The use of the Internet of things plays a major role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and a series of tasks of accumulating, converging, analyzing and reusing various data and services becomes very important. Because the pace and scope if the paradigm shift in Fourth Industrial Revolution is so rapid and unpredictable, the development and utilization of a system to fulfill this role for IOT are urgently required. In this paper, we introduce the Web-based IOT management system, which connects the IOT with OKMindmap, which is a domestic open source software and service, and the Node-RED service. This system combines the advantages of OKMindmap with the advantages of Node-RED, which is capable of visual component based programming, so that it can easily and flexibly connect the IOT based on Web browsers, and various data and services can be integrated and linked. We developed a camera module, a temperature and humidity sensor module, and the motor control module in Raspberry PI basically, and tested the operation successfully. We plan to extend the IOT component gradually by using Arduino and System On Chip.

In this paper, we propose an attack detection technology using SDN Controller to study security threats in IoT environment. The research methodology has been developed by applying IoT security threat management technology to the IoT layer and analyzing the research trend of applied security technology. The study results show that the effectiveness of the detection method using the sampling method is studied by adding OpenFlow based SDN Controller to the network switch equipment of the existing IoT network. This method can detect the monitoring and attack of the whole network by interworking with IDS and IPS without affecting the performance of existing IoT devices. By applying such improved security threat countermeasure technology, we expect to be able to relieve anxiety of IoT security threat and increase service reliability.

To use external knowledge for Creative product, This study suggests the model of Technological entrepreneurship, Absorptive capacity - Potential absorptive capacity(PACAP), Realized absorptive capacity (RACAP), Creative product and moderating effect of Motivation. This model was set up though literature research method. Empirical analysis was conducted by using 487 questionnaires from workers of electronic industry in Kyung-buk. Results of study are as followings; 1. Technological entrepreneurship related positively to Creative product. 2. Creative product was affected through process in order of Technological entrepreneurship, PACAP, RACAP. 3. Intrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between Technological entrepreneurship and PACAP. 4. Extrinsic motivation strengthens the relation between PACAP and RACAP. This results will contribute to the improvement of Creativity and the utilization of external knowledge.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the barriers to entry into the government- supported startups and to contribute to the improvement of public policy services of the government. To do this, we identify the difficulties and problems that pre-founders are experiencing through startup cases of young entrepreneurs established in 2018, and provide practical help for pre-founders to experience their utility in preparation for government-supported startups, the need for public services to do so. And to propose a mentoring service to help the successful startup of policy-oriented user. This study is effective to adopt and apply the public service design process and methodology to the development of public policy service for the pre-founder who is preparing for government support centered startup. This study is meaningful that it presents one approach that can be considered when the government wants to develop and improve public policy services.

Recently, a concept of the downtown area was progressively extended by improvement of rapid transportation system and development of the most advanced telecommunication industries. And underground has become bigger in addition deeper, Excavation methods which construct a structure were changed according to construction environments. Top Down methods which are continuous with architectural plan differ from existing excavation methods innovatively, pre-founded column is an important factor for construction methods, duration, expenses. Therefore, this study considers application by investigative methods according to comparison, analysis on loading test result of on site inspection and estimated results of bearing capacity for structure pre-founded column. As a result, almost designing eclipse appeared prior value which didn't arrive result of load test. Also, evaluate permanent load for the compressive stress acting on head of cast-in-place after basic structure was installed. Then, applying stress generally is reduced by confining effect with foundation.

Domestic industrial accidents continue to increase, with 2,142 deaths in 2018, up by 185 (9.5%) from 1,957 deaths in 2017. Industrial accidents that cause loss of human lives pose a serious risk to businesses because of the strengthening of safety regulations and the changing public perception of social responsibility. Accordingly, to prevent industrial accidents, companies regularly conduct onsite safety activities and conduct education and training to raise awareness among employees. However, many such corporate activities are not conducted voluntarily and practically by employees but mostly by formal implementation. To discontinue this customary and passive behavior of employees and establish a mature safety culture, strengthening the execution power of safety management at the site is of paramount importance, and to this end, we aim to utilize the safety practice index (SPI). In this study, the SPI calculated on the basis of the results of the 2018 and 2019 risk management and safety activities of a site was compared with the reported safety accidents. The results confirmed that the SPI index can be used as a valid indicator for safety activities for accident prevention, such as strengthening leadership and safety policies to grade and manage safety management levels for a certain period of time or by a department or to convert weaknesses into strengths.

The purpose of this study is to prove the hypothesis that the learning transfer climate, such as individual learning self-efficacy and corporate innovative knowledge transfer, will play a mediating role in the relationship between design competency strengthening education and individual performance considering the designer's characteristics. This is meaningful in expanding the meaning of design education and training by quantitatively analyzing the learning transfer climate that affects learning self-efficacy and organizational culture according to the characteristics of designers, unlike existing studies that simply investigate the satisfaction of education. Specifically, this study set up seven hypotheses, and as a result, it was found that design capacity building education for designers, learning self-efficacy, and learning transfer climate of companies had a significant effect on individual performance.

This study empirically investigated the relationship between workers' safety behavior and safety leadership, trust in leader, workers' involvement, and safety knowledge in the enterprise, and analyzed the role of the factors to identify and analyze factors that enhance workers' safety behavior that contribute to the prevention of major accidents in the enterprise. When industrial accidents occur, companies have to bear huge loss costs due to direct costs of compensating the victims and indirect costs such as human loss, material loss, production loss, and time loss. Based on the results of previous studies, this study investigated the effects of managerial safety leadership and workers' trust in leader on safety behavior through the mediation of workers' involvement and safety knowledge among production, technical, and labor workers in the manufacturing industry. Statistical analysis was conducted on 271 manufacturing workers using SPSS and PLS. The results showed that safety leadership and trust in leader can lead to workers' involvement and have a positive effect on workers' safety knowledge acquisition, which can lead to workers' safety behavior.

SMEs are being forced to continuously innovate their technologies for survival due to changes in the external industrial environment. In order to innovate technology or discover technology cooperation partners of SMEs, it is necessary to actively introduce open innovation, centering on industry-academia-research. However, SMEs need to use open innovation brokers due to their lack of access to external resources and difficulty in independent promotion, and accordingly, the role of open innovation brokers is important. Until now, performance factors and influencing factors have been studied mainly by technology providers in the field of technology transfer, and research on mediators is very insufficient. This study analyzes the role and function of technology transfer intermediaries to explore the role of open innovation intermediaries and how they differ from existing technology transfer intermediaries. This role of open innovation intermediaries is of practical significance in that it deals with the role of intermediaries based on the results of government support projects, and it is of academic significance to serve as the basis for future research on open innovation intermediaries.

Pedestrian facilities encompass pedestrian roads, stairs, and queuing areas exclusively designed for pedestrian use. The Korean Highway Capacity Manual provides guidelines for analyzing the capacity and level of service of pedestrian facilities. However, there is a lack of analysis methods tailored specifically for pedestrian facilities. Therefore, in this study, we introduced a new standard of pedestrian space to account for changes in the Korean body ellipse. Furthermore, based on this newly defined pedestrian space, we proposed a new standard value for the level of service of queuing areas. The results of on-site surveys confirmed that the proposed level of service can effectively reflect the actual walking situation.
