This study was carried out to verify application motive for consulting upon the path between quality perception and use of results in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, it turned out that the perception of the quality of consultant's performance and the perception of the quality of the government support have a positive impact on the perception of the quality of consulting results. Second, the perception of the quality of consultant's performance has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Third, it was proved that the perception of the quality of the government support has no impact on the use of consulting results. Fourth, it was demonstrated that the perception of the quality of consulting results has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Fifth, it turned out that there is a difference in paths of non-voluntary application group and application group and application group for consulting service. This study implies that it is necessary to reinforce consultant's competence, government support system and voluntary application for consulting.

This research studied that the effect of consulting local SMEs focusing on the effective factors related to quality of theoretical study and the previous studies according to research model and research hypotheses. Also, in this empirical analysis, analyzed the consulting performance that distinguish such as consulting procedures quality, consulting adaptation, consultant emotional intelligence and efforts factors. Second, in relationship with consulting adaptation and performance, statistically significant relationship showed weak. Finally, the quality of the consultant engagement and emotional intelligence was analyzed high significance. Therefore, this study further accounting information systems consultant at consultant emotional intelligence factors can expect a useful guidelines.

This paper aims to examine the effects on the relationships between Emotional Intelligence of Consultant and Consulting Service Quality. To accomplish these purposes, The questionaries of 260 were inspected to the PM have received consulting experience at the companies. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. This study used the statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, discriminant analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression analysis. Emotional Intelligence of Consultant presented a meaningful result(+) with Consulting Service Quality. but self emotional appraisal didn't present a meaningful result with Consulting Service Quality. and Emotional Intelligence of Consultant didn't present a meaningful result with tangible.

This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

Considering importance and specificity, site investigations for deep geological disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel require stringent quality control, unlike general geotechnical investigations for tunnels and bridges. In this study, we present a case of selecting geophysical survey method for individual site investigation stage and preparing geophysical survey guideline. The proposed geophysical survey guidelines include procedures, considerations, and quality control for exploration planning, data acquisition, data processing, and interpretation. They comprehensively summarize the contents of airborne electromagnetic survey and seismic reflection survey.

The rapid changes in the industrial environment are providing crises and opportunities for small and medium-sized export enterprises. This study focused on overseas marketing support projects, especially effective consulting support for online marketing, in response to changes in the role of SMEs. Through a survey on companies participating in the online export support project, it was analyzed that both the consultant's competence and service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction, and that satisfaction had a significant effect on corporate performance. Also, satisfaction showed some significant mediating effects. In order to achieve business results, the competence of the consultant and the quality of service must be achieved together. This study presents the criteria for determining substantive factors necessary for the improvement of export support projects, and further studies on capacity-building measures for each factor should be conducted in the future.

Rapid changes in the environment, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, provide crises and opportunities for SMEs. The government is trying to improve and expand the SME support project, but has not been able to achieve the desired results. This study studied the effective performance factors of overseas marketing support projects in response to changes in the role of SMEs. The research was conducted based on a survey of coporations applying for export support projects. As a result of the research, the corporate competence, the support quality from the support institution, and the consultant competency have a significant influence on the utilization of the support project. In addition, it was analyzed that the utilization of support projects has a significant effect on corporate performance. In order to achieve the performance of support projects under a changing export environment, support organizations, consultants, and coporation should strengthen their competences. This study suggests the criteria for judging the actual factors necessary for the improvement of the export support project, and studies on how to strengthen the competences of each factor should be conducted in the future.

