자가 치유 시스템은 자율 컴퓨팅의 개념 중 하나로 사람의 개입 없이 시스템의 이상상태를 인식하고 정상상태로 복귀 가능한 시스템을 의미한다. 발생한 오류는 또 다른 오류를 유발할 수 있고, 하나 이상의 원인이 되는 오류나 사건이 있을 수 있다. 따라서 오류의 원인에 따른 치유전략을 필요로 하며 발생한 오류에서부터 전이될 수 있는 오류에 대한 추론을 요구하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 오류의 인과관계에 따른 진단 및 추론 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안사항을 통해 오류트리를 기반으로 하여 발생한 오류의 원인이 되는 오류를 파악할 수 있으며, 오류의 원인에 따른 치유 전략을 계획 가능하고, 발생 가능한 오류의 추론이 가능하다.

The object of this study is to prepare microcapsules containing a diisocyanate compound, apply them to self-healing protective coating, and evaluate the self-healing capability of the coating by atmospheric moisture. Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) polymerized under humid atmosphere, indicating that IPDI can be used as a healing agent. Microencapsulations of IPDI were conducted via interfacial polymerization of a polyurethane prepolymer with diol compounds. The formation of microcapsules was confirmed by Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The mean diameter, size distribution, morphology and shell wall thickness of microcapsules were investigated by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The properties of microcapsules were studied by varying agitation rates and diol structure. The self-healing coatings were prepared on test pieces of CRC board. When scratch was generated in the coatings, the core material flew out of the microcapsules and filled the scratch. The self-healing coatings were damaged and healed under atmosphere with 68~89% relative humidity for 48 h, and SEM and impermeability test for the specimens showed that the scratch could be healed by atmospheric moisture.

This study analyzed the effect of forest therapy program on reduction of stress of teachers and their positive and negative emotions based on the survey of 221 teachers who participated in the overnight Happiness School Edu-healing Camp held for teachers by the National Center for Forest Healing. For data analysis, a paired sample t-test was conducted using the SPSS 24.0 program to examine the difference in the stress reaction index of teachers and their positive and negative emotions before and after their participation in the forest therapy program. The results indicated that teachers who participated in the program showed a significant decrease in the stress response index and the values of sub-domain such as physical symptoms, depression symptoms, and anger symptoms. Moreover, all teachers exhibited a significant decrease in stress. This result verifies that the forest therapy program is effective in reducing the stress of teachers and their negative emotions. These results are expected to be used to promote more active forest therapy programs for teachers exposed to a high level of stress.

일본의 쏘니사가 미국의 콜럼비아사를 구매한 것은 미국의 경제가 임기응변식의 치유를 필요로 하지는 않으나 장기계획 수립과 희생이 필요하다고 정책입안자들에게 주의를 환기시켜 주는 것이다. 이러한 일이 추진되지 않는다면 우리가 무역에서 얼마나 강력하게 대처하느냐하는 것은 문제가 안된다. 다만 계속 일본에게 설 땅을 잃어버리는 것이다

연골 결손은 자체 치유 능력이 적어 그 크기가 1 cm 이상인 경우 골관절염이 발생할 수 있다. 최근에는 3-tesla MRI 등의 발전으로 인해 수술 전에 미리 연골 손상을 정확히 진단할 수 있어 연골 손상의 치료를 더욱 적극적으로 할 수 있다. 이제까지 연골 손상에 대한 수술적 치료는 세척술(lavage) 및 변연 절제술(debridement), 미세 천공술(microfracture), 자가 골연골 이식술(autologous osteochondral graft), 자가 연골 세포 이식술(autologous chondrocyte implantation, ACI), 동종 골연골 이식술(osteochondral allograft)이 있다.

Home service networked systems require a high-availability service with a proactive and practical fault management. However, as the system complexity grows, it is not easy to meet the requirement. Moreover, user may want to pay no attention to a sequence of complex or nervous maintenance jobs for system fault managements. Therefore, the home service networked systems must have self & remote fault management capability with a minimal human intervention for meeting high-availability requirement of the integrated systems that consist of the networked appliances or devices. In this paper, we present an autonomic healing utility equipped with a remote self-managing mechanism in order to both increase the availability of home service networked systems and decrease the maintenance cost.

This study is study regarding system implementation that a ruler maximizing an autoimmunity effect supported it as I stimulate I am visual hearing so that treatment ability is possible. As I am known in a lot of conspiracy mental problems by being disproportionate for a direct reason to be connected to an action, the brain whom emotional, govern spirits through fragrance to stimulate sense of smell so that, specially, an ARoMa treatment is effective. I will inquire into changes and an influence around alpha of the rear wave object before watching this system.

최근 전방십자인대 손상의 치료에 남아있는 인대 다발이 이식건의 생물학적 치유를 도우며 고유 수용감각(proprioception) 기능을 유지할 뿐만 아니라 슬관절의 전방 전위 억제의 생역학적 기능을 가지는 것으로 연구되고 있다. 이러한 이론을 바탕으로 남아있는 전방십자인대를 보존하는 노력들은 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 전방십자인대 손상의 자연 경과는 아직도 논란이 되고 있으나 선택적인 환자에 있어서 보존적 치료는 비교적 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있으므로 불필요한 재건술을 줄일 수 있다. 최근 시도되고 있는 선택적 다발 재건술 및 남아있는 다발을 보존하는 전방십자인대 재건 수술 수기들은 다양한 방법으로 시도되고 있으며 남아있는 다발을 보존하는 장점이 있으나 협소한 적응증을 가진다. 저자들의 남아있는 다발을 보존하는 전방십자인대 재건술은 자가 슬괵건을 이용한 단일다발 재건술을 시행하면서 잔존하는 이완된 다발에 봉합사를 통과시킨 후 봉합사를 추가적인 터널 없이 bioabsorbable cross pin (RIGIDfix system, Mitek, Johnson & Johnson, USA) 구멍을 통하여 당기고 고정하는 방법이다. 전방십자인대 재건술시 남아있는 다발을 보존하는 방법은 이식건의 생물학적 치유을 촉진하고 또한 경골 부착부에 남아있는 기계수용체를 보존하므로 기능적 회복에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 저자들의 방법은 비교적 광범위한 적응증을 가지며 적은 합병증으로 남아있는 다발을 효과적으로 보존할 수 있는 술식으로 전방십자인대 수술시 좋은 치료 선택의 하나로 사료된다.
