As Korea's low birth rate has become a serious social problem, various government-level policy initiatives have been proposed to introduce and expand family-friendly personnel systems for work-family balance. The main causes of low birthrates in Korea are the increased participation of women in economic activities and the difficulties of work-family balance. As part of women's policy, support policies were introduced at various levels such as family-friendly institutions and flexible working systems, but they did not have much effect as an alternative to low birth rates. The implications of family-friendly institutions within the organization beyond low birthrates, which are continuously present, have greater implications at the time of new social transformation. This paper will investigate and discuss the implications of family-friendly policies and the implications of the flexible working system in the civil services.

This paper investigates the relationships among family-friendly culture, intrinsic motivation, team-member exchange(TMX), and creativity in ICT(information & communication technology) company. Also the study investigates the moderator effect of TMX and the mediator effect of intrinsic motivation in the relationships between family-friendly culture and creativity. A structural equation modeling(SEM) was employed to test the hypotheses. Using survey data collected from 229 R&D department and support personnel in ICT company. The main finding of this study was as follows: First, a family-friendly culture had a negative effect on employee creativity. Second, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employee creativity. Third, a family-friendly culture had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation. Fourth, intrinsic motivation mediated effect on the relationship between a family-friendly culture and employee creativity. Fifth, the positive relationships between a family-friendly culture and intrinsic motivation were stronger when TMX was high rather than low. In particular, this review concludes with implications for future research, limitations of this study, and practical application.

Mobile computing has become a reality thank to the convergence of two technologies :powerful portable computers and the wireless networks. The restrictions of wireless network such as bandwidth and energy limitations make data broadcasting an attractive data communication method. This paper addresses the clustering of wireless broadcast data for multipoint queries. By effective clustering of broadcast data the mobile client can access the data on the air in short latency In the paper we define the data affinity and segment affinity measures. The data affinity is the degree that two data objects are accessed by queries, and the segment affinity is the degree that two sets of data (i.e segments) are accessed by queries Our method clusters data objects based on data and segment affinity measures we show that the performance of our method is scarcely infuenced by the growth of the number of queries.

Since the World Health Organization proposed guidelines for creating an age-friendly city in 2007, Efforts have been underway to create an age-friendly city to prepare for an aging society around the world. At this point in time, This study shows the local governments that are currently certified as an age-friendly city and the local governments that prepare for certification, improving the welfare level of single-person households for the elderly. For this purpose, Based on the theoretical discussion of elderly-friendly cities and single-person households, the policy implications are reflecting the eight major areas of the development of an aged-friendly city residential, economic, health, leisure and social participation, and for senior citizens in a single household presented policy reflections on four levels. Finally, The Limitations of the Unsurvey on the Actual Conditions of the Elderly in Single Households and future research directions were presented through the survey.

Recently, policies of metropolitan councils and primary local governments are diversely developing for the creation of child friendly cities. This study attempts to deal with implications that discussions on child friendly cities, which are recently becoming issues of local communities, have as a form of universal welfare on dimensions of child welfare along with discussions of the direction to which those implications can be applied. For this, this study was conducted largely in three parts. First, it observes the contents of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child which is the spirit and basic foundation of child friendly cities and through this, it examines child welfare paradigms as a universal form of welfare and second, it observes the historical origin of child friendly cities that have modern significance along with the main characteristics of child friendly cities, and third, it explores methods with which to apply locality based community resource connections that currently exist to policies of child friendly cities.

봉영농장은 2002년 05월 10일 모돈 50두 규모로 시작해 현재 모돈 180두, 총 2,100여두를 사육하고 있다. 2007년 5월 7일 HACCP인증에 이어 2009년 3월에는 국내 최초로 양돈분야 '환경친화축산농장'으로 지정됐다. 환경친화 축산농장은 가축 사육밀도를 기준치 이하로 유지해야하고 가축분뇨를 자원화 해 전량 농지 환원은 물론 자연친화형 축사 조성, 악취 저감 시설을 설치해 생활환경을 저해하지 않을 것 등의 요건을 갖춰 심사기준을 통과했을 때 농림수산식품부가 인증하는 제도이다. 이러한 노력과 함께 위생적인 고품질의 규격돈을 생산하여 소비자들의 식생활 향상에 기여해 궁극적으로는 농장의 경영수익을 창출하고 환경 친화 축산을 실현하여 지속가능한 양돈업을 위해 부단히 노력하고 있다

To produce patterns with high resolution in gravure printing, it is important to increase ink transfer ratio. The ink which has higher affinity with substrate can be transferred more from the roll to the substrate due to the good wettability between ink and substrate. However, it is difficult to evaluate the affinity between the substrate and the ink which is viscoelastic in nature. In this study, we suggest a practical method to evaluate the interfacial interaction between the ink and various substrates.

Existing operating systems experience scalability issues as the number of cores increases. The network I/O performance on manycore systems is faced with the major limiting factors of cache consistency costs and locking overheads. Legacy methods resolve this issue include the new microkernel-like operating system or modification of existing kernels; however, these solutions are not fully application transparent. In this study, we proposed a library that improves the network performance by separating system call context from user context and by applying the core affinity without any kernel and application modifications. Experiment results showed that our implementation can improve the network throughput of Apache by up to 30%.

최근 우리나라의 많은 하천에서 자연 친화적 하천정비가 이루어지고 있으며, 이를 위한 하천정비기법들 역시 다양하게 소개되고 있다. 다양한 기법들은 대상하천이 가지고 있는 특성을 충분히 고려하여 자연 친화적 하천정비를 추진하자는 데 그 근거를 두고 있다. 이에 따라 하천을 구성하고 있는 지형학적 요소와 그 구조 안에서 흐름이 갖는 수리학적 특성, 그리고 하천에서 서식하는 생태학적 조건과 현상들에 대한 분석을 통한 연구가 친자연적인 하천을 조성하기 위한 토대로서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제방 또는 하안을 유수에 의한 파괴와 침식으로부터 보호하는 역할을 하는 호안에 대한 평가기법을 수리학적, 생태학적 관점에서 연구하였다. 호안은 제방 및 하안의 수리적 안정성을 담보하기 위해 시공되는 하천구조물이며, 그로 인해 자연 생태계와의 조화로부터 이탈될 수 있는 가능성이 높은 구조물이다. 그러므로 자연 친화적 하천정비를 위한 호안의 평가는 반드시 생태적 요소들을 고려하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 자연 친화적 하천정비를 위한 호안의 평가지표 및 기법의 개발에 대한 선행연구로서 현장조사지점 선정과 선정된 조사지점의 세부조사항목들을 활용한 평가방법을 모색하였다. 이는 향후 하천의 호안설계 및 시공을 위한 가이드라인 제시를 위한 초석으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to analyze the elements to enhance and activate the quality of life by establishment of family-friendly environment through face-to-face interviews in family-friendly certified firms in UIsan. As a result, its activation is possible when each party of companies- employees-government tries to change, and its main elements and outcomes are as follows. First, 'management philosophy of the company representative' showed to directly affect development of flat organization culture and system activation, with respect to the companies. Second for employees, 'value changes to prioritize work-life balance' demonstrated to affect the utilizations and establishment of family-friendly systems within the organization as the critical element. Lastly, it is considered for government to be able to activate this if 'delivery system with professionality' is secured to help 'legalization of policy,' company productivity, and work-life balance of employees. On the other hand, further studies on the elements to be able to activate family-friendly certifications and analysis on its justification are required by expanding the number of companied in Ulsan.