최근 대부분의 회사들은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 지식과 노하우를 공유하고 재사용하기 위하여 지적 자산 관리의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 특히 고도로 지식 집약적인 업종이라 할 수 있는 IT컨설팅 회사에서는 지적 자산의 관리가 다른 어떤 회사에서보다 큰 중요성을 가지게 된다. 컨설팅 회사에 있어서 검증이 완료된 지적 자산의 공유 및 지능적이면서도 신속한 검색은 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 고객 만족에 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 대부분의 컨설팅 회사들은 자사의 지식 자산을 관리하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 IT 컨설팅 회사예서 관리되는 다양한 형태의 지적 자산들을 중앙 관리하여 설친 고객 사이트에 흩어져 프로젝트를 수행하는 컨설턴트들이 공유할 수 있도록 함으로써 컨설팅 서비스의 생산성과 품질들 높이고자 하는데 있다 이를 위하여 건설팅 회사에서 관리되는 모든 지적 자산의 재고를 조사하여 모델링하고 이를 쉽게 저장하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍처를 NT 기반에서 Index server를 이용하여 시스템으로 구현하였다 (KMSCR: A Knowledge Management System for managing Consulting Resources). KMSCR에서는 컨설턴트가 찾고자 하는 검색어를 입력하면 다양한 포맷의 (.doc, .ppt, xls, .rtf, .txt, .html 등과 같은) 결과물을 관련성이 높은 순서대로 출력해 줌으로써 컨설팅 리소스를 효과적으로 재사용할 수 있도록 도와 준다. 또한 검색 시에는 미리 등록된 키워드 뿐 아니라 본문 내의 텍스트 검색까지 가능하게 함으로써 컨설팅 리소스에 대한 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 검색을 가능하게 한다.간을 성능 평가 인자로 하여 수행하였다. 논문에서 제한된 방법을 적용한 개선된 RICH-DP을 모의 실험을 통하여 분석한 결과 기존의 제한된 RICH-DP는 실시간 서비스에 대한 처리율이 낮아지며 서비스 시간이 보장되지 못했다. 따라서 실시간 서비스에 대한 새로운 제안된 기법을 제안하고 성능 평가한 결과 기존의 RICH-DP보다 성능이 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.(actual world)에서 가상 관성 세계(possible inertia would)로 변화시켜서, 완수동사의 종결점(ending point)을 현실세계에서 가상의 미래 세계로 움직이는 역할을 한다. 결과적으로, IMP는 완수동사의 닫힌 완료 관점을 현실세계에서는 열린 미완료 관점으로 변환시키되, 가상 관성 세계에서는 그대로 닫힌 관점으로 유지 시키는 효과를 가진다. 한국어와 영어의 관점 변환 구문의 차이는 각 언어의 지속부사구의 어휘 목록의 전제(presupposition)의 차이로 설명된다. 본 논문은 영어의 지속부사구는 논항의 하위간격This paper will describe the application based on this approach developed by the authors in the FLEX EXPRIT IV n$^{\circ}$EP29158 in the Work-package "Knowledge Extraction & Data mining"where the information captured from digital newspapers is extracted and reused in tourist information context.terpolation performance of CNN was relatively

Domestic practices in shotcrete use have developed in many respects even now, but it still has issues about material, construction, quality standard and so on. In overseas, the construction using high strength shotcrete with $39.2{\sim}58.8 MPa$ of compressive strength is becoming common based on the shotcrete technology of high strength and durability. However, domestic shotcrete design strength is low at around 20.6 MPa of compressive strength and a long term durability is also insufficient. In this paper, field tests using high-quality additives and accelerators were performed to obtain the improvement of shotcrete strength and EFNARC standard was used to evaluate the field test results. In addition, deterioration test combined with the freezing-thawing and carbonation was also performed in order to investigate a long-term durability of high-strength shotcrete. As a result of the field test, the promotion ratio of early strength was $90{\sim}97%$ in case of using alkali-free accelerators. And the compressive strength of the shotcrete using Micro-silica fume was $45.2{\sim}55.8MPa$ and flexible strength was $5.01{\sim}6.66MPa$, so the promotion ratio of strength was $37{\sim}79%$ and $17{\sim}61%$ respectively. The promotion effect of strength by silica fine additives ratio of $7.5{\sim}10%$ for cement mass was much superior to the other cases. It was especially examined that using Micro-silica fume reduced deterioration due to mixed steel fiber and improved a long-term durability of shotcrete.

The functional requirements standards for electronic records management systems which have been published recently describe the specifications very precisely including not only core functions of records management but also the function of system management and optional modules. The fact that these functional requirements standards seem to be similar to each other in terms of the content of functions described in the standards is linked to the global standardization trends in the practical area of electronic records. In addition, these functional requirements standards which have been built upon with collaboration of archivists from many national archives, IT specialists, consultants and records management applications vendors result in not only obtaining high quality but also establishing the condition that the standards could be the certificate criteria easily. Though there might be a lot of different ways and approaches to benchmark the functional requirements standards developed from advanced electronic records management practice, this paper is showing the possibility and meaningful business cases of gaining useful practical ideas learned from imaging electronic records management practices related to the functional requirements standards. The business cases are explored central functions of records management and the intellectual control of the records such as classification scheme or disposal schedules. The first example is related to the classification scheme. Should the records classification be fixed at same number of level? Should a record item be filed only at the last node of classification scheme? The second example addresses a precise disposition schedule which is able to impose the event-driven chronological retention period to records and which could be operated using a inheritance concept between the parent nodes and child nodes in classification scheme. The third example shows the usage of the function which holds or freeze and release the records required to keep as evidence to comply with compliance like e-Discovery or the risk management of organizations under the premise that the records management should be the basis for the legal compliance. The last case shows some cases for bulk batch operation required if the records manager can use the ERMS as their useful tool. It is needed that the records managers are able to understand and interpret the specifications of functional requirements standards for ERMS in the practical view point, and to review the standards and extract required specifications for upgrading their own ERMS. The National Archives of Korea should provide various stakeholders with a sound basis for them to implement effective and efficient electronic records management practices through expanding the usage scope of the functional requirements standard for ERMS and making the common understanding about its implications.
