors presented meaningful results(+) except the path of consultant competency and client involvement. The client utilizing willingness presented the mediating role between consultation process and consulting performance. Consequently, it said that consultation process with client utilizing willingness was more important than consultant competency itself.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 GIS를 활용하여 환경홈닥터와 관련된 정보를 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 환경홈닥터 관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 환경홈닥터 관리시스템은 환경홈닥터 DB관리시스템, 사이버 환경컨설팅시스템, 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템, 원격 현장조사시스템으로 구성하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 DB 관리시스템은 사용자 DB, 환경홈닥터 DB, 환경컨설팅 DB를 구축하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 서비스시스템은 홈페이지를 이용하여 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 때 발생하는 홈페이지 관련일반정보와 환경홈닥터 관련 정보를 통합하여 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템은 지원업체에 대한 공간정보 및 속성정보, 도로 및 주요 건물들에 대하여 GIS DB화하고 ESRI사의 ArcIMS를 이용하여 사용자가 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 검색하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 사이버 환경컨설팅 시스템은 지원요청 업체와 환경홈닥터가 직접 만나지 않고도 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 수 있으므로, 환경홈닥터 서비스 지원도구로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 환경홈닥터 제도 운영시 발생하는 방대한 양의 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 진단이력 및 유사사례 검색 등의 기능을 신속하게 수행할 수 있으므로, 효율적인 환경컨설팅 업무 수행에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 WebGIS에 의해 환경홈닥터를 관리함으로써 공간정보와 속성정보를 쉽게 관리하고 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this study, User intention also factors that Consulting application and Subjective norm, Task media fit factors also impact on User intention was examined. In this process, especially Subjective norm and Task media fit of SNS in each dimension to User intention about the impact of Consulting application was in each carried out to examine the mediating effect. The test result used in this study the Subjective norm, Task media fit and Consulting application in a significant positive(+) User intention also was effective. And verifying the results of the mediating effect of Consulting application, Subjective norm and Task media fit has proven to be effective in all parameters. The results of such individuals or companies with Consulting application of SNS. SNS Subjective norm and Task media fit are aware of the factors influencing the Strategy envisions an appropriate response, such as to provide Suggestions.

An Analysis of Instruction Consulting System in Universities and its Implications (대학 수업컨설팅 체제 분석 및 시사점)

  • The instructional consulting has emerged as an important teaching development program in university. So, this research aims to analyze the instructional consultation system in centers for teaching and learning in four-year-course universities and deduce implications from it. To this end, focusing on instruction consulting program types, status, and example cases for promotion, homepages were reviewed and phone interview was conducted from July to August, 2015. The results were as follows. First, 9 types of instruction consulting system in universities were found. Second, the status of offering the programs and implementing them did not correspond to each other. Third, universities were mainly using in-school consultants. Fourth, universities had various ways of using the results and reward systems. Lastly, as for the example cases, through various consulting programs, consultant pools, use of results and reward system, and connection with other programs, it was found that instruction consulting system was operated organically. The implications that the research result offers are as follows. First, there should be accurate diagnosis of instructors and customized consulting systems based on needs. Second, there should be supports inside schools and cooperation between external organizations that can help raise consulting teams of various backgrounds. Third, the instructional consulting should be made through joint considerations and reflections of instructors. Fourth, universities should provide systematical support for instructional consultation and have higher awareness about it.

  • The consulting industry is also growing as the use of management consulting increases as the importance of management strategies for the survival of companies due to rapid environmental changes is highlighted. As a result, competition among consulting firms is intensifying, and securing competitiveness is essential. This study tried to confirm the method of securing competitiveness of consulting firms from the perspective of organizational competitiveness through organizational effectiveness. As the consulting service is a knowledge service field, an empirical analysis was conducted for consultants who performed it because professional human resources were a core technology. Exploratory factors, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. As a result of a study on the effect of consultants' organizational effectiveness on customer orientation, it was found that the consultant's organizational commitment and organizational performance had a significant effect. It was possible to confirm the importance of intrinsic motivation to secure the competitiveness of consulting firms in the changing environment. This presented practical implications for organizational management regarding the continuous growth of consulting firms.
